We ordered online and we wanted to give a cash tip but a comment on the order screen states" if you don't leave a tip expect extended delivery times". The wings were definitely my least favorite of the order they're very similar to your standard chicken wings you get anywhere else, they're lack lust and aren't very good. Again, the pizza itself wasn't too bad a little on the greasy side, but the flavor was there. It's about 1.5 steps above Domino's Pizza and a bit over priced for the quality in my opinion. Finally... great wings in Sylmar! I have ordered BBQ, original, Lemon Pepper, Mild, and Mango Habanero. I would rank them in that order as well. Possibly some of the best wings I have had in quite some time... seriously. These wings don't have all the breading that many restaurants like to coat their wings with to make up for the lack of chicken on the bone. While I am not a huge pizza fan, the thin crust pizza was actually pretty good as well. I thought the crust was plenty thick for a thin crust so I can only imagine what a regular crust would be like. When I picked up my pizza (which still wasn't ready for another 10 min that I was quoted), I asked the teller up front and he didn't have an answer. "Yeah, it's $14 online. You have to order in person." See, here's the problem. Why would I go in person to order a pizza that's going to take ~30min to be ready? When I got there to pick up my pizza, there were 3 other parties just sitting inside, waiting for theirs. It's hot inside, there's not a lot of room for seating. So that answer he gave me makes no sense. When I finally got my pizza, I noticed he messed up the simple instructions I had written via GrubHub. I didn't even bother saying anything, I'm not going to wait another ~30min for this pizza. The only recommendation I will give is don't order through Google slice. Order directly through their website. Even the manager wasn't a fan of me placing my online order that way. The pizza was meh, not warm enough by the time we got it. I called to let them know about my unpleasant food and yes also no apology.
