Came to this location for the first time as we usually go to the menifee location which is waaaay more busy than this location. There is nobody behind me and I couldn't remember what or how we usually order our wings and whether I liked the mild or original hot..it was written big on the side wall but I didn't see it..all I got were eye rolls and frustration from this kid Daniel working the register. I was very apologetic and kind to him trying to get him to warm up. It wasn't happening. He was just very rude and I'm sorry to say but he's standing there doing nothing so what's his problem? If they were busy I would understand. There's just no reason to have a bad attitude. I think we will go back to menifee for now on..even though they usually mess up our order..it's ok..because at least they are nice there.. As I'm waiting here for my order..Abby says it's ready.. like usual.. Never had an issue with the customer service but have had multiple issues with missing items. Wing Stop is pretty notations for having a longer wait than initially told (have been to several locations and they all have this issue) and I don't mind waiting as long as the food is right/good. This location NEVER gets it right. We order Wing Stop a couple times a month and have never had an order from the Wildomar location be correct. Have had missing items multiple time. We switched to carry out so we can check the order before we leave to make sure we get everything. We always get one of the meal deals - the boneless are typically bigger so when they give you a small piece, they usually give either extra small pieces (so you'll get more than the 6, 8, or 10 pieces) or a bigger piece to even out the smaller one. My most recent order got ALL small pieces. I'm taking the leftover bits that are more breading than meat. We won't order from this location anymore and if you do, order at your own risk. Check your order before you go, assume you'll not get your moneys worth, and don't order when your hungry because you will wait. I think the shortest wait time we've had (at this location) was 45 minutes. The longest has been 2 hours (this was for delivery). read more

It really isn't a surprise when there's two stars at the local wing stop. I didn't expect superior customer service, nor did I think the food would be Michelin star worthy. However, when I'm waiting an hour and a half after a website tells me the order is ready, I get pretty upset. What brings me to post is I don't get a call back with the GM name and contact afterwards, when calling to ask it seems the disgruntled and middle-aged woman leading the sorry excuse of a team last night wanted to save her sorry behind from being fired. Is it really the system crashing? Or a manager that wants to look like their numbers added up to be extremely high with a house full of pissed off customers. No one is addressed and if you didn't speak up last night you'd never get your order. Get the ducks in a row, lead one person to address orders and take-our, one to prepare and organize incoming orders and another to prepare the food. Easier said than done, but do it. I'll never have the hour plus back, and if someone's asked or been waiting prioritize them, instead of two racks full of orders that don't have someone to pick them up the entire time the rest of us are waiting. Only giving 2 stars cause I love Wingstop but the service at this location is ridiculous. I've had a number of issues here with the staff constant changing and seeming to only be kids that don't have respect for the food or the customers they deal with. After ordering a 10 piece meal I pick up my order and drive home to find out I got the smallest crumbs of breading and expected to accept that as wings. I had maybe one full size wing in my order. After returning and asking to remake my order they start gossiping in the back about it and then proceeded to make me wait another 25 mins for my order. Then when the order is finished instead of handing it to me or setting it down at the counter she just drops the whole bag on to the counter with attitude and turns away from me. I felt me order was reasonably unacceptable and no one in that position should be treating customers with such disrespect. Doordash would not fix anything and the manager of the store was rude and would also not help resolve the concern. Sandy Cowans the manager I spoke with was not only rude and did not in any way try to resolve my concern but he also had me on a 30 min hold time while he was supposedly going to talk to Doordash. I had to drive to the location while on hold on my cell phone, not only did he not call Doordash but he was doing his own thing while having me on hold. First off, I just want to say the wings are good. They are flavorful and aren't skimpy. This is probably one of the tougher reviews I'm writing because when they are busy, they've gotten my orders wrong on several occasions. But I just let it slide. When it's not so busy and we order online not a problem at all. I guess that's why the 3 stars. It's as in the middle as I can get. My two favorites are the lemon pepper and the Louisiana rub. Not really a big sauce kinda guy. Prefer dry rubs. One negative thing is they charge $1.15 for a small dipping cup of ranch dressing. I mean really? You should at least receive one complementary dip and then maybe 50 cents for any additional. That's more reasonable. But $1.15 for a small dipping cup? C'mon. Just buy your own bottle from the store. A positive is the staff try their best to be attentive and fast. That's very much appreciated. I would recommend when it's not so busy. But if they are slammed I'd probably go elsewhere based on the 2 times they messed up my orders. read more
