I ordered food from this wingstop yesterday night for my family and I. I got the ten-piece bone-in wings. I ate 5 of my wings with blue cheese. I saved the rest of my wings for the next day (today). After eating my wings yesterday, I had really bad poops all night and half of the day today. I didn't think it had anything to do with the wings until I went to go take a bite of my leftover wings about an hour ago. The wing that I bit into was bloody inside. When I was eating my wings yesterday, they were covered in sauce and blue cheese. Also, I was sitting in kind of a dark spot in my living room where the lamp light didn't light up part of the living room, so I with all the sauce and dressing on my wings and the bad lighting, I didn't notice that the wings were raw. The food that the rest of my family had got didn't have anything wrong with it. I'm thankful I just had diarrhea and was not throwing and having other problems. I give up on Wingstop! The first few times I got food from this location, it was terrific. That was a long time ago, and ever since the service and food have been horrible. My final attempt was last week. My son and I made an online carryout order for this location. Our order was an 8-piece boneless wing combo with fries and a soda and a 5-piece chicken tender combo with fries and a soda. We were given a 25 minutes estimate for our food to be ready. Exactly 25 minutes from hanging up the phone, we arrived at the store to pick up our order. The place was relatively empty, with maybe a handful of people seated in the lobby eating. We waited behind another person in line for a minute or two, while they were ordering their food. As soon as their order was complete, and paid for, the cashier walked into the back of the store and disappeared. Didn't say a word to us before doing so, just walked away. Meanwhile, the three guys in the back cooking, stood back there just watching us. Didn't seem they had alot of cooking to do, just alot of standing around and watching us. Several minutes later, the cashier returned. No greeting, no apology for the wait, just a gruff, "can I help you?" I told her we had a carryout order and gave our name. Without a response, she went to the three cooks and quickly returned stating, "its gonna be a few minutes still." She then rang up our order, collected our money, and gave us the soda cups. Then we waited....and waited....and waited some more! Only one person came in after us to order. He seemed to get the same type of unfriendly service as we did from the cashier. About 10-15 minutes later, we finally get our food! (40-45 minutes after we ordered it and were told it would be ready in 25) Again, no apology for our wait. No thank you for ordering here. Nothing! Then, when we got home, we found that the chicken was so saturated in sauce that the breading was wet and slimy. My son still ate his, but after salvaging two of my tenders, I tossed the rest. Both orders of fries were cold and nearly inedible. As I noted at the start of the review, this place has been going downhill for a while. I've found these days that the staff are never friendly and the food quality is so inconsistent that you are literally gambling on an unlikely chance for decent food. This day however I had carryout and had a specific time I was told to pick up my order. I got there exactly the time and my order was done so good on time. But when I went to go eat my food there was no fork or napkins and my wings were cold. So disappointing . After I placed my order I was told there was a 20-25 minute pick up time, but by the time I get there and wait it's nearly double the time of waiting. You order at the counter like a quick service restaurant and then come up to the counter when your order is ready.
