This place has taken a huge nosedive since the old owner has taken it back. The food used to be good and the entertainment was decent. And the bands were well paid. Fast forward to now..the food has gotten considerably worse And the same for the entertainment. Owner wants to pay bands peanuts and if they ask for more $$ they get canned. So now you got TEMU level entertainment and the kiss of death, karaoke! Used to be a cool Little Rock Bar, now it's fading into the local sh!thole nobody goes to unless nothing else is happening. read more

Terrible bar, terrible vibe, unpleasant server, as a chef myself I absolutely hate having to leave a bad review. However this place absolutely deserves it. My wife and I stopped in for a late lunch at 4pm on a Monday afternoon. Upon sitting down, my 8 month pregnant wife and I were refused service (only food) because my wife didn't have her ID with her. We were sat at a table, in the dining area, didn't attempt to sit at the bar, nor did we order any alcohol. Would not recommend this shit hole bar unless you're a decrepit 85 year old looking for a dark place to wither away. We will never be returning nor will any of our friends in the industry. read more

I had a terrible experience at "Losers" and I will not be back. I was meeting friends and ordered a cheeseburger and fries. After waiting over and hour with still no sign of my food, I asked for my money back so that I could go elsewhere to get something to eat, and it took 10 minutes to get my money back. If you want a hole in the wall bar, this is your place. Just as I remembered it, a dump. Its 8 pm and everyone is at least 65 - 70 years old. There is some type of if band playing but we didn't stick around to listen. It's been at least 10 years since I have been there and the decor is the same and quite possibly the carpet. Winner's is awesome! Great specials for local sport games. The juke box is full of Michigan born music (Segar, Kid Rock, Uncle Kracker) and the crowd and wait staff are friendly. Just a good old local bar, great for a night you want to go very casual or a good 'last call' stop before calling it a night. Food wise, sounds odd, but the Greek Salad is actually really good. The waitress asked how I wanted my burger and I said "medium," but it came back cremated. I hate it when that happens. Due to the fact I'm a nice person, I didn't send it back, because chances are it wasn't her fault. Sending food back is a good way to get E-Coli because the cook might put some left over excrement in your new burger to get you back, so I know better than to do that. The chili was average, it would have been excellent with more chili powder. They also had a pretty good number of craft beers on tap, which I wouldn't expect at this kind of bar. I suppose they realize if they don't offer craft beers in this day and age, the average clientele would be about 72 years old, which turns it from a sports bar to a Viagra bar. I'll probably never return because I swear 75% of the time I ask for my burger to be cooked medium, it still comes out looking like it was napalmed. Not a bad place. They have tons of TVs (about a dozen or more?) and always have major sporting events on. This particular night, a Red Wings game was on. The crowd here was *very* friendly and good-spirited. When they don't have sporting events on, they like to pump classic rock through the speakers, which seems to be in tune with the clientele here. They had a dancefloor, although I wouldn't really see this place as much of one to dance in. I ended up shooting a couple of rounds of pool with a buddy of mine, and some of the regulars ended up joining in. As I said before: friendly neighborhood crowd at this place. They conveniently has a change machine right by the pool tables so that you don't have to go up to the bar to get change. Nice touch! The tap selection here was as you would expect from a place like this: mediocre. They had just about every cheap domestic except Coors; although one redeeming quality was that they had Guinness (+1!). Judging by the signage, they have some pretty good beer specials. Even off special, prices were reasonable. They have the typical bar food (although I didn't order anything). This is not a bad place to go if you're looking to mingle with the locals in a casual, friendly atmosphere. read more

First of all by far the worst bar I went to. First and last time going. After noticing the waitress taking my change from FROM BOTH CHECKS that I had. Now I understand it change but she did to my both checks and another person. That adds up. I won't be going there knowing that they take more money then what I get for service. Not even at the best part, the waitress got attitude for the rest of the night ( mind you I didn't do anything just ask my partner if she took his money too) so she didn't serve me. So, I am currently sitting at the bar in this place, and ive been waiting on the bartender to shut the fuk up and take my order for 17 min now. She never told me her name, so I can only say hey you lol She got my drink for me within 5 min, dropped a menu, and hasn't stopped talking to the other 3 people in the entire place sense... It's a clean place, decent dacore for a local pub.. However She just took my order, 19 minutes after she left my drink.. I almost walked out.. It's now 24 min since I ordered and took my first bite of my burger.. It's fantastic! Finished now, and the food was better than expected. Took 55 minutes to have lunch but other than a bartender that talks too much and is slow, I'd come back to see what it's like with other staff here.. read more

I went into Winner's bar & grill with my two brothers & sat down waiting for my mom to arrive. No one greeted us & no one sat us so we found a table ourselves. The waitress approached us and asked for our drink order & shortly after returned with the drinks. She then told me my total for the drinks and I very confused asked if they were not serving food. She said they were so I asked where the menus were. She told me I didn't ask for them so I asked her why I would have to request menus, you'd think she'd just bring them naturally. She then got argumentative saying if I wanted a menu I should've asked. I then asked her to go get us menus & she said "no actually, I think you can leave" I replied that there's no reason, I'd just like menus. She then removed our drinks from the table and went and sat at the bar refusing to serve us. Me and one of my brothers are black, the energy of all 2 white employees and 7 white customers was very uninviting from the moment we walked in, but this woman refusing to serve us is crossing the line. I have been going here for years and there has only been one time the nachos were not made right. Unless ur a super regular their u will be very disappointed in service and the food is typical crappy bar food tried this place a month ago and will never go back. It has a weird feel because the servers are so rude to anyone who is not a regular and won't even care to refill ur beer it was honestly awkward being in this bar because of how they treat u compared to he rest of the customers and when I looked around I saw another table out of place where u could tell they were not regulars and got just as bad of service. So yes if your the 45+ old man who goes here 3 times a week I'm sure it's great but to anyone else this place is a joke. read more
