This place is great, everything is very fresh with lots of vegan choices! You choose items and it's made to order. Fabulous prices with generous portions. Similar set up to chu's, or sorta like subway. Service was quick. Small dining area inside, larger patio seating outside. I wish they used different brand of soy sauce. But that isn't a deal breaker. This place was so delicious! I'm writing a review because of how good the veggies were in the build-your-own wok bowl. They were so fresh and perfectly cut and cooked. Sometimes you don't get that in casual Chinese food. The sweet and spicy wings were probably the best wings I've ever had. We got the appetizer combo which was so worth it. They were out of ribs but they called us and made it work. The only reason for taking off a star was we ordered beef but got chicken instead but honestly it was so good we didn't even mind. This place is good, We had the hot and sour soup, Mongolian Beef and Kung Pao. Service was great and place looked clean.

The wontons and egg rolls were terrible. I think the oil they fried them in was old. I had a similar problem with the lo mein noodles and cashew chicken. It was dark and weird. This review is just based on the food delivered. It's delicious and fresh food. I recommend building your own bowl because if you're like me you to put almost every veggie they offer. I've tried a fried rice base and a noodle base and they were both excellent. I've gotten the house and teriyaki sauces and they are also very good. Make sure to get an order of potstickers you won't be disappointed. Can't wait to go in and try it as I've heard it's set up like a chipotle line where you can build your own bowl. This place is one of my favorite little spots in Tucson. They have a variety of health and fresh food. I personally enjoy creating my own Woke Fire Bowl with Chicken. Usually I really like this place but it absolutely depends on the night I go. Sometimes the food is really good but there's been quite a few times within the most recent months that I've gotten either rice or tofu that just seems like it was scraped from the bottom of the container and it has been there for days. The tofu I got last night was chewy and I couldn't even eat it and I have gotten rice before that was dry and barely edible. Overall a good place but please just make new food instead of getting the gross old stuff out ! read more

The food is okay, nothing special but it is close to the UA and to where I live which is why I tried it a few times. I always ask for sauce on the side when ordering online yet they give me additional sauce and add it to my bowl. I like to order online ahead of time and realized they charge $1.50 continence fee for doing so, WHY CHARGE WHEN I AM ORDERING AHEAD. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!! Ordered on a Friday night at 4:30ish right after work for delivery. I expected to have to wait a bit, it's a busy night for most places. I was told our order would be delivered around 6, an hour and a half wait is a bit ridiculous, but really wanted some chinese food so I decided to wait. I had ordered off their website, not through a third party. I called at almost 6:15 only to find out that my order hadn't even been started yet. Their excuse? They have started using a new system and their tablet is "wonky". The ONLY reason I did not cancel my order was because he said he could have it to me in 35 minutes and any other place probably would have taken at least that long on a Friday night. We finally got our food and let me tell you it was NOT worth the wait. The portions are small and the lo mein is just spaghetti with a little flavoring, and not good flavoring. My husband said the orange chicken had very little flavor to it, and my hot and spicy chicken had almost no chicken and was not hot and spicy. The hot and sour soup, egg roll and crab puffs were pretty good. The person that delivered my food showed up in pajama bottoms as well. How unprofessional is that. I will NEVER order from this place again bad food, ridiculous wait times and unprofessional staff. They better get their act together. read more
