Despite the challenge, Dr. Nouri remained patient, focused, and determined throughout the entire process, which took about two hours. During the procedure, she consistently checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. Her care and attention truly made a difference. She did an amazing job getting a very stubborn tooth out, and I felt such relief once it was finally completed. Her assistant was also incredibly supportive and comforting, working seamlessly alongside Dr. Nouri the entire time. After the procedure, I was sent home with antibiotics and pain relief medication, along with clear instructions. At my follow-up appointment, Dr. Nouri carefully checked my healing, smoothed out part of the bone graft area, and made sure everything was progressing well. She took the time to explain everything in detail and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. They even found a charm that had fallen off in the chair and kindly texted me to ask if it was mine, letting me know they would safely hold onto it for me. That level of thoughtfulness meant a lot. I just had 2 small cavities taken care of yesterday and I went in there with such ease knowing I was in good hands based on my previous experience with Dr. Akkari. Once again, the whole process was completely pain free and I was out of there in less than an hour (the procedure itself was at most 15 minutes). Also, I cant understand why there are a few negative reviews about their receptionists. Rita has always been super sweet & I can't remember the other ladies name but they have always been super polite and helpful with scheduling, rescheduling, checking in & helping me get a referral to an oral surgeon. And as always, his dental assistants are kind & gentle as well.

This business is not local to me but in desperation to find someone to look at my tooth, I called them. A nice girl named Caitlin answered the phone and told me they were booked at least a month out. I explained my situation and after putting me on hold, she was able to squeeze me in for an exam within two days. She made sure to tell me they may not be able to perform the work needed right away. Whatever. At least I am moving in the right direction. She offered to email me all forms and authorizations so that when I came in, they could see me right away and not take a bunch of time with paperwork. Super convenient! I wish all doctors and dentists did this. I arrived today for my exam/evaluation at 11am and was greeted at the door with a smile (no pun intended). I did not have a mask and was politely told it was their policy to protect their other patients, which I understand. I literally did not wait more than five minutes until being taken to the back for x-rays. I had Rosanna take my x-rays and she had heard from Caitlin that I was very nervous but not to worry. She originally took x-rays of the tooth in question but decided we might as well go through and do x-rays of all of my teeth. I know they were really squeezing me in but they took the time to go the extra mile rather than have me come back for a regular check-up. She was really nice and efficient. I always waited for her to say "bite down" before biting down. Of course, I failed to do this at the end and bit her finger. I couldn't be more apologetic and embarrassed. She told me she works with kids all the time and has gotten used to it. I now recognize she saw me as a 35 yr old kid, afraid of the dentist office. Afterwards Dr. Tran came in and quickly assessed a cavity as well as two other ones. I knew there were probably a couple others but no pain meant no rush. He recommended we get all three done at one time to limit the visits needed or further complications of them getting worse. He couldn't have been more gentle with my apprehension when looking in my mouth. He came in almost immediately after the x-rays were done. That never seems to happen. I found this practice to probably be the quickest, most efficient, honest and above-all, conscious of my immediate need for help. I understand doctors that do this for repeat patients but to squeeze me in and I've never visited the office before? Unheard of. Not local but I would/will make the drive for this group anytime. From the receptionist to the assistant/hygienist, to the dentist, everyone was world-class. I cant thank them enough. I'll update with a review on how my filling goes!

My crowns are not all the way up to my gum lines so their decaying in that space. It is costing me at near $10,000 fix her mistakes. Besides the money,I was a cash paying patient. I have lost a few of my teeth. Which when confronted with a phone call she won't respond. She had annette (who is well never have a bad work about) respond. When I wrote a letter asking for my money back seeing as how I was paying over $10,000 to fix her work she barely responded and wanted me to sign papers saying I would never speak of this again for $300 I refused. I think she only cares about money now not her patients and doesn't use quality materials to fix her patients teeth. Some of my fillings feel out a week later while I was out of state. Not a good feeling. And then for her to not even speak to me was worse. After about 10 years of her being my doctor was just devastating.
