I'm going to start off by saying that I know Wingstop takes a while to get your food. I always call in orders or place them online. Tonight I online ordered.....order was supposed to be ready at 7:50 pm I show up at about 8:03. Pay the order. Then stand off to the side with my little brother and waited. At about 8:10 he says " I see our order I think being put in the bag." The guy from the back walks up to the register with the order and asks the snugged faced girl at the register if Ashley was here yet. She said " no not here " and placed the order on the rack by the register. I only heard the " ash " part of my name and was unsure so I just didn't think much of it. Then 15-20 minutes goes by and I'm waiting patently because I know what it's like to work in the food industry and I try to be forgiving as possible. Then another girl working in the kitchen comes up with another online order and asks if I was waiting for a meal I said " yah for Ashley" she said it had been ready and walked over to the rack. At this point I'm pretty pissed because I watched this girl at the front register be rude as hell to everyone there. Some little old lady complaining that her fries were cold for the second time and if she could please not reheat and make new ones and she takes the tray from her, turns around with a rude smug look and turns around. Does not apologize, does not do anything but be completely disrespectful. So I got mad and was like " well what's funny is I saw my food come up and she didn't say anything. Didn't look again at the name. Didn't ask me my name again to ensure that the customer was here. She didn't even call out a name at all to see if the customer was here!!! I saw the guy hand her the order. " Then she continued to be stank faced. I came out to the car with the food to tell my mom and my mom was furious because she had got food on the way to Wingstop that was now cold because we waited a good 45 minutes after the pick up time and I saw my food sitting there for the whole duration I was there. We asked for a manager. She said there was none. So we asked for someone above her she said it didn't matter anyways because they are a franchise. I took my food and went home. Then to open my food.... now completely cold. And my fries have ZERO seasoning and that's my favorite part. Also while I tried to call in the order the phone was busy for a LONG time. She also had a customer knock a beer over off the counter and she just stared at him turned around and went to the back of the kitchen without saying anything to him. As the owner/management they should be ashamed having someone like this working there. It is a poor reflection of your restaurant and I would think since it's your business you would want it to be a high quality place. Her name was shaken and I paid for my food at 8:00 pm. read more

Just finished my to go lunch and am really disappointed in lots of aspects of this place. I almost didn't eat them because of the scare of salmonella poisoning! While I was waiting, a lady who was waiting and watching the kitchen, told the staff as they handed her order over that they should be washing their hands after handling raw chicken. The cashier tried to defend herself, but the lady was adamant that it was the two back in the kitchen who were at fault. I swear all the people standing around waiting turned their heads and had worried looks. The lemon pepper was oily, gross, and hardly any seasoning. The regular spicy is not spicy at all. If you desire spice, better off ordering the spiciest sauce they have. The fries were unevenly cooked and soggy. I do appreciate that the skins were left on. People who were waiting all seemed annoyed on how long it took! Including the people who were just picking up. Tip: If you venture here, avoid football Sundays, as there are a lot of pick up to go order's that were phoned in and delaying your order in. The service at this Wingstop is unbelievable and not in a good way. I have given this place a couple try's just in case I was having an isolated bad experience but this place is in serious need of some leadership. The last straw was when I sat there for 40 minutes waiting for my order and the poor lady in front of me was told that they gave her order to the wrong person. She was very upset and asked for a manager. This tall young gentleman came out and instead of apologizing to her and trying to make it right he basically told her you can have your money back and leave if you do not want to wait for another order. The look on her face said it all. I watched him rolling his eyes at her as she expressed her frustration. Paying good money to be treated this way is not acceptable. My husband and I decided to stop by to pick up dinner to go after going grocery shopping on a Sunday evening. We had never gone to this wing stop before but had good experiences at other stores. To make this simple, if I could give this Wing Stop 0 stars I would. The restaurant was not too busy, there were open tables through out. We waited 45 for our two combo meal. Let me repeat that, 45 minutes we waited. At about the 30 minute mark we asked how much longer and were told 3 minutes. 10 minutes later we were told 1 minute and then 5 minutes later we walked out out that place as quickly as possible. Of course, when we got home we found that they got our order wrong. The chicken was barely warm and the fries were way over done. Friendly staff but really poor service so instead of rating them only one star I give them 2 since they seemed genuinely apologetic for the long waiting time. It took 30 minutes from the time I ordered/paid to finally get my 3 meal combos to go. The seasoned fries were missing all seasonings including the basic, salt. The ranch dip flavor was good but had the consistency of water which made it difficult to "dip " wings without it dripping everywhere. My daughter had ordered the lemon pepper wings and original hot wings which were again lacking in flavor and all too greasy. My son had ordered the original hot boneless wings were decent. . Considering I waited that long I was expecting at least decent quality food like salt on "seasoned" fries, "creamy" ranch and "flavored"wings. I will give them another try but maybe next time I will call in advance and not go on a Sunday when it's prime time for Football/ Baseball season. read more

Since this wing stop re-opened, its service and quality have turned to pure crap. We called ahead, to avoid waiting forever (which seems to be quite common now), and got there in 15 mins, just as they said. Upon grabbing our food, we realized our fries were cold. Not like they had just gotten cold, like they had been sitting for about 20 mins...they were cold inside and out. We asked for new ones and the guy grabbed them and just put them back in the oil, didn't even bother to make a new batch. So now, they come out overcooked and burnt, just like our boneless strips. The chicken was very tough. The lack of care for their food and the customer is very apparent. The food was horrible and burnt, the service was terrible. There's not much else I can say except don't go here. I don't recommend it. The whole staff needs a class in customer service. read more

Ok, we needed some wings for a Xmas Party. I tried to order ahead as that is what their website states. So I called. I wanted to order 100 wings. After I told the person my order, he stops me & tells me that this order is too large & they would not be able to take my order over the phone. Ok. I guess they get a lot of crank orders. So I get there. And there are 3 cashiers working the counter but not taking orders. Apparently, the cash register is not working. But wait, there is another register. But did they use that? Nope. I get my order taken by a Mathematical Genius. 50 pieces is 29.79. Two orders are $59.58 + 5.21 Tax = $64.79. And I gave him $100.00. So I should get $35.21. But he charges me $75.00 and attempts to give me $18.00 and some change. Uh...Im Asian. I do understand math. Duh?!? So literally had to grab a calculator, which was soaked with soda & all the buttons are sticking, and do it for him. I just recently moved to Livermore and decided to order online for Wingstop so I could eat quickly and finish unpacking my new house. My order was set at about 3:30 PM on a Saturday afternoon. I showed up at 4:05 PM, my order wasn't ready. Really? Of course it's not ready, you have one cook in the kitchen! The girl at the cashier told me it'd be another 7 minutes. I came back at 4:15 and I'm told that they ran out of chicken for my order. Wait, how do you run out of chicken at Wingstop? I mean I guess.. But anyways that's another 10 minute wait. The cook offered to upgrade both of my regular fries to large and an additional large fry which was very nice of him. However, it's 4:23 and I'm still waiting on my order. I'm never coming back here ever again, I'd much rather drive back to San Jose to eat Wingstop. They're BAAACK! After being closed for the last 2 years or more, the Livermore Wingstop is REOPENED! New Owners. Faster wings. We ordered a few baskets of boneless wings ( a sacrilege my husband says) for a party. The Parmesan Garlic did not disappoint but the Original Buffalo were kind of blah. Just needed a little more tang. My husband returned for a daddy date night with my daughter and said the bone in wings were scrawny with very little meat. I used to love this place and it would be my #1 spot to go to, but I feel like it's gone downhill. We ordered 40 piece of boneless chicken with the flavored bbq, spivey Korean, Hawaiian, and Cajun. It took about 35 minutes to get and the person before us had to wait so long that they got a refund and left. The bbq, spicey Korean, and Cajun were awesome! The Hawaiian tasted like it was dipped in soap. I couldn't eat it because it was so gross and we ended up just throwing that batch out. Disaster! NEVER GOING BACK! EVER! We ended up here because the salad place next door had a line that went out the door. Talk about the antithesis of salad: hot wings and fries! However, we would have been far better off waiting in that line. This store was nearly empty. Just one or two customers, and an employee behind the counter plus an employee in the kitchen. The counter person, after dinking around with the register for what seemed like a full 5 minutes proceeded to take our orders (a group of 5) in a fairly efficient manner, but tediously offering add-ons none of us were interested in. Waste of time! I was not pleased that the iced tea machine wasn't working. People love those soda machines that offer 20+ options, but there's nothing in that selection that I like, but I ended up taking diet coke. Each of our five orders came out at glacial speed. Our plan was to eat together, but the first two people in our group were nearly done before the third order came out. Then, 15 minutes later, my order came out, but incomplete. We've been sitting there for about 30 minutes already. Then the fifth member of our group went to the counter to get some idea when his lunch would come out so he could make a future entry in his calendar (that's sarcasm, folks). THEY LOST HIS ORDER! He asked for a refund. SHE SAID THEY CAN'T ISSUE REFUNDS! Holy crap!!! We've been in there for about an hour already and need to get back to work!!! They scrambled to get something together for this poor guy and pack it to-go because we had to get out of there. But, par for the course, they put it all on a tray instead of packing to-go. How incredibly stupid do you have to be to work in this god forsaken hell hole???? During this time my side of beans finally came out. I wanted hot (temperature) but they were barely warm, probably from sitting back there neglected for 30 minutes. Don't waste your time here! By the time we left, there was no line in the salad place next door! Will gladly wait in THAT line next time! I can't lie, the wings are good. The fries are good. But the service sucks. Like, really sucks. Always a 20-30 minute wait even though they tell you 15. Nothing is ever stocked. There were two empty ketchup bottles and 4 cups to fill with said empty ketchup. No forks and a half of a roll of paper towels. Tables were dirty. BUT...at least they have one of those cool Coca-Cola soda machines with "over 100 different flavors"! That is, if the soda syrups and flavor syrups were filled - which they weren't. I'm so grateful to the chicken wing gods that a Buffalo Wild Wings will be opening on First St. in Livermore. Once they're up and running, Wingstop will completely lose my business. read more

Good wangs are hard to come by. A specialty wang place is even harder to find. So this place gets a solid star for being the only one in the area. I'm all about consistency and whichever Wang Stop you go to, they all taste the same and are all cooked perfectly the same- I've never gotten a burnt wang or a raw ring. That's very hard to come by when you order wangs from anywhere. All the flavors are good but my fave is lemon pepper. They're pretty good about getting the combo orders right and I like having the option of having the wangs cooked in the sauces or getting them on the side instead (but I always get them cooked in). The skinny little skin-on fries are good, too- they're not stingy those. Prices are decent too. I thought I liked these wings alot cuz I order the 15pc special but then I look over at the other table and this cute little couple was killing a 50 PIECE like nothing!!! They were up to their elbows in sauce like they were just chilling at home or something!! And the girl was drowning each wang in ranch. I know it sounds gross but I was kinda jealous... I walk through the doors at 6:06 saying I have a pick up order I placed online and the woman has no clue what I'm talking about. After apologizing for the inconvenience she goes on to say that she would begin working on it right away. Right away happened to be 35 minutes after my order was ready to be picked up. I ordered using the wing stop app, it was a simple order of 15 wings with two flavors. I show up at the estimated completion time of the order. I walk up the register to pay and the person tells me they haven't started anything on my order. I stepped to the side and sat for there for 30 minutes. I looked at when I had actually put through the order and it had been almost an hour. The person said they were sorry and gave me an extra ranch. They're not the best wings (or sauces) ever, especially if you've been east of the Mississippi, but they're not bad and I do appreciate any business that's willing to stay open late in Livermore. I can see why this location has 2 1/2 stars it needs a new manager! Tables were filthy, I had to move a tray full of trash to another table that had trash! I think this location is very poorly run? As I have been to others and did not have the same experience I had here. Entered and gave my order to the clerk (female/middle eastern). I repeated my order 3-times to her until she finally could repeat it back to me, correctly. Music was loud enough that I could not hear her well, either. Maybe this hindered her hearing me? Order took exactly 16 minutes to fill and give to me at my table. So, I think ordering ahead is a good idea (but I hear they don't get those orders right, either). I ordered the boneless wings combo. Wings=good, fries=bad, blue cheese dressing=stale (no taste). Even my ice-tea tasted watered down. I had another table next to me that waited longer than me. About a couple of weeks ago I received a message from the new manager here addressing my concerns, stating there was some issues still regarding the online ordering, but the staff had been retrained regarding completing orders. We tried this place out again last night. My husband called in his order this time and was told that our order would be ready in 20 minutes. Our order was ready in time. Service was super friendly and on top of that, the lady who helped him went over the order as it was placed in the bag as an assurance that everything we ordered was in the bag. Awesome! On a positive note-- the young lady with the short haircut was very nice & polite. The wings were extremely dry & difficult to chew. (Appeared to be over-cooked) the fries were not the freshest. For the price of what we paid, I was not satisfied.
