The waitress confirmed the order. When the bill arrived, however, I was charged for Roasted Duck Panang. When we brought this to the waitress's attention, the manager came over and insisted that I had been served duck. I explained that I don't order duck curry and specifically eat chicken. He then asked whether the meat was sliced or served whole. When I said it was in small pieces mixed into the curry, he responded, "Oh, that was duck." So not only was I charged incorrectly, but I was apparently served the wrong dish altogether. What was most frustrating was how difficult it seemed for the staff to acknowledge the mistake. If a restaurant cannot accurately take and deliver a simple order, it raises concerns for anyone with food allergies, dietary restrictions, or personal food preferences. Mistakes happen, but accountability and good customer service matter. Unfortunately, neither was demonstrated today. After more than four years as a customer, this experience has left me with no intention of returning.

This time I got the pork. They are all good. The chicken wings are soooo good too. We had them with salt and Pepper this time. I think we usually get them with sweet chili. I think these were even better. They had a Bogo on the wings. Woohoo!! I felt like I was normal again. Like before I developed my wheat allergy. I recommend this restaurant whole heartedly. We've had other dishes before and they have all been good.
