I stop by here often because of the proximity. It's clean and orderly. The utensils and straws are always neatly restocked and the tables are always clean- I never see people's trash. The floors are also never sticky, even close to their soda dispenser. A lot of the times Iris is my host, and she is exceptional in her customer service. One of my favorite go-to places to eat. I usually order online and pickup in store, and never had an issue with it. All of their wing flavors are delicious, not to mention their mouth watering Cajun fries which are my absolute favorite! Oh, the chocolate brownie is also amazing. Service is always quick and the staff have always been friendly and efficient. They have a great selection on the menu and it's always fun to try a different flavor each time. 4 stars only because of the pricing which is definitely a bit too high for wings. Also at this specific location, lots of times it smells strongly of weed inside. This Wingstop has always been a hit or or miss location since its opened. The one thing they've always been good about is customer service, until now. Place an order online today for pick-up went in, and they had given my order to another person with my same name who ordered. (so much for the protocol they preach about checking ID, and the card you paid for when coming in.) Regardless mistakes happen, wasn't a huge issue. When I came back in, I asked like most others probably would, is there anything you can do for the inconvenience, mind you i'd been waiting over 30 mins for 10 wings, and fries. The cashier said no problem, but when she spoke to the manager, he told me there was nothing they could do and "the money isn't here." (Whatever that means lmao.) I told them i'm not trying to be that guy, but there is totally something you could do. At the same time it's wingstop and i wasn't about to go viral over a 10% discount because the manager had a "you got your food" attitude.
