Our server was decent but after the food was delivered we didn't see him again until we got the bill. In all fairness - he seemed to be the only server working. We did get refills of water when he brought the food. He also made the side salad (which wasn't on the menu) happen for me. Very accommodating. The ambiance is hotel bar near an airport! Nothing memorable but the booths did have individual TVs. They weren't on and we sat at a table so not sure if customers could turn the TVs on during their dinner. I had a bacon burger, asked for medium rare (which no one ever seems to be able to make anymore) but to my surprise it actually was medium rare. Bacon was crisp. I can be a fry snob, I don't like most but gave me a heaping portion that had to be more than one potato. They were lightly seasoned, crisp and hot. The staff was pleasant and very professional. The restaurant was clean and welcoming; had good lighting, nice music and an overall comfortable ambiance. The shrimp & tilapia dish with salad and broccoli was $20 and better than the $54 piece of fish I had for dinner at the "high end" Grappa restaurant last night! We stayed at the Holiday Inn for Easter. The Hotel was fine but don't eat breakfast at the restaurant. The menu is pub grub (burger, chicken, sandwiches, fish and chips) and they have Uinta, Moab and Goose Island on tap. I ordered a BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger with Fries. The burger hit the spot with nicely cooked, real bacon and a sweet BBQ sauce. They were very generous with the shoestring fries. This place hit the spot for me. Nothing wrong with that, I just know that I'm often disappointed when I look up a restaurant, drive there, just to find out that it's a hotel restaurant.
