I ordered the Valentines 18" pizza plus some wings, curly fries and onion rings and an antipasto salad. Our family of 5 ate plenty and had leftovers; we probably didn't need the fries and onion rings but kids wanted to splurge and we are on vacation. It was recommended by the hotel and so good! Rating a 4.5 for this visit! Came back again and tried some new dishes! French fries were awesome - they are the type of fries that seem like they are double fried because they are nice and crispy. We got the chicken tenders with honey mustard - just as you'd expect. We also tried the .38 special which is basically a hamburger sub. Wish there was a bit more sauce and condiments maybe some veggies- but hey now I know to ask for more! Amazing bread again. Been wanting to give this sandwich shop a try. They have such a huge selection of sandwiches I had a few that I wanted to try. So I took a buddy for luck and I picked the accountant which is a pastrami and corn beef similar to a Rueben My buddy had the chicken parmigiana grinder. The counter girl brought us the sandwiches and I immediately noticed the thin dark colored on the chicken that wasn't covered by the sauce and cheese. My buddy took a bite and I asked how it was and he said overcooked. I grabbed his sandwich and brought it up to the counter and told the girl it was over cooked and dried out and she looked at me like WTF! So I said it is inedible so have them make another that is not so overcooked which took another 15 minutes. All in all I was not impressed with the food or the service. read more

It is good pizza but not New York style. Also the Sicilian isn't a true Sicilian, should call it a square pizza, basically the same as their regular pizza but square. I was on their site and had nothing tell me delivery wasn't available. Then the woman has me on hold, comes back tells me the driver just left with your food and hung up on me. I did receive the food, it was not good. The chicken parm was over cooked, hard, hardly any sauce or cheese. The other chicken sandwich was the same way over cooked and hard, dry, like it had been re-heated. Update: Manager reached out immediately and offered to make up for our bad experience. He apologized and told me to try them again and he would re-do our order on them. I was pretty impressed with the management being on top of things and the generous offer. We ordered the takeout. The staff was nice and the pricing is average. We ordered 4 sandwiches with fries and a drink. We had the turkey blt, buffalo chicken wrap, tuna wrap and the falafel sandwich. The sandwiches are very filling. I did not like the fries, but everyone else in my party did. They were to soft for me. I liked the tuna wrap, the falafel wrap was just ok and I would probably not get it again, it was pretty dry. If I could give zero stars I would. My pizzas took 2 hours to be delivered. The original time was between 35-45 minutes. Immediately after ordering that was changed to an hour. Pizzas did not arrive until almost the 2 hour mark, and they were luke warm at best. Restaurant did not offer any compensation. I ended up having to cook dinner for my children and postponing pizza a night for later in the week. You parents can understand the nightmare this caused. read more

First time ordering for pickup here and we weren't very pleased. We were told to come get the order in 35 mins, which we did, however the food didn't seem as fresh. We got the #4 and #8 sandwiches, along with an order of buffalo wings. The wings were soggy in the buffalo sauce, but it had great flavor. I get take-out from the West Warwick location a lot. Consistently great food and reasonably priced. Definitely better to pick it up yourself as things just don't work out as well with a delivery service like Grub Hub. Wise Guys gets the order right, no problem, but I'm just kind of done with dealing with delivery -- soggy fries, leaking packages, too many fees. I often order Wise Guys salads, very fresh. I typically add a scoop of tuna and when I get the salad, I have to dump it in a big bowl because there's so much fresh lettuce and vegetables (and two garlic knots) packed in there that you can't eat it in the container they give you. Delicious, never brown lettuce. I also love their sandwiches (bread is really good) and wraps and my ultimate favorite is the pasta with pink sauce. I ask if the chef if he/she can throw baby spinach and mushrooms in there for me, which he/she does and it is SO GOOD! Enough for two meals. I did try a couple of falafel-based options, but didn't like those as well; I'm kind of a Middle Eastern food snob, I guess. Thought the falafel was a bit dry. Have not yet tried the pizza or items like fish and chips. When I pick up my food, I am always impressed with the small but mighty staff. The phone never stops ringing, but they seem to keep up with things and never let the stress get to them. Great job, everybody! read more

My fiancé an myself placed a to-go order for an anti pasta salad, we wanted Prosciutto and extra dressing on the side. Two salads, only containing provolone cheese... nothing over the top. Salads.... He received the total and hung up the phone. As he said the cost out loud we both realized it was quite high for two salads, $37.00. For TWO salads!!!! He called back to make sure the order was correct and it was, we decided to cancel it. For salads at a deli? NOT from federal hill or seafood from Newport but, salads from a deli in West Warwick. That cost is way to much for vegetable, one cheese, and Italian meats. No thank you! In these times being ripped off for take out food is not something I can stand for. I guess I should have read these reviews before I ordered for the first time. But alas I didn't and it was a waste of $23. Although I rarely order fish and chips (because I can be particular about the breading) I had a very bad day and decided to treat myself to a nice piece of fish. Seeing place was advertised as a NY Style Deli and a catering business, I figured it couldn't be that bad and maybe I'd have a surprise and it would be awesome. Well it was a surprise but it was far from awesome. I have no idea what kind of white fish this was but it was totally flavorless. I also suspect the fryolater was not hot enough because the breading literally fell off in two whole soggy pieces. Neither the fish nor the fries were well seasoned. Maybe that's why the fish was tasteless. Presentation of the fish and fries was a piece of paper similar to a picnic napkin inside a syrofoam box. The fish was placed across the top of the fries. Problem is the soggy fish made the fries soggy and almost slimy. The dish was also supposed to come with cole slaw. You know how it usually comes in it's own cup. Well there was only tartar sauce in cups. After I decided the food wasn't worth eating i lifted the paper and low and behold the slaw was under the hot fish and fries. Yum, nothing like warm cole slaw! I didn't want to chance it with the mayo and all. I ended up throwing the meal away. Because of the other reviews in the future I may try a sandwich. But if you are at all a foodie, stay away from the fish! read more
