My second time ordering here. Ordered via DoorDash at the end of the day and my order did go through. They didn't confirm and when DoorDash tried to call they were not responsive. Will have to consider ordering from them again. Their food is pretty good but service tonight was truly non existent. I have worked much of my life in the restaurant industry and can only conclude my order was less important than closing quickly. It was over 40 dollars as well. Door dash gets five stars as they were professional and gave me a credit to apologize in a way for the restaurants service. read more

Unsure how you serve chicken and fries and claim you don't " carry salt". They acted like I was crazy because I asked for salt. Just because they have " flavors" for their items doesn't mean you can't choose to use salt. That's just crazy Also no reason to act like you've never heard of salt and hand the customer pepper. I go to Wingstop often but will not be choosing the Hewitt location again. read more

I don't usually review places like Wing Stop because everyone already knows what to expect. But I thought I would brag on this location and their attention to costumer service. We generally door dash this location but decided to get out of the house and go in. We were greeted heartily by Carolyn, the manager, who was in the process of cleaning tables and counters. However, she also took time to help us with our order and let us know what specials were available. Every employee that served us was cheerful and helpful from the counter to the girl that check in on us. The restaurant was very clean as were the bathrooms. The food was executed well. I had Spicy Korean Bbq and Hawaiian while my wife had Garlic Parm and Original Hot. Overall, we had a good experience. We'll definitely continue to come here. If you're looking for something quick, though, this is not the place for you. They do a steady call in business which makes fine in orders come out a little slow. If you like wings and fries, friendly staff, and have a little patience, this is your place. read more

I've come here several times and it's usually great. I have had one order not coming our ideal but I let the manager know and she gladly made it right and replaced the whole order for me. She's working with the staff to retrain and make sure everything is up to par. Definitely recommend this location because the customer service is better than others in town. We got here when it opened. First people in the restaurant and first people to order. I understand that it may take time to set up the kitchen, but they proceeded to do 6 online orders before us. We waited for an hour in store even though we were first in the restaurant. Lady at the front was rude to us and had bad service. Food was fine but should've been better for the time we waited. Setting was just a normal wingstop. I do not recommend eating at this wingstop if you want wings go to a different location or just get better wings at Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

Went to this wing stop about 6 months ago swear I wouldn't go back, due to them giving me some boneless wings with some Parmesan cheese on them when I ordered lemon pepper and garlic. So this experience was much better! This store has stepped its game up. read more

We've usually have had very good service from you, but today was different. We placed an online order. We requested to have the corn be fries seasoning. They were Cajun. Our order had 10 wings were original, but should have been mild. Came back about 30 minutes later. We explained that our meal was over and that we didn't need any more food. We requested a gift card or refund on the corn, but he insisted on remaking the corn. He didn't apologize for the issue. read more

We just spent 60.00 bucks for a 40PC GROUP PACK... Classic (+$50.89) Original Hot x 10 Lemon Pepper x 20 Hawaiian x 10 Large Veggie Sticks Large Seasoned Fries (+$3.40) Fry Seasoning Regular Amount of Seasoning x 2 Cajun Seasoning Ranch x 4 ... that was not worth the Price! , this time around. And if I could I would have sent it all back, all the meals had super dried-out chicken that looked like it was yesterday's meal being re-heated and served up today! My original hot-classic bone-in was dried out and had no extra sauce(dried-out) lying on the bottom cartoon like times before. The lemon pepper was way-too salty as well (even after the wife scraped as much off as she could, but still was too salty!) we didn't eat it. And hopefully today when she takes it back to them, they will serve it up the way its supposed to look like and taste like. (stay tune). And to top it off we would either have to have bought it back to them in order to get them to remake all of it (IOWs wait another 1hr or so for them to re-make the whole order again) -OR- only get refunded back just $15.00 dollars (out of the 60 dollar payment we paid), for not bringing it back to them. How do they justify a 60 dollar (dried-out meal) reimbursement, only be worth 15 dollars back???? This is just wrong in all kinds of ways! While the Mgr. was being cooperative, not in the beginning-Rude. I still Do Not Agree with their refund amount policy. It should be like everyone else's policy when they run across unsatisfied customers and refund The Full Amount! No Questions Asked! Their food prep has to get better(stop buying wings from the local grocery stores? 'looked like it') and get back to where it once was. Or we will not be spending 60 bucks on them Again! I asked for them to be cooked well done and was told they would take 30 minutes... well, no Wings should take 30 minutes but they were cooked perfectly so I'm not complaining!! I have been to this location twice since moving to the area. Both times the service was not exceptionally fast but the order was correct and the food was good. Most recently I put in an online order with a pick up time of 5pm. It took until 5:15 or so to be ready so I had to wait. It was shift change though and everyone was coming and going. I really liked that everyone seemed to be getting along and enjoying themselves. Work should be as fun as possible! Another plus was that when I got home I had 4 additional wings that I did not order. Not sure if it was intentional or not but I was happy! Slowest Wing Stop in the history of time. I've been to many Wing Stops and this one is the slowest. It take 2-3 times as long to cook than any other Wing Stop. I hear other customers complaining to management about it, but they don't seem to care. In addition to being slow, the workers mess up orders and credit card machine can be down for days at time. The wings are great, like any other Wing Stop. But the delay is ridiculous. read more

Worst Wing Stop I have ever experienced. The store is full of flies. The staff does not enjoy working there and does not eat their own food. They had dinner delivered last night while I waited for my food. A customer walked in the door and one of the employees said "Welcome to Jack in the Box". I added a few wings to my order to try a new flavor, a sign on the wall claimed it only cost .60 cents each to add wings. When I questioned the price I was charged (almost twice as much) I was told that offer required a minimum order. When I asked why the sign was not clear, the employee agreed it was not clear and should be changed. read more

Worst Wing Stop Ever!! First, when we tried to place our order on the phone the guy that answered the phone was rude and said it was going to take 40 minutes for our order. My husband was sure it wouldn't take this long so he went up there in the normal 20 minute time frame. When he got there, funny enough the food was already sitting waiting for him. Then when he brought the wings home, there was no sauce or seasoning on anything (fries, wings, and boneless) we just wasted $43 on plain chicken wings. One of which was missing half of the meat and appeared to have had a bite taken out of it. I called the manager to complain, and he did offer me more food. Bad thing was he was telling the cook what I was complaining about while I was on the phone, so I couldn't trust that my food wouldn't have been tampered with in any way when we got it a second time. This has to be the worst wing stop ever. Made an order online and showed up at the time shown that the order would be ready and they say there isn't an order for us. Show them email for order and they figure out that the printer was out of paper. Refill the paper and it starts spitting out all kinds of orders. I'm sure there were more people that were not going to get their order anytime soon either. We cancelled our order and left. There was not a bit of care or concern over the fact that they messed up. Aubrey was not very friendly. It was so cold inside the place that I had to walk outside and get my coat. This is crazy to have a place that cold that you can not enjoy anything. When I ordered well done, her response was are you going to wait 26 minutes. I explained yes. After waiting for 40 minutes, I approached her and asked how much longer it was going to be. Her response was it is almost done. I was the only one in the place when I ordered so I do not understand the reason that it took 40 minutes. I looked at my order and the wings were not close to being well done. I took the time to show them to her and explained that I have ordered well done before and this is not. Her response was well I do not know what to say because he cooked them for 26 minutes just like I said. Well after waiting 40 minutes then they should have been burnt to a crisp. I explained to her that I could not eat my wings this way and she had not response, did not try to fix the problem just seemed like she did not care at all. They close at midnight and I was there at 10:00pm. They already had all of the tables pushed against the wall so there was really no where to sit. I mean come on they still had 2 hours to go. Then there was a girl there who appeared to know one of the employees who kept leaning over the counter causing her pants to sag and have her butt showing. Her bare stomach was all over the counter.
