We arrived at 4:44 into the parking lot and ran into the building at 4:46pm, I was parking and helping my elderly mother-in-law out of the car--I wasn't going to rush off and leave her behind just to check in a minute earlier. When we got to the front desk, they refused to accommodate us. The receptionist said she would "go ask the manager," but the time spent doing that could've been used to actually start our services. There was zero flexibility, zero empathy, and no effort to make a birthday visit feel special. We ended up leaving without getting our hair done. For a service-based business, especially one centered around pampering and customer experience, this was incredibly disappointing.
