Don't Stop @ Wingstop! Let me start with saying we are at least a 50 -75 wing per week family, and we had really enjoyed the wings at Wingstop. I am also a Ranch Dressing snob and theirs is some of the best. The fries although amazing, have not been on my diet since we have gone with a low carb menu. This is where the wheels or should I say the Wings fall off. We ordered 50 wings tonight that normally yield about 12 - 15 wings for left-overs for lunch the next day, but NO left -overs Today..... These were the smallest wings I have ever been served, they may even be small in sparrow wing terms, certainly not the delicious wings we traveled 30 minutes for and were used to getting. I am normally the type of guy who does not complain, rather, I just shut up and don't go back. This was a little different since it was one of our favorite wing places, I decided to inquire about the extremely small wings. They agreed they were super small, and one server volunteered to re-do the order, but another associate said they would not. We ate all 50 and were still hungry. On the way out the manager asked how was everything, so I told her they were the smallest wings I had ever seen. Her response...... Oh we got a new supplier and thats all there is to it, and some people prefer small wings. Wingstop has been a Stop for us at least once a week, but no more. i have been to this place three times and i absolutely love it! the $20 deal for 15pc of wings + a side of large fries is extremely worth it! i always get the korean sauce and i'm obsessed with it. the fries are to die for and the cheese sauce is great! although, the last time i went, my food took about 45 mins to get ready. i went around 11pm and the staff took very long to get people's orders and bring out the food. however, i totally recommend this place for wings !! read more

Pros: Clean interior, nice employees. Cons: Took more than 20 minutes to get my 8-piece wings, the sauces were greasy and not very flavorful, my friend and I felt sick after eating them. It would have been faster and more cost-effective to go to Wendy's. read more

This is late as i should have posted this 2 weeks ago. We want to thank Patricia and her team for the great work they did in getting our meals together for our production plant on Tuesday and Thursday. It was a lot of wings & all the orders were perfect. Patricia even delivered them at 7pm for the night shift. The whole company loved them. The flavors we had were Original Mild and Hot Classic, Lemon Pepper, & Hickory BBQ. All tasted great. First timer. When I walked in I was given a friendly greeting. They have a really good deal for 10pc wings, a drink, and fries! You also get to pick two different flavors. I went with garlic Parmesan and mild. The Parmesan wings were a little over cooked but mild was good. The fries though were amazing!! I don't know what seasoning they use but I was really good. Mondays are always my favorite because Mondays are Wingstop Mondays. 35 cent wings for college students with your student ID at Wingstop bring us there frequently. As I start working out more for the summer, I'm saddened to have to cut back a bit on the wings, but I can't resist for too long. Normally I get Hickory Smoked BBQ or Garlic Parmesan, both tasty, but at such a cheap price I can usually afford both and maybe even a drink and fries. Was able to enjoy a pleasant wing meal here. Almost didn't eat here today, but after another wing establishment provided inadequate service we left and came here. As soon as we came in we were welcomed and able to order right away. Would've gave a higher rating, but it did take a while for the wings to come. First time trying Wing Stop and I have to say I was severely disappointed. Ordered dine-in and my girlfriend and I waited 29 minutes for two 8 piece wings... You heard me right, TWENTY NINE MINUTES. The cashiers kept telling us "Oh your order is coming up" over and over as we watched 4 separate customers who ordered after us get their food. They must have forgotten that I just paid them money for a service that certainly does not take 29 minutes. Every time we checked our order status there was a group of 8 employees in the back of the restaurant having a little party and not making food. If you are not African American, don't expect to get your food in a timely manner, as you will just get ignored. The only reason I'm rating a 4 is due to how far we have to drive to the closest wing stop. There typically is a wait but it's worth it. We moved to Tampa area from California and use to eat wing stop a lot and finally found one out here three years later. We drive from riverview to this location at least once every two weeks. The food is always phenomenal and every time we come Ms.Patty is always there and AMAZING every single time! Everyone there is wonderful but she is outstanding. I've been here several times because they're wings are delicious, juicy, and priced well. HOWEVER tonight there was the May vs Pac fight so they were crazy busy, and DID NOT prepare for it or handle at all. We were told we had to come in to place our order so it would be handled immediately, an HOUR later we come to find THEY NEVER PLACED OUR ORDER. We didn't find out until WE CALLED. As a popular wing place, they should have prepared for the high volume of orders, stopped taking them after a certain time, or idk WARNED US OF THE HIGH VOLUME. This place is garbage. My husband and I stopped in after Busch gardens for a bite to eat. The staff was horribly distracted neither cashier was listening to my husband and i put it our orders....mind you we were at 2 separate cashiers and had the same experience. We waited entirely too long for wings. We finally received our food and my husband sat down and i realized my part of the order was horribly incorrect. I went back inside and they corrected my order no problem. We started to eat and i went inside to refill drinks when i returned to our table a female worker and a customer were standing over my husband and harassing him about taking the incorrect order- how were we eating something we didn't order? And was asking for half eaten food BACK....what in God's name are you going to do with my returned half eaten food!!!!????? We left our remaining food on the tray and left. I have never experienced such rude, inappropriate behavior ever. These employees need a whole bunch of training on taking orders, speaking up, speaking clearly, and generally paying attention to what they're doing. NEVER AGAIN!! On Super Bowl Sunday 2-4-18, my family decided to have a heavy lunch (1pm) and stopped by Wingstop for wings. We had frequented WS before. Each time that we visit the wait is EXTREMELY long. They only have wings (no full kitchen to include burgers, sandwiches, etc.) so one would think that they would be proficient with cooking WINGS. Nonetheless, we stop by from time-to-time. After placing and paying for our dine-in ordering $33.16 worth of wings and fries for 3 people, I asked for cups so that we could get WATER from the drink fountain. Why did I do that? Jazmyne informed that the water in the fountain was not working, but I could buy 3 bottles of water. I REMINDED her that we had just spent $33 for food; wings - spicy wings with fries and would like to have water to wash them down. She REMINDED me that I could buy some bottled water. I asked for the manager at which time the OWNER (his name starts with "M") came to the front to explain that the water was not working and that we could BUY some bottled water. Hummmm, I guess not. He was rude and condescending. We immediately asked for a refund and went down the street to HOOTERS! We had EXCELLENCT wings (honey Thai flavor - amazing) at HOOTERS!!!! Thanks Wingstop and especially Mr. "M" for the referral! A little common sense and reasoning would have saved you a customer. Don't punish your PAYING CUSTOMERS for the sins of others. The first week I moved to Tampa my girlfriend and I decided to find a wing place and ordered pick up from here. We got our food, went home, and opened it to find the entire order screwed up. Having just moved into our apartment and being exhausted, the last thing we wanted to do was drive all the way back, but I did. When I got there, I was visibly upset and was met with rude employees who acted like it was my fault the order was wrong. I was offered a free drink by the manager, this scary enormous black man. I say scary because of how he acted after I mentioned that I had driven all the way there twice and was now out of gas, and a free drink was barely going to cover THEIR screw up. In response to a customer being justifiably upset over a botched order and horrible service, and making me wait longer for the order to be corrected, he came at me and almost attacked me, then started calling me out as if he was about to fight me. I was shaking at this point and completely apalled that a manager would treat a customer like this. I GUESS THE CUSTOMER ISNT ALWAYS RIGHT. And most places you think he would apologize, but he continued to tell me how he didnt care bc his truck burnt more gas than mine bc he lived further away from me and he was doing ME a favor. Needless to say, it was very upsetting. I was shaking the entire car ride home and have never been treated like that in my entire life. To be threatened by a manager instead of helped was very ridiculous, especially a grown man who is twice my size. Hopefully the company has fired him by now but if not, this may be a wake up message for them. AVOID THIS PLACE NO MATTER WHAT. HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES, YOU WILL REGRET IT. Great wing a, been going to this establishment since I was 13yrs old. Unfortunately, some Wingstop location were closed down and only the fowler has survived. Luckily, this one is great and I have no complaint or issue other Han certain time it gets really busy. But that's expected and needed so it won't go out of business lol. Hopefully, it here for the long run. The only way I would ban this place if they get rid of certain flavor that I normally get every time I come to eat. Or, if it's too crowded. Other than that, this my the place to get amazing wings and the only place in the Bay Area to get the Freshest, Clean, Ice Cold veggies stick. You'll never find a restaurants that serves fresh cold celery sticks. This is a staple to Wingstop establishment and I'm glad they stick with it and not ruin it at all. Oh yeah, where else can u get a tub jar of the best blue cheese you'll ever eat with your wings. Sorry, the only place that legitimately can say they had the best tasty blue cheese here.... It's freakin Wingstop. Just like the veggies sticks.. It's fresh, cold, and not too lukewarm. The chunks are perfect amount and its the perfect compliment with the wings & fries. Yes I said it, those delicious fries. Another big winner and incomparable side item. Now, I'll say this, back in the early 2000, the fries literally tastes like crack.. In a good way. T had so much sugarcane on them and it was AMAZING!! Nowadays, they've limited the auger and salt and it's OK for what it is and still tops other fries from other franchises. But back then, nothing can top it and it was in a league of its own. That would be my only disappointment but j can understand why they've toned down the fries seasoning. It was very addictive like certain drug lol. Best flavors: Louisiana rub, lemon pepper, and garlic Parmesan.
