Placed my order and went to go pick it up during my lunch. My order was right and it was ready when I got there. The only thing that disappointed me were the fries, they were all soggy. This Wingstop is a lot better than the Wingstop off of Archibald Blvd . Food is fresh , hot, made to order, and of course a friendly staff. This is my new wingstop ! In the Archibald location the food was cold, re-heated, staff denied that it was cold food, when I pick up my food right when it got ready. They didn't refund or remake it. read more

My last order of boneless wings was hard enough that the plastic forks I grabbed to eat them could not penetrate the breaded outside. Out of my 10 wings, I had three nugget sized pieces that were dubiously chicken filled. Seemed to be over fried crispy breaded bricks. The fries were the only half decent part of my order. read more

Eat at your own risk! During the 45 minute wait for wings and fries we witnessed one of the three employees pick up two frozen pieces of chicken off the floor in the cooking area and drop them into the bucked from which were to be fried. Oh did I mention the small fact that the floor area was freshly scrubbed with a shop broom with " water " that had bubbles in it. According to the manager cleaning the food prep area while food is cooking is standard procedure here. I made my first visit to a Wing Stop on Thursday last week (3/2) and although the food was OK, the service (or lack of) was all so very noticeable. Allow me to put this into context. It was a beautiful day Thursday and my day was winding down. I had not visited my local Wing Stop and decided to give it a try. I walk in and an employee runs up and says, "Picking up or order"? I reply order and he disappears. Another employee took my order and stated, "your order will be ready in 17 minutes". I sit down and wait. about ten minutes later I stand to watch them make my dinner and a gentlemen walk in and starts talking to several employees. I realize that he is either the Manager or the owner and he goes out to his car, (a rather nice white Charger with a red stripe) and picks up a stack of what looks like paychecks. So what was missing? Service and being civil and oh my, to BE NICE! During my visit it was not busy at all, in fact I was one of maybe four people in the restaurant. The Manager/Owner literally ignored me. I was standing three feet from the man and he didn't even acknowledge me with eye contact or a simple nod. Or even to ask, "have you been helped Sir?" And his crew was exactly the same. The service if you can call it that was pretty functional and no one was polite in any way. No "Thank you for your order today" was heard. I picked up my order and left. Let me compare this experience to the one I had at Panera Bread just down the street yesterday morning. I was greeted with a genuine, "Welcome to Panera"! I was asked how I was when I placed my order, was thanked for my order and again thanked when I was brought my bagel and cream cheese. Service, Service, Service! Genuine friendly service makes all the difference to me. I live in an area that is populated with nearly every popular food establishment available today. I can choose just about anything I desire. So everything being equal what is the difference? Service and how I am treated. Will I visit Wing Stop again? I doubt it. And my order? The food was average and missing any dipping sauces which I discovered when I got home. I have many other choices to patronize establishments that value my business. I am so highly irritated with this location.. apparently there has been a change in management bc i have been comin here for 6yrs and gettin the same exact order to the point where when i call to place my order the cooks know who its for: which is a 6 piece bone in bbq mix with hot on all of them.. not half and half but like a spicy bbq.. However just recently within the past week they have declined to mix my sauce.. its irritating and frustrating to say the least considering my family and I have only support this location... I placed my order at 8:42P and at 9:12P when I asked where my order was, I was informed it had never been received. In the meantime, the guy who took my order, told me my order would be out soon. Yet he never actually checked. When I asked for a refund, there was no apology, no offer for a meal on the house; everyone just looked around clueless. The customer service here is horrible. When I asked Jordan if there was a manager on site, I was told no and that I could find the number to corporate online. I had to wait 30 mins for absolutely nothing. AND it wasn't even a busy night. The greatest part is that Tiara B responds to these negative comments, yet nothing is changing and this location continues to receive the same complaints. I ordered an 8 piece wing combo online. It said it would take 20 minutes to prepare my order. I got the confirmation email that they received my order and waited until 5 mins before the order was due to leave my place of work so I can drive there during my lunch break and pick them up. I waited in line for 5 minutes and someone finally came to help...guess what? They never received my order. I even showed them the email that i received that had the correct address and they claim never to have received my order. Exasperated I asked how long my 8 piece wing combo would take but one lady was busy answering the phone and the other one looked lost and didn't know what to do and never answered me. Thankfully I didn't pay online and just walked out. UPDATED 2/21/17: called in my meal order for a friend and I. Waited the quoted time (17 mins) and picked up our orders and ate there at wingstop. Staff was attentive and restaurant is clean, they bus and clean the tables after the customers are finished with their meals. My friend and I ordered the lemon pepper traditional wings and they were really good. Chicken was freshly cooked and the seasoning was perfect. We did not like our food at all. We waited an hour expecting our food to be fresh and it was far from that. The wings were sitting in oil when we opened our plates it almost looked like hard butter and my garlic Parmesan wings had no parmesan on them just lots of oil. On top of the food not tasting good they forgot my boyfriends fries so we basically shared my veggie sticks for dinner. For the amount of money we spent here we were very disappointed. read more

The staff is friendly but i wouldn't return. I went on 9/1 and asked for my chicken to be well done, yeah it wasn't well done. I got home and picked one up to notice it was barely cooked. I took it back and instead of them throwing it away they dropped the chicken right back in the fryer!! Now i know first hand once food crosses the counter and into a customers hand it should NEVER be brought back into the kitchen! It should have been thrown away. Happy this place is open late. Definitely great late night eats. Decided to come here after a long night of Black Friday shopping. The wait wasn't too bad and the wings were fresh and well cooked. They did mess up my order by were more than willing to compensate for my troubles and made things right very quickly and politely. I have seen a tone of bad reviews about this place about no sauce and messed up orders. Just check your order when you get it and the food is delicious. I would recommend the lemon pepper if you like a dry rub. The garlic Parmesan was a little tasteless so I probably wouldn't get that again. I normally do not like writing bad reviews but I would like others to be aware of what to expect when they visit this location. I get it the wings are made to order so expect a 30 minute wait for an order of 10 wings and soggy french fries. Do not expect to be greeted with a warm and friendly smile, nor a clean table to sit at, and by all means if your cashier misspells your name expect them to laugh loudly when calling it out due to the outstanding professionalism of the staff. She doesn't say sorry or the reason why they're closed, I let her know her website says otherwise & hung up on me. We always come to this Wingstop but this is not the first time they turn down our phone order or say they're closed when it isn't near closing time. They need to work on their customer service & stop closing 1hr 15 min before they actually are closed. read more

I placed an order over the phone at this location and was told to pickup in 20 min. I arrived at the 20 min mark and gave the worker my name. He said it will be another 5 minutes. I sat and waited, watched 2 people come in, place their orders and leave before me. I came inside and the man started to take my order and everyone that would call he would just hang up the phone....nice. I though I would try this Wing Stop out on my lunch hour. I get there and it's not too packed. I ordered, The girl seemed to have a hard time with a simple order. So after some back and forth I got it done. I guess my first clue would have been that all the tables were dirty. So after about 20 minutes or so ( yes I looked because I only get an hour for lunch) I get my food and she messed up both my and my sons order. I did not have any more time so I asked for a refund. The girl just walked away and had someone else do it. Stood there in the back and gave me the F.U look the whole time. She could not care less. I guess I will cross that Wing Stop of my list of places to eat. If you do decide to eat there, Give yourself some extra time as you will need it.....Good luck. I was so excited to see a WingStop that was close to my home. However, after eating at this location a second time, my daughter and I had to go to Urgent Care for food poisoning. It is my opinion that there is too navy teenagers working at WingStop and washing hands is not stressed enough. I seen someone take money and then go to the back to assist in preparing food, which is an ultimate NO, NO. I can honestly say I will Not ever patronize with this particular location. Never again. I've ordered and eaten at this location before and it was great. The last time two weeks ago. Placed my order online around 11 pm. Order was ready on time but the order the two girls inside gave me was borderline worth a stomach pump. I got back to work and opened this mess and grease was leaking from the container. I opened my order had to be a cup of grease leaking from the container and into the bag I got my order in. I didn't know that Wing Stop on Milliken in Rancho Cucamonga served cornish hen wings instead of chicken wings. Thats what I got and tasted like they had been left in the fryer for the whole 20 minute time it took for me to pick it up or they gave me bottom of the barrel. Every single piece was hard dry cooked like they left my cornish hen wings float to the top of the oil and stay there. You may ask why didn't I just take it back, by the time I got back to work they were closed and 5 minutes after closing they don't answer the phone. I chalk it up to NON caring employees who don't give a crap about serving crap. So, this location NEVER AGAIN. I'll stick to my Riverside location on University avenue where they serve GOOD real chicken wings and not cornish hen wings that have been OVER cooked so much you could have used them as charcoal in the Weber. read more
