That basic level of teamwork was missing. To be fair, once our assigned server, Melanie, finally addressed us, she did apologize for the delay and acknowledged the lack of communication. I appreciate that. However, an apology at the end does not erase the fact that it took far too long to even be acknowledged. It is now 4:30 PM and everyone in my party has received their food except for me. Waiting 45 minutes while the rest of your table eats is unacceptable. This experience points to poor coordination and weak floor management. Customers should not have to chase down staff to receive basic service. There are too many other options to justify returning after an experience like this.
