Very disappointing experience. The wings were not cooked properly or seasoned well, & the girl at the front was rude & unprofessional. I also saw cockroaches in the restaurant, which was very concerning. On top of that, the staff started cleaning up before 12:30 a.m. even though the restaurant doesn't close until 1:30 a.m., making it feel like customers were being rushed out. Even though there was only one party having dinner there (the weather was over 110F so it is hard to be outside) there were quite a few delivery orders. Parking was ample and easy. It was a spur of the moment order on my phone and pick up while I was out getting gas. It was a really nice location, great atmosphere. Really good team working. The guy at the front was really handling the front with everyone waiting, the back getting things in order. When I was checking out he asked me about the drink that came with my meal and asked if I wanted him to get it. I said yes, sure. Not knowing he was going to the same machine I could have went to myself. But he did it, wiped the outside and gave it to me. Just a great experience. I wish I knew they do that last part, I would have done it myself. But they were great. read more

Upon following one of my fellow Elite friend's Alex B from Cooper City, Florida's check ins last night on Saturday, June/3/23 made me crave this type of fast food. I decided going off on an impromptu roadtrip back to Palm Springs, CA. to relax for my Sunday Funday today on June/04/23. I have actually never tried WingStop!!!! I don't know why most wing stops get bad reviews. We went for the first time to the one on Monterey across from Costco . We took home 4 of the top spicy bone in wings except for the spiciest one. They were really tasty. Next time I don't think I want the Louisiana rub because they are a tad dry. The corn and fries were very good along with the ranch sauce . I blue cheese is just ok. This Wingstop location has had a problem with their CocaCola soda machine for months and I have repeatedly complained that it's not mixing correctly and tastes horrible. I have even sent an email to their corporate office complaining about it, no response from them yet. If you visit this location I would suggest getting tea or you will be very disappointed with their soda machine. Maybe complain while you are there so we can eventually get it fixed. read more

2 nights ago, I ordered bone in wings to go, online at 6:3.0pm. About 10 minutes after I placed the order, cassandra called to tell me they were OUT OF WINGS. I still haven't been refunded for the wings that I never got because THEY ran out. Not only that, but if one orders online, NO CHANGES. Can be made. So I'm losing on the boneless wings that I don't want and told them to give to someone else as, boneless wings are all gluten and sauce. Can't do it. They can run out of wings and refund you, but they can't do ANYTHING for you if you make a mistake. (Like they won't be selling the boneless wings in the next order). That's ok, I've learned. Go to Buffalo Wild Wings, or Pasquallys pizza and wings, or Norma's Italian, even Pizza Hut has wings. Avoid this place. They run out of wings. WING Stop, runs out of wings. We have been ordering from this place since it first opened. The first few times the service was great. Lately, the employees are lazy, the customer service is awful. They either forget to put items you ordered and when told they respond back with an attitude OR are always late with orders because they are playing on their phones or talking way to much. So couple things. The customer service from the front desk lady was great. However, the customer service from the manager? Not so great. Ordered a 50.00 meal to come home to whatever this sauce is. All cured up... So the 2 baskets of fries we got are worthless without ranch. The wings were dry and no flavor. Little ceasers wings are better then these guys and 2x s more inexpensive. The food is horrible. This is the second time that I've been to this location. I asked for my food to be well done it's still soft and mushy. The fries are always cold. They did not add salt on it and when I call with the problem it's oh the managers not here until Tuesday and they have to figure it out for you. We spent the extra $3 for the buffalo ranch fries and they were awful. We spent the extra $10 to get mix and match bone in and bone less. The bone in were so over cooked, dry, and had zero sauce. If there's a zero...I would rate this as zero! They had messed up our online orders many times. By the time we get home, instead of Hawaiian it's always habanero or some spicy wings. The worst is their customer service, they would ask you to come back and not even have it delivered when it's their mistake. And the "so-called manager" who's claiming to be the manager that later on change her claim to "shift leader" when I was asking her name, won't give out her name because she's not comfortable in doing so. Ordered delivery 20 wings and they only sent 15. I called to talk to them about it and they cannot do a partial refund because even though you order through their website, it goes through door dash. Spoke with the General Manager and she said they would give me 5 wings next time I GO INTO their location and wouldn't even send an email to confirm that I had 5 wings for next time. So, I asked for the 5 wings to be delivered and she said she couldn't do that either. Ended up she said she would refund the whole order which SHE DID NOT DO! I had to dispute the transaction with my CC Company. Wings were very good though, which is why I rating 2 stars instead of 1, but this location is managed horribly and won't be back. We have ordered from other Wingstop locations and have never had such a bad experience as we did from ordering from here. They did not include half of our order and what they did include was missing a few pieces. We had order a large ranch and they did not properly close the lid so a majority of it was in the bag and on the boxes. When we called to talk about the missing items they said we can come and pick up the missing food, so we went to get the rest of the foos but they told us that we needed to bring back everything they gave us in order to get the order, which they had failed to mention over the phone. So, we ended up with half our food missing and no refund for the missing items. read more
