Mongolian Beef with allll the onions
    Kam H.

First time here tonight. My mongolian beef is pretty good! They definitely were trying to get rid of some onions cause they gave me about 6 in my order, but I love onions so I'm not too mad! lol I ordered online for pickup and my food was ready when I arrived. Great entree, good plain fried rice. I'm not mad. Looking forward to trying more menu items.

Do not go to this place. I ordered chicken fried rice and I have never seen chicken like that in my entire life. I scooped it all out and was just gonna eat the rice and even the rice was disgusting, bland, greasy and smelled like a wet dog. If you want good Chinese food, go to china island. Not this fake stuff. Never again will I be back here. Do not waste your time or money. $10 down the drain.

I bought from Wok & Roll because of the good reviews. The food was good but not great. The mein noodles were mediocre at best. Not my favorite by any means. The spicy crispy chicken was tasty. It could have had a tad bit more sauce as it was a tiny bit dry but it was good nonetheless. What I haven't seen mentioned in reviews and stood out to me was the smell inside the restaurant. I'm not sure if it was incense or perhaps trash within the small space. The stench was pretty bad. However, between that and the drive home, I was removed enough to eat and stomach the food. The food didn't hurt my stomach, so it's definitely safe to eat. Just thought it's worth mentioning in case you're sensitive to smells.

Mongolian Triple, mostly onions. Come on Wok&Roll, you can do much better!!! Usually a lot better than tonight. Will cut them some slack on this one, but if it happens again...

The food was freshly made and delicious. The service was good and the attendant was very nice and helpful. The restraint itself is small we dined in but it was very clean and well kept. We will def. be back. Can't wait to try other Ítems on the menu. Oh and the portions are big, I could only eat half and had to save the rest for lunch.

Big menu on the counter in the restutant.

The restutant was very small with only a few tables. Not the cleanest but I'd still eat inside if need be. I ordered the chicken and Broccoli with egg fried rice (which for the egg fried rice was a $1 up Charge). The egg fried rice was very good. The chicken and broccoli had very little flavor in comparison to the chicken and broccoli that I've had at other locations. I ordered it to go and it was served hot and fresh. The customer service was ok. Not bad and not over the top. I wouldn't seek out the location to return but if I landed there again, I'd eat there.

The food was ok - nothing spectacular but good. The steamed dumplings were greasy. I'll go there again, just not to get the dumplings :-)

We've ordered takeout/delivery from here 3 or 4 times now. We've liked everything we've ordered so…read morefar so I'll say that their food is good. It's very fast too. They don't deliver themselves but we've had all orders delivered in under 30 minutes which is great when you're really hungry. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because of errors and inconsistencies. They've made a mistake on every single order (eating chicken fried rice right now even though I ordered pork; last order came with extra rice instead of the extra eggs I ordered, etc.). So nothing major but it has happened on every order of food for 2 people. As far as consistency, I'm referring to things such as spice levels. I ordered a level 5 spice one time and it was decently spicy but nothing crazy. I ordered that same item another time with a spice level of 3 and could barely eat it because it felt like I was eating straight heat. The mistakes and inconsistencies haven't been enough to stop us from ordering though since we really do enjoy their food, and the portions are generous. I've been there in person once to pick up a replacement order after one of the errors b/c they don't have their own delivery drivers so there's no way to bring you the correct food order after the initial delivery. It was nice inside; appeared to be very clean with good ambiance. The girls at the counter were very nice and were quick to help get me my corrected order. I'd definitely recommend eating here but going in person may be best to ensure you get the right order.

This place.....my favorite thai spot in Mansfield. The customer service is always friendly with out feeling forced or phony. The food is always delicious. My go to order is the Pad Sa Ew with chicken and a mango sticky rice...which they usually run out of because it is that damn good. I talk about this spot so much both my parents have made this their go to thai restaurant as well. The menu is pretty extensive but not too overwhelming at all. Ooh and they have pineapple sticky rice which i had never heard of until now. I tried it and yall.....dumb good. Is it better than the mango....not to me cuz mangonis my favorite fruit. But it is by far a very delicious substitute. Im telling you...if you're in mansfield and craving Thai food....you have to try Lotus Kitchen.

With that being said, I like to believe I have a good palate for Chinese food. If you're coming here expecting authentic Chinese food, you won't necessarily be disappointed but just know that your expectations also may not be met. However, if you're looking for upscale Chinese American food then Teddy Wongs is certainly the place to go. I came here on two different occasions - one for a friend's birthday and another for a date. In short, both were great. Both times did require reservations or at least strongly implied so. I did see one couple that seemed to have gotten turned away on a busy night, so just keep that in mind. Additionally, parking may be a bit of an issue as other reviews have noted. However, if you plan accordingly and park at a nearby lot where it's past hours and marked, then it's not an issue. That's at least how it was for me in both instances. Now, when you walk in, the space is more of a dimly lit environment. Perfect for celebrations or date nights (at least from my two visits). With reservations, we were quickly seated. I will say that we were seated quite close to another table during the date so for smaller parties, you may get to know your neighbors. Both servers in the visits were phenomenal - knowledgeable with the menu, friendly with interaction, and quick overall. Could not ask for better! Having been here twice, especially for the birthday, I'd say that I got to try a good amount of their most popular items. In terms of the dumplings, what stood out to me were the pork and crab soup dumplings, spicey wok-fired har gow, and the truffle pork soup dumplings. An appetizer that I will say was a standout was the cucumber salad. It has a good amount of spice that is well complimented by the cold temperature of the dish with a satisfying crunch. Perfect palate cleanser, especially before the dishes that come ahead. For mains, the spicy cilantro cod was a standout with just the right amount of heat. Of course, you have to get the peking duck. It comes in half or whole options. During both occasions, in parties of four and two, we got the half and it was enough. Sure, it wasn't necessarily the quality that you'd get in Beijing but it's certainly up there for a Chinese American restaurant. For dessert, we got the chocolate dumplings. It's exactly what you would imagine... melty rich chocolate contained within a dumpling wrapper. If you've ever had Din Tai Fung then it's more or less that. Lastly, in terms of drinks, I did get the Lucky Emperor at one visit. It's sweet, crisp, and tart. Great drink that I believe complimented the meal! Overall, I do recommend Teddy Wongs. The food is good but the atmosphere, vibes, and service are what really make this a worthwhile visit.
