I randomly found this wing spot on Yelp because I was sort of in the middle of nowhere in a place called Pocono manor in Pennsylvania. The food in the area was typically alright but nothing to write home about, but this spot was actually so good that I would visit it even if it was in a major foodie city like Los Angeles. My favorite three items on the menu were (in order of absolute top item) 1: The banana pudding, this was probably the best banana pudding I've ever had in my whole life!! 2: The pineapple habanero wings, I was surprised that it was a dry rub, but man it was soooo good!! 3: The mango habanero wings. I ordered this because it reminded me of wing stop and I figured how can I go wrong with that flavor haha. 4: the Mac and cheese was pretty good, I've had better but for sure best one in the area I was staying. My least favorite item was the garlic Parmesan, it just felt too liquidy and not enough Parmesan. They should add some Parmesan to that marinade. All in all this place has the best food in the poconos!

Wow! seriously the best wings I've ever had in my life and I'm a chicken wing connoisseur. We were greeted by the friendly owner of this restaurant and got to hear his story of how he started his business. The service was amazing and the food was worth traveling across the state for. They have so many flavors, some I've never heard of before. I highly recommend this place, you can thank me later!

Get ready to hum the "Greatest American Hero" Theme Song while walking into "Wingz and a Prayer". We traveled to the Poconos and Wingz was a Yelp find. With a 5 Star rating, Wingz was an easy choice. Our family had a large takeout order, but for simplicity, I'll focus on what I tried. I ordered by phone and our food was ready on time. My interactions with the Wingz crew were friendly. Although I ordered takeout, they had a nice seating area. Also, there was some sort of block party vibe outside. Fun and loud rhythmic music played and people were hanging out at the various vendors. The food exceeded my expectations across the board. The wings were meaty and juicy, great outer texture. Multi-level seasoning. The lemon pepper dry and Buffalo ranch flavors were very good. The Bacon Bourbon was next level crazy delicious. I actually had to downplay had good they were so people didn't flock to them. The fresh bacon bits weren't cooked too long. The Bourbon glaze was terrific. Nice salty/sweet contrast. I also tried the rice, which had veggies, beans and seasoning. Way better than I expected. The banana pudding was very good too. Yelp wins again. Five Stars.

My friends and I came here after looking on yelp for a place to eat. My expectations for food was so low in this area but surprisingly, this place was definitely the best thing I've had in the area. I had an Uber driver drop me off and she was praising this place. I got the Thai chili wings and it was super yummy. The Mac and cheese was delicious too. I would recommend coming here if you're In the area! There's a seating area outside for you to enjoy.

So so good. We came here based on the Yelp reviews while in town on vacation. Three orders of boneless wings- Mild Buffalo, buffalo and garlic Buffalo. One order of BBQ bone in wings. All flavors were good! Onion rings are solid, The garlic knots are amazing. Kids loved the Mac and cheese! We would certainly come again. Not a lot of seating but great for carry out!

This is the best food spot I've had in Poconos area! Very surprised to find such well seasoned food. Customer service is amazing as well. We had a pet and she pulled out an outdoor seating area for us and even got her a water bowl. Really comfortable and homey spot Highly reccomend this spot if you want good food in this area

Once seated, we were greeted promptly with water and our server took our initial drink, appetizer, and dinner orders without issue. The appetizers arrived in a reasonable amount of time, but after that, the service began to decline. We had to ask twice just to order a second round of drinks. When the entrees arrived, everyone at the table received their meal except me. The server asked if everyone had their food, and I told her that I was still waiting for my Steak Frites special. She checked her order book, said something, and walked away. Unfortunately, no one returned to update us. After waiting another 10 minutes, I encouraged the rest of my family and friends to begin eating so their meals wouldn't get cold. When there was still no update, I flagged down another server, who said they would check with the kitchen. A few minutes later, they returned and said they weren't sure what had happened but that my meal was being prepared. After another 10 minutes passed, I asked to speak with a manager. I was told there wasn't a manager available and that they understood my frustration. By this point, it was nearly 9:30 p.m., my entire table had nearly finished eating, and I still hadn't received my dinner. When my steak finally arrived, it wasn't what I had ordered. I had ordered the NY Strip Steak Frites special but instead received a 10-ounce sirloin. Again, the explanation was simply that they weren't sure what had happened--perhaps another guest had received my order or there had been a mistake in the kitchen. To the restaurant's credit, they removed my steak from the bill. However, what disappointed me most wasn't the mistake itself--it was the lack of communication and customer service. Throughout the entire situation, no one came back to provide updates, apologize directly, or offer a meaningful resolution. In fact, my server never spoke to me directly about the issue after realizing there had been a problem; I learned my meal had been removed from the bill through another member of our party. Mistakes happen in every restaurant, especially on a busy night. What leaves a lasting impression is how those mistakes are handled. Unfortunately, while the food we did receive was good, the customer service fell well short of what I expected.

The portions were huge. The broth was excellent, rich, flavorful, and tasted authentic. We also tried the chicken banh mi. The menu doesn't mention it, but they offer chicken, pork, or beef options. The sandwich was delicious, with large, juicy pieces of chicken, pate, soft fresh bread, and lots of flavor in every bite. For dessert, we got the coconut gelato on a cone for $4.99. The scoop was enormous and served on a sugar cone, making it a great way to finish the meal. Highly recommend if you're looking for authentic Vietnamese food with generous portions and good service.

The place was rather empty and appeared to be a converted former chain restaurant. It was clean and we sat at a booth. The menu is extensive and had English translation for what was in each bowl. Most dishes have a large or small choice and for a single person, I'd recommend the small as the large looked immense. I ordered what I thought would be a Pho with broth like a large soup but it was not. I had lots of noodles, meat, greens, and a side of sauce for dipping. It was lively and tasted delicious. I had to take some home as it was too much to handle. I also had a honeydew boba tea which was nice. My friend had the regular chicken pho which, he, too, couldn't finish the small. But both dishes hit the spot visually and taste. Great place if you like this type of food. We'd come back.

It is a unique; concept that I never imagined the food to be delicious, and honestly didn't know what to expect, as my first impression was it was mainly for kids; until I read the omlet review. Needing a place for an early dinner, after stopping at Walmart and Cambelback Resort, to do the mountain coaster...on went my YELP search for local places. Pocono Rocks& Little Rock Cafe, received higher ratings and something important, when your a YELP Elite a long time . The ambiance was overall welcoming, not noisy at all with the kids inflatables, and rock climbing next to cafe..Keep in mind, I was there this past Sunday after 4 pm. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and in my opinion went above and beyond. The cafe side had cute, charsmatic signs, by the front area , near the register. Later, found out the story with there meaning, from chatting with the owner. Farm to fresh, everything made from scratch, food and bake goods. I ordered the 3 egg omlet, your choice of meat and veggies, came with home fries and toast. To go, I ordered the pierogi's; little different then I'm used too, as I am Polish. They even had a full size kitchen, where the omlet was one of the best. These pierogi's had cheddar cheese onion and green pepper. They were still filling and tasty, and decent size.Overall, yet another memorable, delicious experience for me supporting a local business. I'm sure it can get busy at times with mix of parties, kids and the cafe. Step out of the ordinary cafe, dining experience, and do stop in; you won't be sorry. The owner was a pleasure to chat with, and would stop back in ,when in town for food again. Don't let a cafe/ bounce/ rock climbing space; deter your decision , to stop in and check out the food and space in general .
