0 Stars! Absolutely HORRIBLE. Placed an online delivery order for 20 wings and fries, waited over an hour. Over that time, door dash assigned 4 drivers because Wingstop "needed more time". Multiple drivers asked how long the order would take and the location said "15-20 minutes". My order was cancelled by door dash but still pending on wingstop. They told me I had to call DoorDash (which I did) b/c the order wasn't with them. The order was placed directly on wingstop's website. After multiple calls and even going to the store, they didn't offer any compensation or even to remake the food (after telling me on the phone that they could remake). Terrible experience with Wingstop in Rohnert Park. I placed a delivery order and several items were missing. When I called the store to resolve the issue, I was told I needed to bring the entire order back just to "prove" I wasn't lying -- even though I had paid extra for delivery. That response alone was frustrating and completely unreasonable. To make things worse, the associate named Brenda hung up on me in the middle of explaining the situation. I had to call back three times before I was finally able to speak with someone else (Karen), who repeated the same policy about bringing the order back, despite knowing it was a delivery. The lack of customer service, accountability, and basic respect was shocking. Customers shouldn't have to jump through hoops to fix mistakes that weren't theirs to begin with. No real complaints about the food. We got a two person meal deal and it was pretty good value for under $40, including all the wings, extra sides, fries and two drinks. The Korean had good flavor but too much sauce for me. If you like saucy wings this is the flavour for you! The hot honey rub was my favorite and the side of mango habañero was good. I felt bad for the guy working. They needed more staff the day we were in. I believe they're hiring but he had so much to do and I could only see him and one other person in the kitchen. He did great with all the orders but it took ages for our food to come (again, definitely not his fault. He was hustling!) Dropped by Wingstop for a quick dinner and went with the boneless wing meal deal with Garlic Parmesan and Original Hot that comes with fries and a soda. Overall? Decent. Not amazing, not terrible. Just... dependable in that "it's been a long day and I don't want to think" kind of way. The Garlic Parmesan wings were the better half of the combo...good flavor, not too salty, with a buttery coating and a decent crunch. That said, they leaned a little heavy on the oil. The Original Hot had a nice kick and left me in tears (in a good way), but didn't quite balance heat and flavor the way I hoped. It was spicy, sure, but kind of one-note. Nothing offensive, just not something I'd crave again. The boneless wings themselves were more like small nuggets than actual wings, which I expected, but still worth noting. Decent texture with a crispy outside and a bit soft inside, but nothing mind-blowing. The fries were seasoned well, but there were just so many of them! I wouldn't mind a smaller portion because I want some fries, but not a lot. The soda was... well, soda. Hard to mess that up. The new combo options have made it much more affordable to eat here as well. The wait time during peak hours can be long, but if you are a decent human being, it's an understandable delay and if you want to, you can go to mcdonalds! This is the first time I've been to a Wingstop place. I went to the one that just opened up in Rohnert Park. I ordered online I ordered the 16pc half was Korean style and the other half original spicy plus had celery sticks. When I picked it up there were 2 other customers ahead of me there 2 employees on break small place had about I think 6 tables plus a soda machine and 2 tvs. The Korean wings were tangy you can taste the soy sauce and had a sweetness to it and the original hot had a slight kick but what I liked about the wings they were very meaty. It's super annoying because I get the bag and check it and sometimes it looks ok but it's not. I love wings and really wanted to like this place, but it's awful. Today... 1) The cashier barely spoke English, it was tough to place an order. And then the guy who came in after me really couldn't communicate with the guy and a patron sitting around waiting for his food had to interpret what was going on. It was frustrating. 2) All I wanted was 5 wings, but it took over 20 minutes. Also, I (and the guy behind me) were surprised when we had to pay extra for any dipping sauce. 3) A homeless looking woman walked and starting asking people to buy her wings. I've had Wingstop many, many times before! This restaurant? Gross! We ordered a Medium boneless wing combo & asked to have it plain with flavors/sauces on the side. We were told that we couldn't really do that, which was interesting because I've ordered this style many times at other locations. We were charged extra for the sauces/flavors. Our food came out pretty quick, which I was excited for... until I actually looked at the food. The fries were soooooo undercooked, the potato on the inside was still pretty hard and raw. It also barely had any seasoning. I also think it's really strange how they don't have a trash can to throw your food away into once you're done. I called the store for them to refund my missing half of my order but they couldn't as there was no manager on duty and I would have to go back in the next day to get my refund. When I went in to get my refund the next day it was a big fiasco. Again no manager on duty. I had to leave and come back then they had to call the manager to see if they could give me my money back. Only 2 people working during lunch hour and the person taking orders doesn't speak English. Another customer had to provide translation to even get an order completed. So I did manage to get a combo.
