Last night I placed an order online which said it'd be ready in 23 mins. Made other stops along the way to give them additional time for the order since it was a Saturday night. I arrived like 40 mins after the time & the order still wasn't ready. I waited an additional 30 mins for my order only to get home & have it be so damn salty I couldn't eat it. I ordered lemon pepper & Louisiana dry rub. Even the fries were salty. And the thigh bites were all breading. Complete waste of my money & time. Wing stop you've got to do better!! read more

I can't wrap my head around the bad ratings but I'll tell you this Jesse was amazing! First time in and he walked me through and then some. He made sure I was told about the best deal for what I wanted but it was the level of professionalism that really got me. I was welcomed as I walked in and a big good bye as I left. This Wingstop location is a total of five minutes away from my house which is why I chose this location and I will not be returning. They made my boyfriend wait 40 minutes for my food and when I bit into it, it was like rubber on my teeth. It was not cooked right and it was cold. I called and told them what happened and they had asked me to bring it back in. I brought it back in and waited another 40 minutes to get my new sandwich. When I came back in I also mentioned how I wanted a side of fries but my boyfriend didn't want to add them to the first order because he felt as if he was inconveniencing the business I am paying money to provide my correct order. Of course she forgot the fries so I had to say something again but the guy who worked the cash register with brown hair was nice and helpful and apologized for his employees. read more

On 9/8/21 I ordered 3 10 piece boneless with 6 rolls that were not included, one brownie, extra sauces which I paid for but were not provided. The chicken was cold, corn was cold and the fries were stale. The food says it was packed by a Hailey but there was no Quality assurance done to review the customers order. The bag was not sealed and I paid $80 for this. It was a horrible DoorDash purchase and I will not order from wing stop again if they can't follow and validate the orders. We stop by in this place to grab something to eat and our first time to try this place. The employee warned us that it would take 20-30 minutes to get the food ready. They told us they are too busy, so we agreed to wait for some wings and l don't plan to go somewhere else. 20-30 minutes would be okay for me to wait plus you will never go wrong with wings for dinner anyway. However, after 30 minutes of waiting, food was not ready yet so we gave it another 10 minutes of waiting and yet the food was not ready. After and hour and 5 minutes, the food was given to us and what a waste of time. We got home and they forgot to put the ranch for the carrots and celery. My wife and I have ordered from here through door dash a few times. Each time something has happened, like the fries are cold, food spilled out of the bag, the veggies sticks are not fresh. However, we looked past it because we like their wings, but not this time. We both had the worst food poisoning this last time, and I would advise to steal clear from their rancid meat and/or unhygienic handling of food! All the pickup orders were "still being worked on" when they arrive for their food. It's ridiculous. They need to put at least 1 person on the night shift who knows how to push out orders. I never leave bad reviews but this spot is horrible. NEVER COMING BACK. All that time waiting to get cold wings and cold fries. read more

Now I get having lots of orders and needing to put food out to clear those orders - I happen to work at a food place as well - and a simple "welcome, we'll be with you in a moment" would have been good enough. When one of them was ready to take my order I could tell he was inconvenienced that he had to take my order and looked like he didn't really wanna be there. The food was alright. I enjoyed my wings but the fries were so overly seasoned. I had some type of seasoned corns and those were super yummy! This location is THE WORST!!! I am someone who loves hot wings and orders hot wings every week, I love wingstop for the food but the service at this location is horrible. 7/10 times I order delivery they "forget" the ranch, which ruins the whole meal!! When we've complained before they laughed at us and asked us to bring all the food back for a refund, we did and apparently they were not expecting that. When you pay over $40 for meal you expect it to come with everything promises The manager / owner here is horrible and unaccomidating (make) I hope they shut this location down because the service is shit, they need to fire the manager and get someone who cares about customer service and doing things right the first time.I wish temecula location delivered to Murrieta but I'm stuck with this wildomar location. Placed our order today on the App in order to "skip the wait". Was given a pick-up time 45 minutes out. Arrived at the store at the designated time, only to WAIT another 45 minutes to receive our order. Was never offered an apology, a discount or any explanation for the absurd wait. Employees were lazy and showed urgency to fulfill our order while we were THERE waiting. Made the 5 minute drive home and opened our $80 order of COLD food. Had to microwave everything. There are so many wing restaurants out there. This experience makes it easy to say we will NEVER waste our time and money at this place again. It shocking they are still in business. read more

I feel like ALL wingstop locations are a hit or miss but this one always seems to be either understaffed or just super busy. Knowing this from previous visits, my boyfriend and I decided to place an order online then ran some errands so by the time we'd get there it'll be ready! but unfortunately we got there atleast an hour after we placed the order and asked the lady in the front for pick up. She looked at us in panic, and walked away from us without saying a word but my boyfriend already knew what was going on... they haven't started on our order. One of the other employees apologized for the wait and offered us free drinks + fries! Orders were just sitting there to be bagged for a long time. Mine was sitting there for a good 5 minutes before they bagged and finally called my name. And by the time I got home it was cold. I really don't know how it's possible to mess up something as simple as fries several times over. I've given this location a few chances to prove the reviews wrong especially considering it's a new location. However the reviews don't lie, this location is simply horrible, if you place an order for your food please make sure to check it before you leave. I really can't understand how it's so hard to cook fries to completion and add extra seasoning. It boggles my mind how this is such a foreign concept. In addition to that the staff really couldn't care less, a simple greeting can really go a long way in the long run. We get there 2 of the employees were hugging each other and not greeting the customers, then we wait 30 minutes to get greeted , there were customers there that were waiting over 45minutes! His name is Eddie and claims to be the general manager but I doubt a manager would talk to a paying customer like that, I told him that I work at the service industry and I would never treat a customer like that! I was very happy when I saw a wingstop location was coming to our neighborhood. I love wings! However, the last experience at this particular location has left a bad taste in my mouth. I ordered via phone and came in a few minutes early, I paid and made my order name known to the cashier. She said it wasn't ready so I stood by. Others came and in and picked up their food to an audible name read out by a cook. By chance I saw a bag on the rack and asked, "is my order ready?" The cashier says who's is this? Then they confirmed it was mine. 10 mins after my food was ready it just sat there and I stood idle and patient. I asked the cashier how come all names were read off except mine? She just said she didn't know and would ask. Who are you gonna ask? Accountability is key. She might not have been a lead or supervisor but someone needs to own up to these mistakes. I suggest a leader is always on duty cause I don't know doesn't fly. Hope things improve. read more

We placed an order online tonight and it said it would be ready within 33 minutes. Upon arrival, there was over 15 people waiting inside for their orders and looking quite irritated. When one woman asked about her order, the employee, Anthony, told her they were short-staffed and really backed up on orders. There were only two other employees in the kitchen trying to work on a ridiculous amount of orders. My husband and I have worked in restaurants for a very long time and I have to say that we have never seen someone handle so many unhappy customers in such a calm and communicative way. I thought he might be a young manager until the manager appeared, strolling around without a care in the world doing the order. Literally the kitchen is so backed up, there were pissed off people all over the dining room, the phone is ringing and she couldn't help with any of that or even bother to do what managers do, maybe damage control in that situation by atleast addressing your customers. I have been a server and a manager and have never, ever seen such a poor example of a manager helping their team or trying to fix a problem. Anthony, you are a freaking rock star and I cannot say how impressed we were with your handling of it all. You made the hour wait for our wings not so bad and our order was perfect. If I could give you 10 stars I would and the only reason I am doing less than 5 is because of the super poor performance of your so-called manager. I typically don't complain but I find it is important to save others the hassle and money. Ordered a combo and wings in store for carryout. Never got the drink cup (I admit I was distracted by the kids when leaving so forgot to ask). Usually it is given upon ordering but it wasn't. That may have been the first mistake on my part but also a red flag. Got the order. Did not open bag until we got home (2nd mistake of mine). Gave to son. He ate. I asked how it was, especially their new chicken sandwich. There hadnt been a sandwich!! Only wings (more like tenders) and fries. Then i remembered there hadn't been a drink either. So I called, thinking I'd just run and grab it, it's probably sitting on the back counter. I was put on hold for a long time. Then they got the manager (if it even was the manager) and she just disregarded my concern bc they said they put it in the bag. To me, it was very poor customer service. There was no attempt at reparations or anything. Not even an apology or concern for the customer. Just silence. So I just had to say "I'm sorry you can't help me. Have a good day."
