The quality is good which I expected because I've used them for alterations before and they did a great job. 1st review: Was in a rush to get some shirts cleaned for my son, when I asked the price she says 11.95. I was shocked but didn't have time to shop around. Since I dropped them off I've shopped around and even asked in a neighborhood app and as I thought this was outrageously high like DOUBLE.. Then looking at their reviews here on yelp I see that actually suit jackets are 11.95 so she's charging me the jacket price for shirts. I will definitely not return here. Very unprofessional experience. I called before going in and was told ironing my suit would cost $20. When I arrived, they printed a receipt for around $47, then said it was because of same-day pickup. I told them I could pick it up the next day, but they said the price would still be the same. The owner then changed it to $27, but that was still not the price I was originally told. When I questioned it, he took the receipt from my hand and gave me my clothes back instead of trying to resolve the issue. I took a skirt in to be repaired. I needed a zipper replaced and the hem on one side redone. The work was done well, they did leave some string hanging off the skirt that I had to cut. But otherwise good work. The only thing that surprised me was the price. I paid $50 just to replaced the zipper and fix the hem! I thought that was over priced. I thrifted the skirt for $10 and ended up spending $60 in total. read more

Bad customer services. Value of service you'll be unhappy. Rude or absent staff, and safety issues for your clothing don't trust. Homeless individuals around in the facility. Common, recurring complaints involve no response and late overdue pick ups still take your money. One time I left my suit and it was ruined with improper care. Do not leave your expensive garments (leather coats, designer items) with this business. They literally refuse to acknowledge damages, and charging high prices for poor, unfulfilled, or non-existent alterations. i took in three dress pants to get suspender buttons added on. not only was i blindsided and flabbergasted at my total coming out to $140 just to dry clean and add suspender buttons, but i previously tried to sew on the buttons myself, but i did not do a very good job and the buttons were falling off and i had communicated that and requested new buttons. i was charged for 18 suspender buttons. i went to pick up my pants and got home to see that they did not add new buttons like i had been charged for. i should have checked the quality of work before leaving, but with the phenomenal reviews this place has and the price they charged i expected honest work; not to be scammed. i also must say that the few buttons they did actually sew on were sewed on totally in the wrong place and make my suspenders come down the side, not down the front like suspenders a normally worn. read more

Over priced dont come here. I called this place and asked if they were able to put sleeves on a dress. They told me yes, so happily walked in. However, when I got there, the Men I spoke to told me, "Oh no, we don't do that." Since I was already there, I just told him, "OK, can you just make my dress a little shorter?" He said yes, so he measured me to make my dress a little shorter. He also made adjustments on my side and shoulder. He gave me the ticket, but we never discussed pricing, and I didn't look at the ticket when I picked it up two days later. To my surprise, the total was $190 more than what my dress was worth. I will never come to this cleaners again because they completely ripped me off. This job should have never cost $190. He completely took advantage and over priced me. To top it of i didnt even end up wearing the dress. And it had some loose sequence on the top. read more

The guy said "I could to it easily, no problem but my honest opinion it's better to go buy a more expensive dress shirt that's closer to you're fit. Then to spend more money on the alteration then the cost of the dress shirt itself." I appreciated him being honest and not wanting me to waste my money but due to time constraint and I needed a specific color that expensive brands didn't have. This is part of a series of reviews s part of the pathway to my wedding path. This was the third alteration business I went to, looking for a cost effective way to alter a regular bridesmaid dress I happened to choose in white. I spent $130 on this dress and the online company sent the dress 1.5 sizes to big. I came here after two tries with two other locations. I explained that I ordered a regular bridesmaid dress but in white. It was not a wedding dress but my wedding dress. I met with the owner. He pinned and pinned. I said I only thought it was the zipper area and hemming to be done at bottom since it was a little long. No. He said, I'm going to see how this can be done. He pinned under the arm the back the shoulders I felt uncomfortable. He then said that his real seamstress would know better and when would I be able to come in to meet her so I came in on the day that she was able to come in and waited about 25 minutes she was running late. They started speaking in Armenian and told me that this was a very difficult job to him in because of the material they stated was "cheap" and it was going to be very hard to sew and then they proceeded to show me pictures of the work that they normally do on $10,000 dresses. See this is the work we normally do. I told them that the dresses they work on are very lovely but I was never able to afford to dress like that. He suggested I but another dress. He stated that if I had the dress altered by them it was basically like sewing a new dress. I couldn't comprehend that concept. So he asked me if I wanted to do it. Originally he said about $200-300 to alter everything. So I was thinking okay if up to 300.00 I basically got my dress for under 500. Let me ring you up he said. They spoke in Armenian then the punch to the gut, $950. I said your sign says 25% off CSUN employees. Oh you work for CSUN? I said no but my fiancé does. This isn't in his name it's in yours. Okay thank you I can't afford that. He literally unpinned everything including my original pinning I did. I said to myself no worries I will figure it out. I left thinking omg this one was the worst in price! And it was a cleaners!! I felt like she/they did that because she really didn't want to work on my "cheap dress" -and it was beneath her abilities take a cheap dress. So sad it is always about money isn't it? Well, I wasn't going to be defeated. I went home and told my friend about the chain of alterations places, their scandalous attempt to charge brides to be and I altered the bottom myself and my girlfriend altered the back and a little on the shoulders. He also helped me make an appointment for my daughter to get her Prom Dress altered because it was big on the chest are and hips. We came in today and met Flora who was super sweet and really nice lady, the quite I was guven was fair I think. I've asked around and theirs is the most fair price. Had a few hiccups in the beginning but in the end Anthony pulled through with great service and care of my clothing items. Anthony is very responsive when I requested for a dress alteration. Definitely come in early to have it done because it may take a couple sessions to get done. It took about 4 visits for me so total of 3 weeks with my schedule to finish but it was worth it. He offered to put in a hook for the back of my dress too which worked out well. Anthony was very attentive to my dress needs and gave a lot of great recommendations on how to alter it.
