We were really excited to try this place. It is close to our house and had pretty good reviews. We were seated quickly and a kind man sanitized a high chair for us. The rest of the experience was a struggle... we ordered sushi and it took 30 minutes to get it. It sat on the bar for about 10 before it was served to us. We ordered chicken fried rice and Lo mein. The fried rice tasted burnt and the Lo mein had a strange flavor that i was not a fan of. *sigh* Maybe we came on a bad night and ordered the wrong thing. :( read more

No COVID protections in place. Only one out of the 15 employees I saw were wearing a mask. Packed restaurant, tables crowded together, people standing in the doorway with nowhere else to go with staff brushing past them. I don't have a lot of confidence in the food safety at restaurant that obviously cares very little about public health. Omg I've been planning to go here for well over a year and we finally made the stop on our way home from our road trip in early December 2020. It was crazy busy and it was 6ish on a Sunday day evening. Everything that was being served looked amazing. Honestly, the food was amazing, but as so often seems to be the case (and not just because of COVID) this restaurant has overcommitted on their capacity for those they are able to service versus the staff they have to support that service. Our waiter was managing not just his tables but also the bar and doing an excellent job, however the cook staff/chefs were unable to keep up. We waited about 30 minutes for appetizers and another 45 at least for our entrees. Management needs to take a look at their staffing, because they are otherwise cutting themselves off at the knees and not doing themselves or their staff any favors. The owners of this business must be proud! There is a lot of young adults that work here, and it runs like a well oiled machine. Prompt, very polite servers and staff. My wife is really not big on eating out but loves this place as well. Everything that we have eaten from here is always really good. The fried foods (shrimp tempura) do not taste like they were cooked in old oil. With as much as they fry for their sushi rolls you could expect a little greasy taste to the food but not here. Heard World Fusion mentioned here and there. Gave it a try since we were going to be in that neck of the woods. A little hard to find. Small sign among other signs. Decor is somewhat simple but adequate. Once the restaurant started filling up for lunch it became very noisy. Some acoustic tiles on the ceiling probably would help a lot. Our experience was nearly ruined by a young couple who allowed their baby to squeal loudly the whole time and throw everything on the floor including chopsticks which the pregnant employee could have slipped on if I hadn't warned her to avoid them. My Sushi-O Roll was good. I didn't get the crunch on it which is just fried tempura batter bits. I ordered off the lunch menu $ 9.95........Sushi-O Roll with salad. My husband ordered the Beef & Broccoli with white rice and spring roll also from the lunch menu. The sauce was awesome!!! A complex blend of super yumminess!! At first it didn't look like much of a serving, but the bowl was deeper than it first appeared and my husband who can eat quite a bit was happy and satisfied. I would also like to remind everyone that popular restaurants like this one get busy at lunch time. I don't recommend trying this restaurant for the first time at its busy times. The waitress didn't tell me that the side salad was a house salad. Having never been there before I thought that the side salad meant my choice of a salad so I picked the Japanese. I was charged $7.95 for it. The waitress admitted she should have caught that because (I was ordering from the lunch menu and pointing to the items I wanted) and informed me that the Japanese salad was not included, but extra. Before working here I ate here frequently and everyone's been just as humble and nice as while working here. I've never felt like I've belong to a group of people more than here. The sushi is awesome. However the service sucked. I used to be waitress and bartender. I so disappointed in the service there tonight. I watch waitress go up to sushi bar reach over customer to look at the ticket saw it was her order and put the ticket back and leave the food there. Wow no team work. There were several times tonight that there no wait staff on the floor. Our waitress only came to table once to check on us. There was young couple that was sitted in front of us that left because no one came to there table. Even my boyfriend that has owned is own restaurant for 20 years was lost words. If your looking for a nice lunch spot they have perfectly portioned fresh lunch options we tried the coconut shrimp with fried rice for 9.95 as well as the Cali and philli roll with salad for 9.95. Both were good. We thought the drinks were a little bit over priced but we are planning to go during happy hour next time! We also tried three specialty sushi rolls. WE really liked the crab Rangoon roll (not on menu), the fried grouper roll (surprising good). We didn't like the riptide roll as much as we expected too, won't order again. Barely any avocado or cucumber in it. It seemed like it was missing something, all the tempura and smoked salmon made it so you couldn't detect the small amount of mango in it. We eat here more than at home....ok so that is exaggerated. We find ourselves here over and over again. Mainly because it is so consistent, I have not had bad service or bad food ever. Lunch special run 11-3 they have entrees or 2 rolls with a soup or salad. The miso soup is great although I am not big on tofu I eat it. The sushi here is by far the best I have had. I am not a sushi buff by any means though. The prices are very reasonable. You can get a dinner roll for $13-18 and they run weekly specials. read more

Two hours. From the time we sat down until the time we received our food, I understand that everything is made fresh but we have tried this place three different times now with various sized parties and it's the same result every time. The manager did come over several times and apologize for our wait but regardless we were not compensated for the wait time in any way. I personally do not think the sushi nor the entrees are worth a 2+ hour wait. (The sign on the door stated 45 minute wait time for food) We watched several parties arrive after us be seated prior to us and receive their meals before us...we are all about supporting small businesses but if you're not willing to spend your entire evening here or have children who become impatient after an hour or so this is NOT the place for you. read more

This was our second visit and it didn't disappoint. Although they were out if some dishes, they told us right away. The variety of the menu is quite unique. Sushi, Korean Barbeque, Greek Salad, and Tacos. Plus they allow you to create your own sushi roll. The food is always fresh and prepared perfectly. The portions are not too big, but not so small where you feel shorted. The taste of the food is great. The restaurant is spread out into two areas, a small bar area with high top tables and a dining area with a sushi bar. The atmosphere is casual and lends itself to families as well as couples on a date night. The prices are reasonable for all of the menu items. This place has lots of wonderful dishes. The sushi is awesome. I've eaten here many times and never lets me down. The beef was juicy and tender. I had the bang bang shrimp for the first time and thought they were a bit too spicy for my liking but other than that it was delicious. As an appowe had the caprice salad which I would recommend to anyone. My sister had the calamari which was also a fantastic choice.
