This review is an absolute slay of the atrocity of customer service at this location. Children work here who don't acknowledge you when you're waiting and have no concept of service recovery. The attitudes and eye rolls should be enough to stop you from ordering here. Placed order ahead with an estimated wait of 17-21 min. Got there 15 min after ordering and was told would be another 10 min. At the 20 min mark from when I got there (35 min from actual order time) I was still waiting and the staff were whispering and snickering behind the counter. When I asked for my money back was told they couldn't even give me a receipt. Nor would they provide the name of a manager. This place is a joke. I wasted nearly an hour from order til the time we left (without our food btw) hoping to get a refund. When a customer is upset apologizing goes a long way. This staff needs an overhaul education in customer service 101. Other people also said they were waiting around 40 min for their food. If you have 5 staff just standing around, food shouldn't take this long. Oh yeah that's also because there was no sense of urgency whatsoever. read more

We ordered 50 wings 25 lemon pepper 25 Cajun with ranch dressing and fresh fries by phone, we went to pick order up they assured us everything was in the bag got home we had no ranch and only 25 lemon pepper wings called them get them to take care of there miss up and were told that there was nothing they could do for to us just dispute the change to our bank and then they hung up the phone, we have never had such bad service anywhere like this completely unprofessional. We ordered Door Dash here this afternoon and got 2 Korean BBQ sandwiches, garlic Parmesan sandwiches, a small boneless mango habanero combo, and another thing of fries. Everything was seriously cooked to perfection. Just like the rest of America, I'm on my quest to find the best chicken sandwich. This was definitely a win! They were breaded perfectly, just the right amount of sauce, and cooked to the right amount of crispiness. I wish I could personally thank the employees for how great of a job they did! The fries were also cut and seasoned amazingly. I don't think I would order the garlic Parmesan again, only because it made the bread a little soggy, but it didn't taste bad to say the least. I came into the store on Friday Oct 27 at 5pm to order and waited 30 min for a chicken sandwich, at 20 min I asked what was taking so long, I was told there were many orders before mine (call in orders) I watched 3 Uber eats drivers come in and also wait up to 10 min for the orders they needed to pick up. My biggest problem was that there was 5 employees there and there seemed to be no hustle, the manager was more concerned with hanging something in the back instead of hustling to get the orders out. I placed an online order with Wing Stop yesterday at 3:00pm, requesting the delivery for 6:00pm. I had an event in my home and had set the time for food for 6:00pm. I had received 2 texts from the Door Dash driver saying she was still at the restaurant waiting for the order to be handed over to her. At 6:00pm, when the food hadn't been delivered yet, I called Wing Stop and asked what the status was. I was told, "they ran out of chicken and it would be 20 more minutes before my order left the restaurant. Reality was, it was another 45 minutes before I got my food. No one bothered to pick-up the phone and let me know about the delay and to top it off, they did not offer any compensation for the inexcusable delay. Stood in the 12th Av. location 10 minutes with 10 people standing in the lobby waiting and never was acknowledged. Left to a different location on the blvd and was greeted promptly. I have visited this Wingstop location several times over the last couple of months. The chicken has always been pretty good. There are several things that need improvement though. Quality: while the wings are great, we have always had issues with our sides. The fries are cold & soggy, the carrots and celery are rubbery and have no snap. Timing: I have placed online orders twice and both times I was quoted a time, showed up early & my food had been sitting for 20 plus minutes. There's gotta be a way that they fix this issue. Customer service: they need some training in customer service for sure. When I have had something wrong with my order and I ask for them to fix it they give major attitude. They don't apologize. After our order, we brought it home and found the chicken to still be cold and raw in the middles of all the chicken. We ordered over $60 worth of wings for our party and the whole thing was undercooked and cold. We ended up writing the corporate office about the experience. About a week later, a generic letter that thanked us for our comments came with a $10 gift card. Not one concern that we addressed was mentioned. My daughter and I stopped here for lunch. It took them almost 20 minutes to get our 8 piece meal with veggies ready. There was only one other customer when we got there. Two girls come in after us, I guess one of them must work there, because the cashier had to have someone from the back explain how to give this girl her discount. I said I wanted bone in and he replied basically with "well we just got two really big orders and it'll probably be a while", after a few questions I figured it'd just be best to order a small order of boneless wings so I could get on with my evening so I got an order of 5 Boneless of their mild bbq flavor. After waiting around 15 minutes I was getting a bit concerned since I was the only one in the place and maybe 2-3 people came in during that duration to get their pick up orders. After around 20 minutes I asked another worker where my food was and he asked what my order was, I told him and he basically said "they're on it right now." Ok so about 4 minutes later they call out my order and I thank the cashier. I go out to my car and open my wings and these boneless wings' temperature ranges from absolutely room temp to slightly warm. MOST OF THEM WERE ROOM TEMP/COLD. I couldn't believe it I just spent 20+ minutes as the only walk in order in the whole place and my tiny order comes out as room temp?! You've got to be kidding me. This is a new restaurant in Nampa, Idaho. It's a pretty nice environment, clean with kind of an old school army/air force theme. The service was good, very friendly girls up at the front and the manager was there to greet us when we came in. I feel like they were a little over eager to help us and do a good job because it was their second day open. The wings are pretty good. They were a tad bit on the small side but still good. I had the Hawaiian sauce and the original hot. I didn't necessarily like the Hawaiian, it was too pineapple-ly for me. I also got the hot original sauce which was pretty good. I like to base my rating on wings by the Buffalo sauce. It was a really good traditional buffalo sauce in my opinion, with some good kick to it. I would eat here again. read more

Ordered through door dash, I had to call to make sure my order was right because nothing was specified in how it was prepared, and everything was TERRIBLE even though our order was correct. It took about 35 minutes to get our order when we live 5 minutes away. The only good thing about our meals was our drinks and the polite door dash drivers. The "cheese fries" had cheese on the side in a ramekin, and the other flavor of wings is under the wrapper where you can't even see it. Our fries were cold and had a pile of grated Parmesan underneath both of them instead of actually on the fries, my wings were cold and had little seasoning, my husbands chicken strips were the only food that was semi warm and even though they were warm they were disgusting. Overall experience was terrible, SUPER disappointed and dissatisfied. Waste of $20, there's a reason the food is so cheap. I ordered the Hawaiian and Korean Spicy with fries. It took a long time to get our order. There was only one other customer in the place. I'd hate to see it when things get busy. The Hawaiian wings were cooked perfectly: tender and juicy. They barely kissed them with any sauce, but were still OK. The Korean wings were overcooked: chewy, stringy and dry. The sauce, however, was all over the meat, the way it should be. Definite lack of following procedures--temperature, time, etc. I hate fries made with unpeeled potatoes. I also hate droopy fries that can hang over a knife. I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about concerning "too salty." There wasn't a lick of salt on anything. The seasoning on the fries has sugar in it. If it's one thing I hate worse than unpeeled, floppy fries, and that's unpeeled, floppy, sugary fries. I don't know if the workers mistook the sugar for salt, but it was not good. Although the place was clean and the workers were Top Drawer, the music was WAY TOO LOUD. Music should caress the soul and lift the spirit, not drown out the cashier's voice as she's reading back your order.
