The equipment is reliable, the space feels clean, and I always feel safe while I'm there. The best part though? They play music and it's actually good music. It makes the whole experience way more fun than you'd expect from a car wash. It's in a convenient location, it's affordable, and I can usually get my entire car done for $10 or less. I bought weather tech mats, I would know if my mats were missing! The owner came to speak with me who swore he watched the cameras and nothing was removed. I asked to see the video and WHAT DO YOU KNOW my mats were taken out and not placed back. It was an honest mistake by a young kid, I know things happen but the accountability of the owner was NONE. Did NOTHING to make it right or keep my business. Now I see why the quality of the service is lacking. Look at the wheels right after a "wash". They have lost my business and I will never recommend them.

When the Magic Crew is working on a 150k Porsche they are not going to stop work and talk to you, they are in the middle of a job. If you go to a doctors office it's the same concept. The doctor doesn't just stop his business when treating a patient to answer your questions. YOU have to wait your turn or make an appointment!!! Serious people with serious vehicles visit Mr Magic.
