Soft sell as I was clear we were not ready to purchase We visited the next day to look at the car again and look at another. Disappointed as the car we test drove had some severe scratches and a dent that was not disclosed. Thankfully I went back in day light. The other car had a large scratch on the drivers side door that they had no interest in repairing nor were they interested in negotiating. Not sure I would visit again.

Of course no one checked because no one uses Cd's, but my kid is a musician and an old soul and has 500 of my old CD's. When I relayed that to Greg- the guy found a cd player on line and INSTALLED it for my kid. Do yourself a favor if you are done with shady people and shitty business practices. Over the past year, I have experienced several instances in which the invoice presented to me for…read moreservices performed contained errors (always in Circle Subaru's favor). Most recently, I recently received a promotional coupon from Circle Subaru for an oil change and tire rotation for $89.95. When I brought my car in for service, the estimate that I was given for this work was significantly higher. After speaking with the service representative, I discovered that the invoicing system does not honor the promotional coupon and that an additional shop charge was added. The coupon does not state that shop charges are additive (a violation of Truth-In-Advertising laws). On another occasion, I purchased two new tires and was presented with an invoice for four tires. I reached out to the GM. He did not offer an apology. Instead, he told me that I should have engaged a manager to correct their errors. This is not my definition of "exceptional customer service." I recommend that you only use Circle Subaru's service department if you want the aggravation of inspecting their invoices and correcting their billing errors on every visit.

From our first phone call, he was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Unlike many salespeople, John took the time to really understand my preferences and saw that I valued getting the exact car build I wanted over speed of delivery. He patiently and clearly explained the entire factory ordering process and answered all my questions, setting clear expectations to prevent surprises later. A few months later, the car arrived. Pickup day went flawlessly. John warmly greeted us and introduced us to the car. The paperwork was clearly explained and smooth. Another team member presented the warranty options and was also excellent. A third team member, who guided us through the car's technical features, was friendly and thorough. Overall, it was an ideal luxury car buying experience--transparent, attentive, and genuinely enjoyable--completely breaking the car dealership stereotype. I drive 45 minutes to this location because of the highest luxury service. Leigh Farrell runs the absolute best shop around. The Freehold team are smart, professional, super knowledgeable, very friendly and they go above and beyond for their customers. Inventory is really good as well. I do think this is a true luxury experience end to end- even for Mercedes. What I loved most about my recent experience? I called Tim, the Sales Manager, told him what I wanted and he made it happen- the same day. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was ready and all paperwork prepared. I left in a new Mercedes GLE in under 70 minutes. Adriana helped me through the entire process. She knows her cars, the details of what she has on the lot, and she knows her numbers. (Which, OK... but kinda counter intuitive on the relationship part after comparing me to an "Icky Bad Date") Even after this, I still stayed, as I then shared with Jace that I was actually interested in purchasing two cars on Saturday. The Sante Fe and an Ioniq 5. Only after Brian became aware of our intent to purchase two vehicles did he agree to discuss numbers with me, but would still not walk me through anything substantial. I left shortly after Brian said to me "When you come back on Saturday, I'll try not to insult your intelligence". I have purchased a car from Freehold Hyundai in the past (which they knew). I left that night feeling gross after being treated the way I was by Brian. I would buy a car any day of the week from Jace, but I will not be returning to Freehold Hyundai due to the way I was treated by Brian.
