robert. i would give you less than a star if i could but its yelp. however let me share something with you when someone calls and asks you who the finance manager is, the correct reponce is not to say "you tell me your the one calling" i was calling because one of your customers came to my office to see if things she thought were problems in her contract were legit. in addition to the concerns i am reading through from the mechanic who put in his report(note that he is an official city of los angeles garage mechanic) and wouldnt you know it of all the funny things he believes that the odometer has been tampered with. so im putting that right there out in the beginging but since you cannot conduct even a phone call on a professional level then i am going to have to contact the inspector general and let them handle the claim against your business license. wow to think you could have avoiding all of that by simply giving the name of the finance and insurance manager and letting me know when they were available to speak. beleive me that was the phone call your going to regret the most. i dont let things go, and your abusing your customers with your customer service is aweful so enjoy this is going to be fun and oh for the record everyone the reason they lean on an arbitration clause (in my opinion im not a lawyer or anything ) is because they are counting on the fact that you believe you dont have any other options, for whatever reason. so they act in a predatory lending fashion believing that you signed a contract that will make it impossible for you to get this in front of a judge, so while i may not be an attorney i have worked in the courthouse for many years and it really doesnt matter what you sign up to in contract the judge will just draw a line through the unenforcable portions of it as if they werent even there to start with. read more

Now this the worst dealership I've been to I wasn't even behind on any payments they came and repo my car told me I was late I'm going to want to contact me or answer the phone and Along come lie to me and told me they had an office in downtown LA never did I have to go into the office in Encino to see what was going on they're going to tell me that the dealership bought the car back I'll go to the dealership there is a new manager there now with the same name of the last manager Tony he tells me I need to talk to the loan company I said I did I even have it on recording the loan company told me you guys bought the car send the manager told me he didn't buy so I need to talk to the owner so the only going to tell me now a month and now months went by so they want me to pay the first month second month and a repossession I told them I only have the first and second one because that's what I need to pay since we was investigated in that went by 2 months they were trying to sell my car before I even can ask them that which I'm looking over my contract and I did and I went back to the dealership since I don't have another thousand again I thought I didn't give him $1,500 for the car I still put my car for sale I've been looking for a lawyer every sentence to help me out with the situation read more

I had a great experience at Winnetka Auto Mall, the were kind and patient, they were not pushy like a lot of dealers are. I'm an African American male and for whatever reason I had some bad experience from a lot business, I feel that I am perceived as an an untrustworthy person, my every move is being watched. I was shocked and found it extremely pleasing when I was allowed to test drive the car alone without leaving any ID, maybe it was an oversight on their part but it made me feel good. I had another car I wanted to look at that I found on line, Sal (Sales person) look the cars up for me on car fax and that car turned out to be salvage vehicle , which save me about a 50 mile trip. I had no interest in a salvage vehicle. After I purchased the car from the Auto Mall, I notice the exterior mirror control knob did not function properly & a brake light was burned out, Robert (another sale person)told me bring car back and they would repair at not cost, although it was not covered under warranty and he would also detail the car. Sold me a car that stopped on the freeway with me and new born baby in it , I had went through three cars before I got something okay ! Then my down payment from the start was $2000 I ended up having to pay $3000 to get something okay but after getting it I realized the car was given to me without the original key ! So it doesn't go pass 80 miles and radio is locked ! Then I paid my first car note on time with a pending payment of $500 ( but was from my down payment ) they agreed to let me make payments ! And reprocessed my car saying my note was due today and I didn't come in so they took the car ! After me paying $120 towards the $500 I owed and I only had the car two months ! Didn't miss one payment ! Now they want me to pay 1100 to get my car back ! 495 for reprocessing and the 694 I owed ! Even though I had an agreement with them !!! And do you believe they told me they reprocessed it because the owner felt like it ! read more

They be scamming people they know what they're doing they be selling cars with many imperfections we bought a car from them and the car was at the dealer for a whole month they wouldn't fix anything next thing you know they repossessed the car claiming we owe them two payments when that wasn't true they basically ripped us off ... cars here have so many problems they talk to you all good and everything once you get the car forget it ... is going to be a nightmare after. We got the car in May 12 we only drove the car for two days and ended up at the dealer for two weeks got it again next day at the dealer cause lights weren't working all May the car was at the dealer ... then on June 12 I went and gave a car payment of 500 dollars by July it was repossessed we never got to enjoyed the car cause the whole time the car was with them. So be careful guys they have so many reviews for a reason when you go to them they're all Friendly and you're even in shock how easy they give you the car but now I know why cause they be scamming people. You give them the down payment and a monthly payment and they take your car away they find any excuse to take it away. Then there's this light skin chubby guy whose name is Adolfo and Wow ! He can't keep his hands to himself touching women, is very uncomfortable he acts like he's being Friendly but he's really not he's just trying to feel on women and if you women been there y'all know what I'm talking about.
