They had Drunken noodles sample! Janice was absolutely awesome I loved her energy if it wasn't for her I most likely would have gone somewhere else!!

Had the Chicken Katsu Pad Thai bowl. This was freshly made in front of me as I waited for my order. Had some nice mint lemonade to wash it down. The bowl had some really nice flavors. Just right amount of crushed peanuts, balanced with the sauce, so tasty. The katsu was very crispy but not over cooked. Soft tender chicken with panko crispy outer edge. Again the flavors were balance from green onion, to peanuts, the sauce and lots of rice noodles and fresh bean sprouts. Well worth the stop. Only three stars for being in a mall food court which was pretty sterile environment.

I wasn't expecting too much but it turns out to be exceptional! Service was phenomenal! Shout out to Peter! I'm glad you helped us today!

Everything was Great!! I was expecting a lot from the place. When the food came it was great! And service was excellent! Shoutout to Peter! I'm glad you helped us!

Pretty fast service but too sweet. I wish I had known this before ordering. Maybe the menu was localized for various tourists?

My first time trying this place at Fashion Show and it was so delicious! Great selections as well! I tried the Chicken Teriyaki with the Thai tea. I will definitely be back for the Thai Yellow Curry!

Fresh ingredients and delicious noodles. Everything cooked to order. Refreshing Thai Tea.

    Drunken Noodles, Pork Egg Roll(s)

Genuinely the most amazing drunken noodles I've ever had, you have to try it with the brisket. The way the brisket falls apart, it's so juicy and the bok choy is cooked to perfection with a nice snap. The green onions are soft and taste caramelized. The pork egg rolls filling melts in your mouth and pairs so well with the sweet and sour. The portions are actually insane, me and my boyfriend left feeling very full with one order of noodles we had, and we were struggling to finish the eggrolls. The Thai tea is also very good, comparable to a boba shop Thai tea. Service was inviting and very kind, the food came out so fast. The staff were very friendly. This is now my go to spot every time I visit Fashion Show. Everything is very organized and clean. You can see the cook prepare the food through the crystal clear glass. I like that you can even see the topping bar for the chef is very clean.

I was greeted with a smile and a super sweet hello, the girl was so patient with me understanding it was my first time and helped me make an excellent choice that only came out to $23 with a drink and side honestly won't get any better then this spot right here

Nearly finished. My hubby even fought fir the last bite LOL!

Amazing food & service! The Thai yellow curry is to die for!!! Ambiance is also 5 stars.

First of all, just the nice feeling the employees gave me when I approached their counter was very inviting. They seemed happy to be there and glad to serve me. Little things like that make a big difference. The food was fantastic! Nothing like we expected from a mall food court. In fact, the pad Thai was better than some we've had at "authentic" Thai restaurants. The pot stickers and dynamite shrimp were hot, fresh and delicious! They even refilled our drink! They served the Pad Thai in a bamboo bowl, with a bamboo fork. We asked for, and received, chopsticks. We were very happy and surprised at this restaurant. Way to go, folks! We shall return soon! As far as atmosphere, what can I say? It's a food court in a mall. We were glad enough to find a place to sit down, as busy as it was during the Christmas holiday season.

They have several choices here. They wok cook right in front of you. Good prices if you're on the go for a snack. Very pleasant staff.

Pleasantly surprised! The food was way better than what you would get at food courts and a lot of brick and mortar restaurants. The service was friendly. But the standout was the flavor and portion size.

You'll find Noodles off the casino floor near the Baccarat Bar. On a Sunday evening, I had no trouble getting in without a reservation. While there are noodles from several cuisines on the menu, don't be put off if you're looking for something besides pasta and broth. There are things to explore and old favorites: Chinese, Thai, Malay, Japanese. They have a good selection of teas. And dim sum, too. As it happens, I did have noodles: I can recommend the Singapore noodles, which had a nice curry flavor plus just a little heat. There was plenty of barbecued pork and veggies in the dish. I was impressed with it and look forward to coming back to try some of their other dishes from cuisines I'm less familiar with. That's the advantage of a place like this: You can easily find something safe, but also try something new. The ambiance is upscale without being oppressively fancy, if you know what I mean. A lot of red, white and black. It's nice, but you won't feel weird if you're casually dressed. Comfortable seating. Attentive service. There is some noise drifting in from the gaming floor, but it's not too bad, especially if you sit toward the back.

We dropped in for a late dinner at 8PM, driving there directly from Zion National Park after hiking Angel's Landing. It was still surprisingly busy inside and we even had to wait a bit for a table! The waitress first brought over some cucumber lemon water, then took our order. The food only took about 10 minutes to arrive. Spicy Beef Noodle, Knife Shaved ($15.97) - Whew that broth. It's like cough city on the first sip, that chili and sichuan peppercorn mixture really gets into the throat. It then transitions into a robustly beefy, salty, and even slightly sweet flavor. It's so beefy it's almost gamey in taste. The heat is actually very balanced, although after sipping on it throughout the meal, I started getting pretty sweaty even with the AC on blast in the building. The beef is great. it's fatty and has connective silverskin still attached; it's like the best part of the tendinous shank. Other than that there's the perfectly cooked, bouncy knife shaved noodles, and a couple of leaves of crunchy blanched bok choy. (5/5) Beef Pancake ($9.75) - I thought these would be dry like shao bing (I have never had 餡餅 before) but construction took us totally by surprised. The beef pancakes are almost like a flatter, beef version of sheng jian bao, complete with juicy beef aspic. The wrapper is chewy and thinner than a typical SJB, but works well here; it's not thin enough to cause holes that leak juice out. The meatball inside is beefy and flavorful, albeit not as tender as a typical pork meatball. The taste of both the juice and beef are very allium forward and full of umami. (5/5) Dan Dan Noodle, Hand Pulled Noodle ($13.97) - The topping is a cold meat and preserved veggie mixture, minced finely until very tender and soft. It's combined with plenty of sesame paste and peanuts, giving an overwhelming nuttiness. The noodles, in this case the hand pulled one, work exceptionally well, being perfectly cooked and staying the same bouncy consistency throughout the meal. My experience with the hand pulled noodles in broth at the other Shang location was that the noodles got too soft only ten or fifteen minutes sitting in the broth. I would definitely get hand pulled only with dry dishes. On the bottom of this dish is a really spicy sauce, both in heat and mala numbness. It's very fragrant and lemony even through there's not much red color. The dish as a whole is far more spicy overall than the Spicy Beef Noodle. (5/5) The portions Shang Artisan Noodle serves are huge. We hiked Angels Landing before eating dinner here and we were only able to finish about half our meal. Shang Artisan Noodle serves some really great noodle dishes. There's a reason we keep coming back for more! Bathrooms - Two individual rooms, one for women, one for men

Their take-out business appeared to be robust, which was a good sign that they must be doing something right with their offerings. Menu is pretty standard fair. Noodles in broth with beef shank, various dumplings, rice plates and dry noodle dishes. We started with the deep fried spring rolls which were tasty. The wrapping was very thin and delicate and had a nice crunch for each bite. There are six in an order, which is a great value. Wife ordered the Lucky Beef Noodle which has a mildly spicy broth. She asked for half the normal amount of noodles, as she feels that the noodles end up soaking up a lot of broth. I ordered the Beef Soup with Dumplings, which is basically what my wife ordered without the noodles. I wanted noodles added, so they were gracious and added the noodles my wife did not want to my order. The broth was flavorful and mild, not much of a kick. 1 STAR -- WAY TOO MUCH HYPE…read more Honestly, this was one of the most disappointing meals I've had in Las Vegas. The Magic Noodle is ridiculously overhyped. I went in expecting something special because of all the reviews, but the food was nowhere near what I expected. The noodles are supposed to be the star, but mine were nothing magical. The broth was overly salty, the flavors were disappointing, and the overall meal just felt mediocre. Some of the meat was excessively fatty, and for what you're paying, I expected a much better experience. The wait and the overall experience made it even worse. For a restaurant that gets this much hype, I expected better food, better consistency, and better service. The noodle-making is interesting to watch, but honestly, that's about the only "show" worth mentioning. A restaurant shouldn't be able to rely on people watching noodles being pulled while the actual meal leaves you disappointed. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but based on my experience, I absolutely would not go out of my way to eat here again. There are plenty of better noodle spots in Las Vegas where the food actually lives up to the hype. 1/5. Overhyped, disappointing, and definitely not worth the wait.
