No reason at all for the process to take more than 30 days after the sale unless financed. The dealership then has 45 days. I purchased a bike from them on January 3, 2026, using a fully paid-off trade-in with a clean Texas blue title. As of May 28, 2026, I still do not have the title for the bike I bought. I filed a complaint with the Texas DMV back in March, and only after their involvement was I able to get my registration. The DMV also contacted Mandi, who finally submitted the paperwork to transfer the title. Her paperwork was rejected twice before finally being accepted. I am also aware of at least two other complaints filed through the Texas DMV involving similar issues. Dealerships are required to transfer titles in a timely manner, so do not let them blame the state for delays. The state is not the issue here. Either the title paperwork is being mishandled, or the dealership is delaying transfers unnecessarily.

I was told the wheels will be ready on February 17th, today at 12:00. As you guessed it, the wheels had still the old tires installed. The employee I spoke to was sorry, but at the end of the day, I drove there two times, removed my tires from my motorcycle for nothing. There is simply no process or system in place. No organization. The employee that brought the wheels back to me had no clue. At least they reimbursed me right away. Bottom line, if you need service, go to a store where the owners are going to want you back. Not Cycle Gear. The funny part is they attempted to have me take a membership, so I could get discounts!!! I would rather get quality and commitment, rather than promises!!! That alone raises serious concerns about their honesty and business practices. To make matters worse, the vehicle was delivered with only one key, and I was never provided the passcode/key information. For a purchase like this, that's basic and should never be overlooked. It is now April, and I still have not received a copy of the title. This has completely delayed my ability to properly register the vehicle and has created ongoing frustration. For a dealership to drag this out for months is inexcusable. Trying to get answers has been a constant runaround. I've been passed from one person to another with no accountability, no clear communication, and no resolution. Management has been just as ineffective--slow responses, empty promises, and no real effort to fix the situation. This experience feels like once they got the money, they stopped caring entirely. Between the undisclosed damage, missing key/passcode information, failure to provide proper paperwork, and lack of professionalism, I cannot recommend this company to anyone--especially if you are purchasing from out of state.
