This is a gem of a neighborhood store. Jasmine Cleaners is reasonably priced and they do a good job in cleaning as well as altering clothes. I have been using them for over 3 years now. On June 13, 2026 (a Saturday), they went above and beyond customer service expectations when they ensured that I was able to retrieve my clothes, even though their store had an emergency closure. I appreciated their help very much. I was scheduled to be out of town and needed some of my work clothes that were in their shop. The owner and his family responded to my urgent Yelp inquiry, and opened the shop to hand me my clothes. They are pleasant and truly kind to do that. If you have an urgent need for your clothes, I think it's important to call ahead and ensure the shop is open. And do your pick-up a couple of days ahead of any scheduled store closure. I will keep giving them my business. I hope that others in the community also provide them with more business for years to come. read more

I came here to get two wedding dresses cleaned with my veil. DO NOT BRING YOUR DRESS TO HIM. I drove an hour in traffic to go pick up my dress and it was stained when I arrived. Both dresses were stained! One on the back and the other on the lace tulle. I had to come back the next day when he said he can clean it and the stain was removed but my lace dress looks like more yellow white than white!! I brought a brand new white dress and shirt for the first time to try Jasmine Cleaners. I notice the carousel clothes was empty, not many customer or business, but I took my chances. It was a big mistake! When I picked it up noticed the clothes were not white as before. To my surprise was stained with blue color all over the shirt and the dress. I decided to go here because it's conveniently located near my apartment. I rang the bell on the counter and a man came up from the back. I said "hello" and he did absolutely nothing to acknowledge my greeting. He just grabbed my garment, a silk dress with beaded embellishments, and hastily inspected it. He looked at the embellishments and the care tag and said there was no way that the dress could be cleaned. I told him that the tag said to cover the embellishments before dry cleaning but he just shook his head and said that no dry cleaner would be able to clean the dress without damaging it. He then added that if I wanted to risk it, it was fine with him. Despite my best instincts telling me that I was wasting my time, I pressed on. I asked if he could remove a couple of stains from the dress, which were most likely grease stains. He wasn't sure, so I asked if he would still charge for stain removal if he wasn't able to get them out, to which he replied, "Yes." I'm not sure what the policy is at most places, but at my old dry cleaners, Kenn Cleaners, they don't charge unless they're sure they can get the stain out. I told him this and he practically scoffed in my face. He handed me my dress and sarcastically said, "Okay, try it." What a gem of a guy, right? Well, after that lovely exchange, I decided to go ahead and take his advice. I tried it. I drove a few miles over to Kenn Cleaners, showed the friendly employee my dress and said that I'd just been smugly informed that no dry cleaner would ever be able to clean it. She laughed and said, "We can clean it." I pointed out the stains and she said that they'd get them out and that my dress would be ready in 2 days. Within 30 seconds I had my receipt and was out the door. This experience has turned me into a loyal Kenn Cleaners customer. It's everything that Jasmine Cleaners is not: friendly, professional, prompt, and courteous. To Jasmine Cleaners I'd say, "Nice try," but they really didn't even bother to do that. I brought a brand new suit to have the pants and jacket altered. Poor customer service when I went it, but ignored it and decided to go ahead with it. When I picked up the suit I showed the owner that the jacket sleeves were crooked and one had a snag in the new stitch line. He told me to just have it "pressed" and that he couldn't fix it. Brought my sport jacket in on Monday to have it altered. They said it would be ready on Friday and the store hours are open till 7:00 PM. They closed early at 5:00 PM. The man on the phone said to call Saturday morning to see if they would be open, even though there hours say they are. Worst of all the sleeves were hemmed to short on a brand new jacket.
