They messed up my order and brought me lemon pepper instead of mild, but when they brought the mild I don't even know what color or what flavor they were so I didn't ask for new wings out of fear of what I would receive next. Walk in order was completely wrong, didn't know how to void or reimburse, the kid that took order didn't care to ask but instead made the order as a meal for two (15pc & fries is what I wanted) and charged me for two meals. Ahhhhhhhhh. It has been 7 years since I had Wingstop and that was in Maryland. I moved to North Carolina and disappointed that they didn't have one there. I recently moved to Pensacola and saw their sign. I crossed three lanes if traffic just to get to it. I wasnt disappointed. I got the cajun and garlic parm combo. It was just as i remember them. HEAVEN. It was right next to B-dubs. If given the choice, I'd go to Wingstop hands down. The building was nice and clean. The cashier was very pleasant. 15 minutes for wings were well worth it. Sadly, all Wingstop restaurants are not created equal. We were on vacation and decided to stop by one of our favorite places thinking we could count on delicious wings...WRONG! Where do I begin? First, the wings were greasy. Like bite into a classic wing and grease drips down your hand. :P The sauce on the original hot isn't anywhere as thick and coated as the sauce we are used to. First off we have eaten here many times until of late when we heard really gross things about the Bayou location. We wanted to give them another change as we fully believe in second chances. First upon walking in there was a unpleasant smell. We where ready to order and ask again about the military discount. My husband that serviced this country proudly for 27 yrs forgot his wallet as I was driving. She said she couldn't honor the discount with my dependant ID. How would I have an ID if he hadn't serviced. I have used mine before here with not one ounce of trouble. So long story short we walked out and went to Buffalo Wild Wings which is great. The atmosphere here is pretty bad. The floors are slick and the TVs are incredibly loud, to the point that customers and staff are yelling over them. The food is pretty good (I like the garlic Parmesan wings) but definitely not worth the wait. They're usually pretty slow compared to similar places but tonight was especially bad. We ordered 2 10 piece combos in store and waited over 30 minutes for our food. At that point, I asked how much longer it would be and they told me probably another 15 minutes. 45 minutes for 20 chicken wings? They explained that they had a lot of phone orders and that everything is first come first serve, including the phone orders. I can maybe understand that thought process, but when you have customers coming in to the store and ordering, you may either want to figure out a better system on your end or at least let us know that it's going to be at least 45 minutes to get our food. That way I can be prepared to wait and not get angry, or I can choose to go elsewhere. The manager was friendly, but at the same time kind of rude in that he kept talking over me. He was semi-helpful in that he canceled our order and gave us a refund. We left feeling hungry, angry, and not valued as customers. Honestly, not sure if we'll return at this point. read more

This store has the WORST form of customer service known to man. They are always in between General and District Managers. This is a place I have loved for years, but has gone complete downhill. My food was cooked terribly wrong two weeks ago, called spoke with a general manager he immediately said he would fix this problem and notate my food would be comp. I Called too place my order to receive the meal I purchased two weeks ago, and was made out to be a liar over a fifteen dollar meal (wasted money). Dontae (district manager) got on the phone talking over me telling me that he has to verify and give people calls to verify, at this point I am extremely aggravated and hungry (sitting under the hair salon dryer). PISSED! A complete disgrace how work in customer service, and give out horrible service to hard working people. I have no money to WASTE, and you WINGSTOP has waste my money. We went to Wingstop because Buffalo Wild Wings and Twin Peaks both had a two hour wait. We ordered our meals and went to go get our drinks when we saw the coke a cola dispenser was broken on the fountain drink machine. We asked if they could refill it for us and they refused to, so we kindly asked to have our fountain drinks (that were already paid for) replaced with the coke a colas they had in the fridge. They also refused to replace the fountain drinks with the drinks in the fridge and said the only way to get the cokes was to pay for them separately. I figured a customer service place like Wingstop would be very willing to help out there customers to make them as happy as they could be, but this Wingstop did not. They do not care about the people who go in to eat at their restaurant and they will completely refuse to help their customers out to the best of their ability. Very disappointing. read more

Placed a call in order at 1115 and was told it was be ready at 1135. When I arrived my order was prepared to go there was one person in front of me. The cook told the cashier the fryer was broken. I watched the cashier take fries from my order and give to the person in front of me. I was then told, just waiting on fries. I asked how long? I was told 2 minutes. Mind you the cook told the cashier the fryer is broken. At 1145 (10 minutes after I was promised my order. told the cashier to give me my order without the fries seeing as I had to get to the airport. I thought the purpose of calling in an order was to have food ready for pickup at the time given. I have a few issues, 1. She took food from my call in order to fulfill someone else's. 2. She lied about timeframe on fries. 3. She didn't hesitate to charge full price. (No refund offered for no fries). By far the worst wingstop I have ever visited. I won't be returning and I plan on recommending none of my veterans and military service members avoid this place. I felt so disrespected with the "oh well" mentality. I am sitting on the floor of my hotel bathroom right now finally able to get my head out of the toilet! Ordered 50 wings for me, my son, and my husband to eat for dinner. 25 teriyaki and 25 garlic parm. The garlic park was passable for flavor but they were so over cooked they were hard as a rock. The teriyaki wings were disgusting! Absolutely horrid. I LOVE teriyaki wings and have had them from everywhere from the keys to Ohio. These were not teriyaki. After about 20 minutes after choking down about 8 wings because we had ordered 50 and I hate wasting food... I started feeling sick and started throwing up. I'm hoping my 1 year old got my husbands cast iron stomach and doesn't start vomiting as well. Our hotel room only has 1 bathroom..... Terrible service... My order was two 5 piece plain chicken tender baskets & 10 piece lemon pepper wings extra well. When I get home what do I shave one 5 piece tends and 5 pieces boneless wings and some under cooked wings. I immediately call to the very unhappy lady that originally took my order and explain what it got. Instead of her owning it she basically tell me I'm lying.
