While I was standing there debating on ordering, the employee behind the counter was eating. I figured he'd stop once an order was placed. As I went to order kiosk, I saw him look up toward the front, then put his hand in his mouth to remove food while still in the kitchen/service area. That completely turned me off from ordering so I left. I didn't dare risk if he'd wash his hands because why would you do that to begin with. I understand people working long shifts need to eat, but in an open kitchen environment, presentation and sanitation matter. We ordered four items to split and we were filled before finishing our meal. My biggest highlights were the brisket egg rolls and brisket curly fries with double meat. I think these two dishes were really packed with flavor. The jalapeño bites were delicious but the contents were still very hot even after I waited a while to taste them and I spent more energy trying to avoid burning my mouth and the contents falling out of my mouth. The Chicken n Greens dumplings were also good. They may have been a slightly overfried because they weren't as juicy as I would have expected but that was a quick fix with the sweet n sour sauce. Staff was friendly and considering how many orders we had ahead of us, the food was prepared quickly. I can't complain about having fresh quality food. Went for a late lunch on 01/16/2026. There was a lady working alone and working so very hard cleaning up from what I assume was a lunch rush. She took my order in a courteous way and started to prepare it immediately. It was only about a 10 minute wait for my order. Smoked Chicken Fried Rice, extra side of kimchi. The kimchi was good but spicy! I'm not really a spicy person and my boyfriend mixed all the kimchi throughout the bowl so I mostly ate the pork belly. I think if you regularly ate kimchi this wouldn't be too spicy though. The Brisket Egg Rolls: I've never had brisket in an egg roll before and it was a pleasant experience! I could have done without the sweet chili sauce but again, personal preference, I usually like egg/spring rolls in fish sauce. The flavor was pretty good, nothing amazing but it's just way too hefty of a price tag to justify the amount of food you get. Tried Wokker for the first time via LunchDrop which a service similar to UberEats/Grubhub, etc. I ordered the Brisket Pad Thai and was simply amazed at how well balanced this dish was. You have the smoked brisket which was perfectly tender and complemented by fried egg which was damn near fried perfectly to medium. The Pad Thai was cooked to perfection and you had the accompanying cabbage, bean sprouts and peanuts. Only reason I can't give 5 stars is because I haven't tried the rest of the menu. I'm sure this place is a banger. The seasoning was key on this dish and was made for my palette.
