I visited my parents here for drinks before they flew out of town early the next morning. The vibe is definitely "airport hotel" and pretty low-key. The primary clientele appear to be travelers-folks that just need a quick drink or bite to eat. I ordered a Vesper and the bartender was quick to tell me that they can't make those in Utah. I didn't argue with her, but I do know that I've ordered the same drink in a couple dozen other bars locally without a problem. Instead, I stuck with a glass of wine, much easier that way. We ordered pretzel bites and I took one bite and put the other half back in the bowl. They were terribly dry and flavorless. My wife and I ate here on April 16, 2026. It was around 7:30 pm and there were only a few tables still open. Although there was just one waitress, she took our order quickly. We had a humus appetizer and then fish and chips. Both dishes were excellent. My only complaint was that we had to request catchup and tartar sauce. Both were provided in small (think shot glass size) stainless steel cups that were perfect for dipping. The service was 5 star as was the food. read more

Rating is for comparison to all the others in the area. Pros: convenient to the hotels. Decent atmosphere, Good service. Good, was much better than the other 2 restaurants I ate at. I love a good surprise. To set the scene: On a snowy SLC night, I find myself with an 11 hour turn around before my early flight, and I decide the closer to the airport the better. The bar is simple, and the menu is simple. I was not impressed, not let down.... Just really average bar food menu so I had really average expectations. I was feeling the street tacos. They seemed to be the flashiest item on the menu which is def going one of 2 ways: these tacos are gonna be a treasure, OR these tacos are gonna be terrible..... no in-between when an item is a standout. Even if I was at a different hotel, I would come here for these tacos!!!!!! The pork was flavorful, the tortillas had a homey authenticity, and the flavors were robust. Never would I thought that some of my fave tacos would be at this hotel bar..... The atmosphere is low key hotel bar. The bartender is a rockstar. She's kind and she hustles. So I arrive for dinner...6 pm...bar was pretty busy and somehow they are conducting employee training (but they didn't work tonight) and can't be bothered to help take my order...ridiculous! Finally the nice bartender came over (7 mins later) and helped me! I ordered a burger and fries....waited for 27 mins..... So the burger and waffle fries were hot and delicious! I can see that they actually only have the bartender and 1 other gal handling all the tables and bar...and they are hustling to do it all and they are smiling.... They just need more help but somehow people have left the hospitality industry and won't work. I left a good tip...maybe more people would work if we all tipped a little better.... I would have ordered dessert but the manager helping took away my menu and I had told the bartender I was debating getting the brownie dessert but she didn't check back with me for 20 minutes....oh well...I didn't need the extra calories read more

Slow service. They only had one waitress and a full house. It took 45 minutes to get my meal, which was my second choice as they ran out of my first. When I got the meal, the mashed potatoes were cold, out of the refrigerator cold. Terrible meal. Avoid this place. Part 2: they took the meal back and I got another plate. I was hesitant to go dine here based on reading reviews, but was thoroughly impressed. Alex was on top of it, both bartending and serving, good quality for hotel restaurant, and food came out in less than 10 min. Service was awesome and attentive. Our bar tender took care of the bar and all tables. Kitchen was fast. Food was more than adequate for wanting to just eat and not go anywhere else after traveling all day! We weren't hungry when we left! read more

Slowest service I've ever experienced. Roughly 20 ppl as I walked in and sat down and two people working. Took 20 minutes for someone to come to me at which point I had to ask for a menu. 15 minutes later I had to wave down one of the two people working because nobody was coming to take my order. 10 people to manage per worker is nothing and there is no reason this should've happened. They just looked lost. Will not be staying at this hotel again. - update, been here over an hour and a half and still don't have food. Ok so the carnitas tacos are very good. They have a nice Pinot noir. Very nice bartender and waitress ( although so overworked and understaffed) ATTENTION MANAGEMENT! Have to admit service is pretty Awsome the manager has great service as her bartenders they seem to push through even on busy nights will come back and drink with my co-workers. The food was great really tasty and out on time even if it was busy they would make sure to come back around its understandable. This place has issues. They forgot our appetizer to start, yet still had it on our bill. Then we ordered the spinach grain bowl and they brought a bowl of spinach with no rice! Service very slow. Bartender made Old Fashion with no bitters and too much simple syrup. Requested another shot to make it drinkable and was told Utah doesn't allow that. I've been sitting in this place for 40min, watching a dirty blonde waitress turn her head to avoid seeing that I dont have a menu, a drink, etc. No smile, no "I'll be right with you," no eye contact. Like this was an empty table. For 40 MINUTES. Customers actually had to flag the woman down to let her know there was a customer here waiting for service. I'm only in town for the day, but this place has definitely left an impression. Can't even speak about the food, since I haven't had any yet. But the lackadaisical service speaks volumes. I'm gonna make a website when I get home about the selective service provided here. I hope the owner reads this, recognizes the waitress I'm talking about and fires her... she's giving your business a black eye. read more
