So then I decided to try valvoline..there's one down the street from me and i pass it alot and always been curious. They looked like a good company and I was right! I'm a uber driver so I need a oil change almost every other month so I need a good place that knows what they are doing and a decent price.. they checked all the boxes.. they are quick , good prices and the staff is always so nice and explains EVERYTHING to you.. from what they offer to what your specific car needs and what they can do there and they never pressure you into anything. They bring something to you attention and leave it at that. They even tell you what you dont really need or need at that time and not try to con you into getting something done just to get your money..they show you things as they are getting done and by the way, you dont leave your car as they work!.. I never feel dumb when I ask questions, never feel pushed into things, never feel like they aren't ever listening to me.i actually feel like they know what they are doing and aren't messing around. Amazing staff at this location. Most definitely will continue taking my business there.

They forgot to re-attach my car battery holder which caused my car to have issues with the car battery sliding around. They could have contacted me and let me know about the mistake and it would've been fine, we all make mistakes. But since they deleted my review on Google I would not recommend this specific location to anyone.

I've bought my tires at the NW location, but came here for my tire rotation. A day later my tire pressure sensor came on, so I returned to the store to get it checked out. The staff was kind, helpful and pleasant despite it being quite busy. They checked my tires and indicated the sensor needed to be replace. I questioned this since the tires were less than a year old. They offered me pricing on replacing the sensor, but did mention that it would have no affect on my safety, just that I would not be able to see the pressure on my dash. So I let it go for a couple weeks. Came back to have it replaced, since it was bothering me to see the blank display. For whatever reason, when they took a look and another check, it was working again. Not sure, but the explanation was sometimes it just needs a bit of time to reset ? In any case, I was happy to have my sensor working and the pressure displaying on my dash. I was not charged for anything. Since I do have tires from them, I will continue to go back for my rotations as it is free.

They kept the car for nine hours. I drove it home for about a mile. The next day I drove it to an appointment four miles away and noticed a grinding noise when turning right. I took the car immediately back to BigO. I waited for three hours while they worked on my car. The employee told me my car was fixed and gave me the keys. I told him I wanted a receipt to see what they had fixed. He started typing on his computer and told me I got a new axle. The invoice read "Removed and replaced the driver axel due to the previous technician leaving the wheel hub centernut loose and compromising the threads on the cv axel". If I haven't noticed the noise, the axel could have failed. I could have been badly injured or died. Won't be going back.

Nathaniel explained everything to me in a way that made perfect sense for what I needed to have done to my vehicle. In fairness, not everything was complete. I still have to have some things on my dashboard reset, however, the team gets a pass due to being short-handed. Being a manager at my place of employment, I understand that things can slip through the cracks when being short staffed.. I have nothing but empathy for Nathaniel and the crew today. I can always go back later in the week and ask him to reset the dash or go to another Jiffy Lube location and perhaps they can reset things there. Thanks for taking the time to read this.
