The service here is awful because there a woman worker who is incredibly rude and disrespectful. I have not visited here in a while and I agree with the covid rules and respect. This woman was rude upon entry to the store to order. When I order the wings and then tried to add fries to my order she made a fuss because she assumed I completed my order even though I never indicated that I had and before she asked if that's all. So I pay and she tells me that she will bring the food to my car. So I go wait in the car because that is the policy. I was sitting in my car for a while and when my food was ready she didn't come to my car as she indicated, she stood at the door calling my name as if I could hear it which I could not because it is freezing October weather so I put up my windows to turn on my heat. When I looked up and saw she was calling me, I went over and she gave me an incredible attitude. I don't know what I did to this woman to deserve the attitude from the moment I walked into the store. We were hesitant to order due to poor reviews about the company, but we decided to give them a fair chance. We walked into the location, ordered at the counter, and were told our order would take about 18 minutes. We told the person at the counter that we would sit and wait, and sat down directly in front of them. After 30 minutes of waiting, and seeing other people that came in after us be given their orders, we decided to approach the employee about where ours was. He turned around and grabbed it from the to-go order area, tossed it at us and said "yeah sorry.". The order shows that the food was done for at least 15 minutes and was just sitting there. There is no urgency in customer service, and they pick and choose who they would like to help. Had we not asked about the food, they would have let us sit for an hour. At this point, it doesn't matter how good the food tastes, the poor service trumps that. I'm hoping you can make this right for us so we can give you another chance. read more

I was excited when wingstop came to town. I see Rick Ross get emotional when he talks about it all the time and the hype got to me. Don't get me wrong, the food is okay..but just okay. What gets this particular location two stars is the service. I've been twice and waited about 20 minutes the first time and 30 the second. Both times I called ahead! They have upgraded since I first went to their location. The food still takes a while but my order is always right . It's starting to be up to par for the WingStop locations I'd go to in California. The staff is funny and helps the waiting period go by easier. Fries are always fresh, so you gotta expect a little waiting time if it's busy or not. read more

I visited this establishment today and placed an order for wings at 1:36pm; after listening to the manager's discussion with a employee on the phone in public regarding him not showing up to work due to his house arrest issues, we continued to sit and wait; as we waited, another customer came in who had placed an order of wings for an event at 9:00am today came in at 2:00pm to pick up her order which was still not ready; at the same time another customer came back twice, because his order was wrong; meanwhile we are still waiting for our order. At 2:11pm; my husband asked the status of our order, and someone in the back said they were working on it. We asked for our funds back, and the manager who was totally unprofessional in her response, attire, management communication with the staff, etc. finally gave us funds back. I doubt this place will last very long. Definitely both thumbs down. All of my professional colleagues recommendations stated that the wings are delicious- but the manager was "ghetto" so true! Definitely we will call the "how are we doing" telephone number. I am disappointed especially after reading all the negative reviews. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Started off with having to repeat our order four times before the cashier could get it right. Then sat and waited over 30 minutes for our food to be ready. All while watching the employees preparing the food. None of them were wearing gloves, the same tongs used on the raw chicken were immediately then used on the cooked chicken. There was no ice in the drink machine, no forks, ketchup cups but no ketchup. No trash barrel.. therefore trash on almost every table. Will never eat there again. read more

I went this place on Saturday, and got there buffalo chicken wings, and they were excellent! The service wasn't that bad but I didn't see any workers with gloves on while making the chicken. I mean i don't know if I missed anyone but I saw NO ONE, with ANY gloves on. A few things I wanted to say were that the wait was EXTREMELY long, it felt like over an hour (just over exaggerating but you get the point) . Also, I think like I said the buffalo wings were amazing, but they could have added more sauce bc it was a little dry. There fries are pretty good. I mean, I wouldn't say I hate them but they don't seem to have a lot of calories when you take a bite. It seems decent. So I wouldn't give this place a 5 star, but a four in a half. Also, I got their sprite for a drink, and it was ok. It was VERY strong and didn't taste like there was an water in it to dilute it. So it was pretty strong and made you cringe sometimes. Won't be going to this location any more. While I haven't had a problem with employee friendliness or helpfulness, I'm tired of them getting my order wrong and I've given them 3 chances. The chicken is good, no question about it, but they can't seem to get the orders right. 1) I asked for boneless wings in the beginning but because I needed time to look at the menu and then read off what I wanted, I guess the girl at the register forgot to ring it in as boneless. 2) The second time, I wanted Garlic Parmesan but was given Lemon Pepper instead. This wasn't too big of a deal since, it was a flavor I had no tried before and he gave extra wings to make up for it, and he seemed like a nice employee. Plus it was one of the best flavors I have ever tried. Still, a mistake after an earlier mistake doesn't leave a good impression. 3) This is what made my decide not to come back here again. I made an online order, 25 boneless, and the website upsold me some extra wings for 4.39, I took the offer because why not and my order went from 13 lemon pepper, 6 Louisiana rub, 6 atomic, +5 mango habanero with well done fries to....... 13 or 14 lemon pepper, 6 atomic and 5 mango habanero with the fries.... the Louisiana rub wings were missing. I would have asked them to fix the order but they looked like the types who would get annoyed and give an attitude with that type of issue, so I gave up, just gonna troop all the way to the Boston wing stop now instead, hopefully they do a better job. read more

This place has phenomenal wings but DAMN, the staff cannot FOR THE LIFE OF THEMSELVES BE PRODUCTIVE. I put in an order online once, came in ten minutes after the estimated time of completion, because formerly working in food service I remember how some things can fall behind. I ended waiting an additional half hour while I was there. I remember the place was somewhat busy with about 6-7 other people there, so I assumed this was just unavoidable and gave them another chance. This time, I put in an order, came in 10 minutes late like the last time. When I came in, they informed me that their computers were down or some random excuse and there was an additional wait. And what were the employees doing during this time? Fooling around in the kitchen, throwing receipts at each other, employees coming in late, random people (presumed friends of the employees) coming into the kitchen and chatting it up. I ended up getting my order over an hour after I put it in. Oh and yeah, there were less people in the store the second time around as well. I get that food service has delays, but come on, this service was ridiculous both times. Would not recommend stopping by here, I will now be taking my business to the Roslindale location. read more

This was my first time here, shame on me for waiting so long to try it. I ordered the Hawaiian flavor boneless wings and fries. First, as a newbie I questioned what the difference is between boneless wings and tenders. If I had to guess, the boneless wings are like giant popcorn chicken nuggets and I'm assuming the tenders are just that-a traditional larger tender. When you walk in, expect a laid back atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful if not completely professional in front of customers (personal cell phone use while helping customers and using a racial phrase). However, if you don't mind feeling like you're hanging out in someone's house, you'll be fine and again- the staff are super nice and helpful. The Hawaiian flavor boneless wings are amazing. Sticky and perfectly coated, chicken is tender and moist, slightly sweet and slightly Asian tasting. Now, as wonderful as those are- the show stealer is absolutely the fries. These fries are what every hormonal period-raging or pregnancy craving suffering woman wants and needs. They have somehow found a perfect balance of salty, sweet and a gentle kick of heat in their seasoning on the fries. The most delicious French fries I've ever had. They don't deliver so order ahead and pick up. I'll definitely be back to try other flavors. Plus they have large orders available for groups. read more

DON'T USE ONLINE ORDERING SERVICE: This location has the worst service ever. I put in an online order yesterday at 3:56pm (which is the time stamp confirmation email I received from them), I scheduled my orders to be picked up by 4:45pm. As I showed up at 5:00pm exact and my orders weren't even done. Not only that, the orders ticket was printed out, but no one care enough to cook it. No one in the entire place can answer me why that happened. So I was told that it will take 8 more minutes for them to cook my wings, so I went to Papa Gino's down the road to pick up my pizza and returned the WingStop and yet my orders are still. It done!!! Why even have a online order services when you can even complete an order within the time frame. If I placed in an order to be picked up in an hour and the store wasn't busy why can my order be done on time? As I waited again for my orders, I also witnessed another gentleman with the same issues as I. He too ordered online an hour ago and by the time to came to pick up his orders, they didn't start cooking it yet. So here we are both just sitting around waiting for our orders that was placed in over an hour ago. The wings are good, but the service sucks!!! read more

you got two stars because of the food, if the food wasn't good i'd probabaly never come back. none of the staff is trained, half the kitchen staff doesn't have hats on, their apathetic and slow. the cashiers are ALL conveniently on break together at the back table and the phone is just ringing out of control, the poor manager is running around taking, filling, and handing out orders. i was called quickly for my take out order of boneless wings, in a naive fashion i didn't check my order until they started yelling my name for the second time. now my other order that was ordered at the exact same time, and given a quote time of 18 minutes is now at 26 minutes and counting. FIRE everybody, this poor manager clearly has no drive or desire to see this place succeed because i haven't heard a sorry or what can i do to make this better in the last 30 minutes since i got here. i'll tell you what. Wingstop Randolph is disgusting and infuriating. This is by far the worst establishment I have ever been to in my life. The employees were all slow and off in lala land. The service was extremely slow and inefficient. The inside of the store was dirty. The drink station and the counter it sat on, were covered in a sticky layer of spilled soda. There were more employees than customers inside the store, on the Sunday afternoon on which I went there, and it was evident from the long, audible sighs, and looks of frustration on the faces of the other customers, that their service was also horrible. I placed my pickup order online. I was inside the store for a full 15 minutes, before the transaction was complete. First of all, I ordered 15 wings, and received 9. Several of the 9 wings that I did receive, were fractions of the size of a true boneless wing. I ordered seasoned fries, but received plain fries. I ordered ranch sides, and received honey mustard. The food was so completely terrible, that it was inedible. The wings were completely overcooked, in what tasted like days old oil, and they were cold. I took two bites and threw the rest away. The batter was extremely hard and tough, and the wing tasted of char, and some other unidentifiable horribleness. The fries were soggy. Nothing about my order was correct. I have never seen such an incompetently and inefficiently run chicken wing business in my life. Avoid this place like the plague. Horrible service and even worse inedible food. read more
