    Pad Kee Mao

Parking for this location is a little tough, so I would recommend leaving yourself some extra time to find parking in the neighborhood. I really enjoyed my Pad Kee Mao, I will say I got a 2 star spice and it had some good heat on it. The fresh rolls were really good and a great sized appetizer for four people. The service was great and I appreciated the fact that it wasn't very loud inside the restaurant which made conversation with friends easy!

I really wanted to like Kin Dee. The ambience is great, the aesthetic is thoughtfully done, the space is clean and pleasant, and our server was polite, attentive, and on top of things. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the food. While the portions are generous, the flavors left much to be desired. At this point, with Seattle becoming such a haven for excellent Asian/Thai food, it's getting harder to overlook mediocre food in this category. We ordered the Chicken Pad Thai and the Khao Soi. The Khao Soi was very salty and, overall, just tasted "meh." The Chicken Pad Thai was similarly underwhelming. Rather than the ingredients coming together into the rich, balanced flavor that makes a great Pad Thai so satisfying, each ingredient seemed to taste separate from the others. One thing that caught my attention was a food dissatisfaction note included on the menu. After our meal, I found myself wondering if there was a reason it needed to be there. Overall, this was a miss for me. The restaurant has a beautiful space, good service, and plenty of potential, but unfortunately the food didn't live up to the setting. I'm still glad we gave it a try.

3.5 I came on a Sunday night and there was no wait + food came out fast. The restaurant felt clean and was well decorated. The Guay Tiew Tom Yum was a bit sweeter than I am used too, but I enjoyed it. The duck noodle soup + kao ka moo were too salty, and the kao ka moo wasn't as tender as I wanted it to be.

Nice spot, well done interior space and a cozy bar area. Fully stocked I might add! Pad Kee Mao was flavorful and the pork was soooo good and tender! Thai Iced Coffee and I'm Thai-content!

We ordered the chicken pad Thai, Kin Dee wings, and the chicken panang curry (I forgot to take a photo). We loved the chicken wings! The skin was perfectly crispy and the meat was still juicy. I also liked that it came with 4 wings so we could equally split the portions :) The pad Thai was good as well, standard pad Thai but I liked the egg lattice presentation. I got the pad Thai 1 star because I was worried their 2 star would be too spicy (I have low spice tolerance), but next time I would get more spice! The curry was also pretty standard, it did not stand out but it satisfied my fiancés craving for curry. I would come back just for the chicken wings and to try other menu items! Our servers were very attentive and kind, we also witnessed them handle a difficult customer situation well.

Flavor - ***** Presentation - ***** Service - **** Wait time - **** Cleanses - ***** Cute restaurant located outskirts of capital hill. Just like a small hidden jame at a corner with great Thai food. Cocktails are delicious and service was standard. It was a Sunday dinner but there had no line which was great. A little bit pricy but over experience was ok. Will I come back ? There are many other competitive choices. Btw their spicy level is pretty high!!

Stopped by on a whim for dinner and was left pretty impressed. Portion sizes were large and justifiable for the price. Service was friendly and attentive. I shared three dishes with my boyfriend which were the pad Thai, pork larb, and khao soi. Everything was amazing and super fresh. My favorite of the three dishes was the larb. It was incredibly delicious with the right balance of umami, salty, sour, and sweet. I enjoyed eating it as a lettuce wrap. The pad Thai was ooey gooey with an abundance of chicken. The egg net over the dish was a nice aesthetic touch. The khao soi was great, but something I grew tired of eating after a couple bites due to its heaviness. I really liked the pickled greens and the fact that the dish came with not one, not two, but THREE chicken thighs. They do not skimp on the protein here! Would def recommend this place to others. It also surprisingly makes a cute date night spot.

This was the second noodle place we visited during my short visit to Seattle. It is located in a residential neighborhood. I just love the way Seattle can have apartments on top of shops. It is so convenient. This restaurant was just 2 blocks from our short term rental. It is quite small, may be 10 tables? The kitchen is right behind us behind a bar? You can the wok and the flame as the chef prepared the orders. We went on a weekday for dinner. No need for reservation or waitlist. We got seated immediately. The fried soft tofu appetizer was excellent. So tasty. The Pad See Ew we ordered took a bit longer to arrive but it was hot and fresh. The restaurant was not loud so we enjoyed our conversation while we wait for our food. Not bad at all with the nice Thai iced coffee. The amount of food was generous. Because it is so tasty we both cleaned our plates.

Felt like eating something and ran into this place. As soon as I walk in you hear music playing and it has a nice feel to the place. I see a small bar with alcohol served and a few TV's inside. The business isn't that big with 8 tables inside plus a bar area with 3 seats but still seems roomy. I was greeted at the door and seated pretty fast. I ordered Pineapple Fried Rice & Chicken Wings. Pineapple Fried Rice was good and served inside a pineapple! Chicken Wings were good as well. I'd recommend this place to everyone.

Not a private parking lot as of July 2018! But lots of street parking, 2 hour limit in most areas but you don't have to pay (neighborhood territory)

The moment you walk in, it feels like you've been transported straight to a bustling Thai night market or a lively pub along the strip. The interior design and decor are so fun and detailed. Just keep in mind that it gets pretty loud and energetic inside, but in a fun, vibrant way that really adds to the experience. We ordered a little bit of everything: Tom Kha: Perfectly creamy, tangy, and hit all the right aromatic notes. Kor Moo Yang (Grilled Pork Neck): Tender, super savory, and packed with flavor. Pad Thai & Fried Rice: Both classic comfort dishes executed exceptionally well--not dry at all and loaded with taste. Everything came out piping hot and full of authentic flavor. The wait can be a bit long during peak hours, but it's 100% worth it. Definitely a new go-to Thai spot in Seattle!

The atmosphere is great and gives off Bangkok street food vibes especially with the fact that it stays open until 2 am. We came in at 6 pm on a Saturday and were seated within 5-10 minutes. The waiter was diligent about checking in on us despite how busy the place already was. Whilst I liked the restaurant vibes, the place where we were seated was so hot with absolutely no ventilation making it a bit uncomfortable for a Seattle summer. There are fans placed throughout the rest of the restaurants, but in the subsection where we were placed, I don't believe that was an option. Another thing that was disappointing is the menu is deceptive in saying that dishes can be made gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, etc, but that's actually not true. The salads, soups, curries, and Pad Thai all have fish sauce / oyster sauce in them which is not vegetarian. I ended up requesting for vegan dishes instead and I could only order noodles which made sharing with my non-vegetarian friends quite difficult. I ended up getting the Pad Mama which was delicious, but it was definitely not my first choice. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this restaurant for a vegetarian, but the options are incredible for those who eat meat and / or enjoy a good cocktail menu.

We scanned the electronic menu at the front, ordered, then got water at the self-serve station. We beat the lunch crowd so we had plenty of tables to choose from. The bright and cheery decor had nice ambiance and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My hubs ordered the Khao Soi Chiang Mai, one of his favorite dishes to order at a Thai restaurant. It was huge and came in a big, wide bowl. He enjoyed the flavor of the yellow curry and building heat of this dish. Make sure to get a steak knife at the front counter so you can cut the meat from the chicken drumstick (if you're not biting into it). Also, if you are a spice lightweight like me, this is not your dish. But if you enjoy spice and curries, you will enjoy this dish. I got the E-Jae House Noodle with chicken and no egg. Wow, their handmade rice noodles were amazing! So soft, tender, and kinda ropey. I loved the texture and taste of this dish. The sauce was light and complimented the noodles, chicken, green onions, and cilantro. It's so great to eat a restaurant dish that isn't too salty or saucy! It comes with a side of chili sauce which I didn't use, but if you like spice, I am sure it was good. We ended our meal by sharing a small order of the Mango Sticky Rice. It was delightful. The mango was perfectly ripe, the sticky rice was delicious, and it was topped with little crispies which we found out later was fried mung beans. A great ending to a great meal. We will definitely be back!

You order at the counter when you walk in, grab a seat, and they'll bring the food out to you. Everything else is totally self-serve--you grab your own water, utensils, and condiments. When you're finished, you bus your own table and drop your dishes at the return station. I ordered the pumpkin panang curry with fried chicken, and the portion size was massive! The curry was super rich, heavy, and packed a ton of flavor. The fried chicken held up really well with the sauce, too. The taste was definitely there, and you get a lot of food for what you pay. I'm really surprised that any reviews say the food is good, but if you eat a lot of Asian food and have a general standard for Thai or flavor, you will be super disappointed here. My concern is not with the meal; it is with the overall hospitality we received. From the moment I entered the restaurant, I observed differences in how guests were greeted and engaged. Some guests were welcomed with smiles, courtesy, and friendly conversation, while my own initial interaction felt more reserved and minimal in comparison. After being seated, I waited approximately 15 minutes before anyone offered me water, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy. During that time, other tables around me were served water and received refills more promptly. I was waiting for my friend to arrive. Once my friend joined me, we were asked shortly after if we were ready to order, even though we had not yet had sufficient time to review the menu. Later, when we indicated that we were ready, the server took the menu and walked away without taking our order at that time. One interaction during the ordering process stood out. In general, I observed warm and friendly engagement between staff and other guests. When my friend asked a question, the response we received felt brief and less welcoming in tone and expression, which contributed to our overall impression of the interaction. Standing alone, a single expression or moment could be easily misread, and I would not base a review on that alone. However, within the context of the full experience, it contributed to our perception of inconsistency in service and attentiveness. That pattern continued throughout the meal. Some tables that ordered after us received their food before we did, and appeared to be served more quickly overall. We were also brought to-go boxes without requesting them while we were still eating and in conversation. This made us feel somewhat rushed to finish. The interaction when it came time to pay also felt brief and less engaging than expected. I can only speak to what I personally experienced. The concern here is not a single incident, but the overall pattern of service: delayed water, limited engagement at times, ordering delays, slower food timing compared to nearby tables, and feeling rushed toward the end of the meal. Again, the food was decent, and this review is primarily about the service. Based on our experience, the level of attentiveness and hospitality was inconsistent. For those reasons, my recommendation is maybe. Regardless of the cause, I believe every guest should receive consistent courtesy, professionalism, and attention.
