I love this coffee shop as it has been consistent over the years. I think it was opened around 6 years ago and it still feels brand new. It's very cozy and has a quiet room but it seems to alway be occupied by students. I have never had their food but it looks like they have variety of options. It has an outdoor sitting space, indoor place with seats near fireplace and another interior section where you have books/games and can spend time working on your laptop. I absolutely love this place. So does my dog! He gets excited every time we get off the freeway and they love watching him grab his pup cup. This is a weekly stop for me. Every weekend I come here and am super excited to their seasonal flavors. Their spiced white mocha this fall topped ALL OF THEM! Currently we play a game to see if there are any peppermint bark cookies left (yes, they are that good. Yes, they sell out fast. Do not get them warmed). Anyways, this team did something amazing for me and I realized I've never written a review about their location. During the windstorm we decided to get some coffee for our maintenance team. A lot of us were locked out of our buildings and had to be let in by the maintenance team. Most worked overtime with long hours that week. We wanted to get them coffee. Because of the outage they were packed inside and out of the store, as to hey were one of the few coffee shops in the area with power. Inside, every table was filled with people, so they sold out of food and were limited on some items. Including a Coffee To Go traveler. Anyways. I called them about 20 minutes before hand and asked them if they could make an exception and they were very kind and understanding. The customer service is always really courteous and efficient. Depending on your route and the time of day getting out of the parking lot can pose challenge; always be sure to check traffic patterns prior to arrival. Located within the Hotel 116 building, this makes an easy breakfast spot while a guest at the hotel, which has no breakfast service. They have a very busy drive thru business that snakes it's way through the hotel parking lot which it shares with the hotel for their customer parking. Seating is located on an outdoor patio, by a fireplace inside the main dining area near the counter, along with a small glassed in area (do you need to reserve this area) that looks like a conference room. A separate open area, just outside the hotel restaurant, looks (and sounds Shh) like a library. So plenty of places to sit. We stopped in one morning for breakfast. They had a couple of pastry items and breakfast sandwiches or burrito. I told the cashier I am not supposed to eat pork, and can they make a sandwich without sausage? She 'guessed' she could 'take it off' which I interpreted as she would inform whomever is making the sandwiches to leave off the meat. Whelp, that was very wrong. It seems all the breakfast sandwiches are pre-made, stored in a fridge and heated up in a microwave when ordered. She literally opened the sandwich, and removed the sausage before sticking it in the microwave. If you, like me, and a food sensitivity to eating anything, you can't just 'remove' that item from a pre-made recipe. She should have told me they were pre-made so I could select a different item. So my breakfast was a bust. My SO got a burrito. It was tiny to say the least. Hot sauce was found in the wrappings under the burrito. The quality and taste did not encourage a repeat visit so this was our one visit to the coffee shop during our week stay at the hotel. Based on the constant line of cars, and the full seating areas each time we walked by, this is a popular spot, especially for those working on their laptops. They do offer free wifi. read more

My baseline drink at every new coffee shop is a raspberry mocha. They make one of the best I have ever had. I have been to this location 3 times and the only complaint is that it sometimes takes a while to get through the drive through. The service and drinks are excellent, although they are pricier than my drink from Sbux. Very clean and nice rustic design. read more

I didn't order coffee this round here, but the vibe is cool. Tea on this visit. Parking is plentiful and shared with the hotel next door. I had to circel the parking lot a few times to find a spot I felt safe in. Loads of spots inside to sit though and it smelled super yummy. The mint tea was hot and yummy. Loads of treats in the case which I will try next visit. The drice thru was super busy so I assume this spot is popular in that aspect. I randomly ended up here a few weeks ago and I've already been back several times! Absolutely lovely space! Plenty of room to distance when we're allowed to go back inside. For the time being they're doing takeout/drive through. Each time I've opted to go inside as the drive through line was crazy long (and a short person driving a low car does not make for a good drive through experience!). Each time they had several employees in the back that worked really, really well together and were able to handle both inside & drive through at a very nice pace! Service is great here and I really like the environment they're creating. One downside is that they don't have self-serve/tap-to-pay and have to touch my card, but they sanitize it before handing it back, so that's cool (RIP my card signature!). They also ask to use a pen to sign, but they have clean/dirty bins and sanitizer ready to go. Definitely into the coffee. I've had a Cedar mocha and a caramel macchiato, both with oat milk, and both really good! I don't always go into Bellevue, but this coffee shop is officially on my list for when I do. Can't wait to grab a newspaper and sit down by the fireplace when things are normal again! read more

Loved this place! I wish there was a Woods Coffee in Redmond. The service was very friendly and extremely quick. I ordered a White Mocha and the Molasses cookie, both were delicious! There was plenty of seating everywhere and the decor was lovely and woodsy. Came here because it was right next to Kaiser and needed to kill some time. The parking lot was full and took me three times around the lot to find a place to sit. My 12oz latte was $7. I have never been charged so much for mediocre coffee before. I ordered a half sweet crème brûlée latte and double checked it came with a standard two shots of coffee. The person said it did not. So I then had to add a shot. The coffee was so sweet (even when I ordered half sweet) that it was hard to taste the coffee. I do not suggest. read more

One of our favorite coffee shops in Bellevue! The mudslide hits every time. It's basically a chocolate frappe. This is the only place I know that has the everything bagel bites so we always get these. Lots of seating with plenty of plugs. It was my first time going to this location yet easily made it in my top areas to work. Spacious with lots of sitting options. It's connected to a hotel that has more (quieter) areas. Baristas were welcoming and helped me choose my drink. Went with salted caramel cold brew with oat milk and it was so tasteful I've been hooked on salted caramel since. She was very kind and helpful and the space is large for anyone who wants to work out the coffee shop there is seating inside outside and to the side by the hotel I think. This place I really wish I lived closer because it's incredible. I may be a little biased because gluten free options at coffee shops are my jam, but these were actually incredible (see photos). The biscuit for the sandwich was moist, buttery, and delicious, while the scone was a perfect sweetness with a texture so good, you would not have guessed it was without gluten. The coffee is divine, but my favorite part about it was them asking me if I want me cappuccino wet, dry, or in-between. Doesn't get any better than that question! And they made it perfectly. My only critique there is that I wish it had been in a smaller cup so I could drink more of the foam. Ambiance is fantastic, with lots of seating for such a small place. Prices are a bit steep, otherwise I'd say this is almost completely the same as Starbucks. Quality and execution of their espresso, milk, etc are identical to Starbucks. Cute coffee stop tucked into a Bellevue shopping complex. My niece and I went here on the way to a container store extravaganza. I got an oat milk latte with a brown sugar cinnamon syrup (yum!) and my got a caramel frappe with no coffee. Total was about $13 for both, so pretty standard for the area. They had a lot of milk alternative options- soy, almond, and oat! My niece really enjoyed her frappe (sugar overload, but you know kids) and the oat milk latte was really well done with just a touch of sweetener so it wasn't too overwhelming. The staff was nice and the bathroom was pretty clean for a public spot. read more

This beautiful new Woods location is located just across I-405 from downtown Bellevue, and is connected to Hotel 116. It's a great place to stop when I'm working on the Eastside and need to plug in the ol' laptop for a couple of hours while sipping on a couple of rich Woods coffees and/or enjoying some snacks. The huge free parking lot, tall windows letting in tons of natural light, and ample seating options (including an outdoor patio for the warmer months) make this one of the most appealing Woods locations I've visited. I'm pleased to see they're upping their food game, and I really enjoyed the turkey bagel I got for lunch on my most recent visit. (Would still LOVE to see more food options, though - maybe some warm winter soups?) The staff here was super friendly and attentive, and keep the place sparkling clean. No sooner had the dude next to me left his cup, dirty napkins, and crumbs behind than an employee was there to wipe it all down. Bonus points for the cozy fireplace to give it that PNW-meets-modern vibe. My only beef with this Woods location is that the bathrooms are far away in the hotel, so if ya need a pit stop you have to pack up your laptop et al and risk losing your seat. Minor detail, but worth noting if you're planning to stay for a bit (or have a small bladder). I'll definitely be keeping this as a regular work stop during my Bellevue travels. Crossing my fingers that they add a similar spot on the western side of the bridge soon! read more

Very cute looking cafe! Not the best service I've had, i ordered online at 11 am and went to the designated pick up area at 11:15 (as the text message said) - the employee working bar was very sweet and apologized, i said no worries and went back to wait. I went back to the bar around 11:23 am and they gave me the wrong order. As someone who has worked in the food industry before i definitely understand tags can get lost and i don't mind waiting, but the second time i went up a different employee definitely was not sorry and i kept getting looks from several staff members as i waited for him to fix THEIR mistake, which made me feel very uncomfortable. In terms of food, smoothie was grainy and I would not recommend. Spinach wrap feta was great. Due to the experience probably won't come back or recommend place to others. read more
