I've been ordering from here for years. They have only messed up our order ONCE, but everything they serve tastes great anyway! So it wasn't much of a problem. Other than that, service is quick (usually 35-45 mins) compared to other Chinese take-out options. Food is always piping hot, delicious, and consistent in flavor. The portions are HUGE, so I always have a day or two of leftovers. Pretty awesome, considering the price. I have to say, I do really appreciate that whoever answers the phone always does it politely and very quickly. I have been ordering from this restaurant for over a year. It used to be a decent place, the food was never anything to write home about but the price was good and delivery was fast. In the last 4 months it has gone downhill. 2 of the last 4 times I've ordered they've gotten my order wrong. And the last two times I ordered egg rolls there was more oil in them than filling. Love their wonton soup and shrimp eggrolls, but hate their bathroom. The wonton soup and shrimp eggrolls are always nice and hot. Very tasty, too! However, their bathroom will give you nightmares. Not only does it smell like a sewer (COWABUNGA!), but the hot water also doesn't work! Makes me a little anxious. Update: I've since tried their chicken and broccoli and crab rangoons, delicious! Y'all are wild. I have no idea why this place has 3 1/2 stars. I love Wok N Roll. Not only is their food always hot and delicious, but they are fast AF. Everyone there is super nice and super awesome. Even on busy nights, everything always comes super fast. The food here is really your typical fast food type of Chinese. It's nothing to write home about but the food is decent. My two children love it, probably because it is fast and it's some place that they can suggest and we probably will say yes because the prices are reasonable for their combos. Wok N Roll has great food and I have no qualms with their food. However, I was just verbally confronted by their driver for withholding MY money. In my eyes, one is tipped after service is completed. I always tip generously because like most of the population, I have worked in service. We got our order and everything was delicious. The driver mistakenly forgot our 2 liter, not a big deal. I'll throw your tip when you get back. I set the tip aside with no deduction from its original quantity because mistakes happen. I'm not sweating a 2 liter. He comes back and verbally confronted and accosted me for not tipping him right away. This person felt he was entitled to MY hard earned money that he was already going to get. What does a mere 6 minutes matter when the end result is the same tip? This was not meant as disrespect but I was surprised that someone had the gall, if you can call it that since he couldn't even maintain eye contact during his tantrum, to demand my money at his convenience. He got his tip regardless as he was always going to but I am extremely put off by the entitlement I witnessed from a driver who collects 100% of his tips under the table. read more

First off there was no A/C. Then the young lady behind the counter was not very let's say inviting or did she like here job. The boss lady said something to her, kind of loud. You know like Gordon Ramsey on hell's Kitchen. Then she looks up and says I have no idea what she just said. So I order Pork low mien and egg rolls. When I received my to go order cause it was hotter inside then outside. I thought I got the big boy dish but I received the child's package. Look at me lady, do I look like a child. I could eat a kid I'm a Fat Kid. I will say that the low mien wasn't that bad. The egg rolls were way over and if you want something like mustard it's over there on the counter in the plastic boxes. I know I might eat here again so maybe it will get better. I'm really glad that I'm working at what I know is going to be a shining light of good food in this area. Ok, so I live right behind edgewood bakery and usually go to the Chinese takeout place on Normandy because it's so good. We were feeling lazy and were trying to look for a place that delivers instead and after passing by this place a million times we decided to try it since they delivered. We tried the chicken teriyaki sticks and crab Rangoon which were good. For our meals my boyfriend had the house lomein which he liked and I ordered the Singapore Mei fun which was a little bit spicier than I'm used to at the other place. All in all the food was good, basically your typical Chinese fare. Now, the one thing that really impressed me was the delivery time. Seriously I think it took probably 15 minutes from the time I called to the time they knocked at my door. I know I only live like 5 minutes away from them if that but I also live 5 minutes away from dominos and they still take an hour to get to my house. The worst Chinese food I've ever had!!!! My husband and I were in Jacksonville for an upcoming cruise the following morning and were craving Chinese. We were staying at a local holiday inn and we're not familiar with the area at all so we were looking for something to be delivered. The wok n roll is what we came up with and boy was it a disappointment. First of all for them to deliver you have to spend somewhere around $30....a little pricey in my opinion. We got the General Tso chicken, bourbon chicken and crab Rangoon. So it takes 45-50 min for the food to get there and the portions are anything but hearty. The bourbon chicken was tasteless and tough to chew. The rice that came with both dishes looked and tasted old and overcooked. The general tso's was better than the bourbon chicken but still not something I would ever order again. And lastly the crab Rangoon.... Might as well have been chewing on stale wonton shells with a dab of dry cream cheese inside. So overall this was an expensive and less than satisfying meal. read more
