I wanted a color change due to the fact at how hideous this color ended up looking on me. I asked the old nail lady if she could change the color of my nails because I was not satisfied. She gave me attitude and complained how she took about an hour-hour and a half on me already and that she was gonna make me accept that she was just gonna color on top of the original paint. Mind you, she spent a little over an HOUR on me. Talk about LAZY ASS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Avoid the old lady. She's will rush you tf out of there and demand you for your money. And if she was the owner, avoid this entire place at all cost.

First time customer and this will not be my last time! It's super clean and beautiful decorations; everything matches and the best part is they all speak English very well, for the first time I didn't feel as they were speaking about my crusty feet behind my back. I felt safe and relaxed from the outside world. The moment I walked in I saw the young girl cleaning all the stations as she walked me to mine. They even provided me with a bottle of water. The plexiglass is on with nice golden chains all around the chairs and not just a shower curtain like other places. Every station has antibacterial spray. I will definitely be back and see Lee for the best pain free pedi I have had in a very long time, he was very efficient and gentle on my feet.

Lifted thumb nail on a 4 day old new set

If I could rate 0, I would. I tried this salon for the first time on Saturday, July 29th. I paid for a full set, pink & white & a gel pedicure totaling $115 before tip. On Sunday, July 30th every single nail was lifted. I went back & the owner, Linda Le did a fill on the brand new set & said she forgot to put on the primer. Later that day, another nail lifted so I went back & asked that she fix it. She told me she was going to just glue the nail down. I told her no & that I wanted a whole new mail since I just paid for the new set the day prior. It is now Wednesday, august 2nd & more nails have lifted & the gel Polish on my big toe is bubbling. This was the worst experience I have every had here in Vegas. I do not recommend wasting your money at this shop.

I love this place. It's family owned by a sweet husband and wife, and they always do an incredible job. They have great selection of polishes, and they're not old/gummy. The prices are very fair for what you're getting, too. The changes here after Covid are great. I feel very safe. There are barriers between you/the other chairs, there's tons of space between each chair, and in addition to the masks/gloves on the employees, there's a barrier hanging between you and them. They recently got all new massage pedicure chairs and manicure stations, and it's really clean inside. Seriously this place is great. Glad to have a new local spot for my mani/pedis.

World Nails was quite an exquisite experience, especially amongst the COVID pandemic. Once I walked in and saw all of the plexiglass, I knew this would be a safe environment where the workers cared for the health of their customers. They had exemplary customer service, as they had offered me a bottle of water at the beginning of my service. I had a manicure and pedicure done and the nail technician did a meticulous job. The shop had peaceful music playing, TV's that played Cirque Du Solei, and a beautiful theme to the shop with matching chairs. Their services weren't rushed and it included a hand and leg massage. If you want to visit a nail salon that does exceptional work and puts in maximal effort in ensuring you have a great experience for an affordable price, this is definitely the place for you.

We got an appointment to get pedicures at World Nails. We were happy to be able to get an appointment right when things started opening back up. World Nails was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. The inside is very nicely decorated and you can tell it is super clean. They have taken great precautions to keep everyone safe. They have installed plexiglass between all of the stations and even between the nail tech and the customer. We got the #3 pedicure which was 40 dollars and it includes a scrub, callus remover, etc. they took the time needed to really do a great job. They were also super friendly and made us feel comfortable! It's our new favorite spot!

Unprofessional nail salon. I asked the lady repeatedly to make my nails thinner because they looked like balls of acrylic on top op my actual nail. She kept insisting that they were thin but I kept telling her they weren't. So the finished product is a monstrosity. They hurt because how thick they are and all the filing that had to be done on my nails despite them being thick and uneven still. I couldn't stand how they looked once I left and asked for them to soak them off because they hurt. They told me to come tomorrow because they were busy. Save your money and time and don't come here.

This is my first visit. Greeted when we walked in. Very calming aroma in the shop along with relaxing music. There are 3 large HG tvs on the wall that are set to closed captioning. The staff was very kind. They shop is clean and the service was spot on. Good pricing. Ill definitely be back. read more

I've been getting pedicures here for about 3 years, after the place I was going closed due to the owner retiring. I've always had a great experience and have been very happy with the quality. Getting a bottle of water is a nice touch too. I've had 4 different people do my pedicure here, they've all been very good. I like how they offer different packages to choose from - I know it's an upsell - totally fine with me because it's up front on a menu and not during service where someone may feel pressured. They keep it clean as well, and a few tvs to watch is nice. read more

I have been going to World Nails since I moved to Vegas 6 years ago. It's not pretentious. A family run business. They try to not keep people waiting (a pet peeve of mine). After 4 weeks my acrylics are still on and they last forever. They will use a razor on your feet if you think you need it. Close to home for me too which I love. read more

These people are lucky they are getting one star. Poor customer service from the moment I walked in. They screwed up four of my nails during a French, Gel Manicure. Then tried to blame me saying it was my nails that were screwed up. It was not. They could only fix two of them. I noticed the other two when I got home. Not fixable. Don't go here. Overpriced too. read more

It took me four years to find a new perfect place for my nails when I moved here. I found it a year ago when I wondered in one day. I have problem toe nails and I hate shoes. Tony works miracles with my feet. I could not walk without pain and soft pretty feet without him. And his beautiful wife Tracy does such a wonderful job on my hands, I am always being complimented on my nails. Both of them remember your wants and needs. They see what needs to be done without you having to go over it or ask. And they remember! The whole shop is friendly, happy and kind. I'm a loyal customer for life. read more

I desperately needed a pedicure the other day...my poor toes were in a sad state of disrepair. I happened to drive by this place while I was running errands, so I thought I'd give it a try. I walked in and there was no wait. The employees all seemed nice, but also very quiet (which was perfectly okay with me, as I was dead tired at the time). My pedicure was thorough and the end result was quite nice. My toes looked great! And I couldn't complain about the price (only $20 + tip). I'm not sure if I would make this my regular nail salon, but I had a good experience. read more

I stopped here because it was near my house. I got a french gel polish manicure and within a day it was chipping already. I thought that maybe it was because of the "french" color that I had problems and decided to give them one more chance. I went back, I even mentioned that the first time I came the polish came off the next day...full color gel and the color was chipping and wearing off again within two days. I don't think the girl was bad at what she does, but I think the quality of the product they use here is pretty bad. I won't waste my money again. read more

I recently moved from California and was having the worse time finding a nail salon that knew how to do nails. My nails would crack, break or chip off after 3 days, not to mention way over priced. I happen to come across this salon after moving in the area and love this place! Awful place! As most Vietnamese places they told me it was a wait of 5 minutes turns out I waited for 32 minutes. They kept asking for me to pick my color and that I should do Gel that is only $20 dollars more. Furthermore, I made the mistake of paying Tracy before she finished my nails. As soon as I paid $25 for a set of Acrylics plus $5 tip her attitude changed completely. Nail polish doesn't cover my whole nail and they look rushed. She wasn't even done with me when she was doing the same process to a couple new clients. I've learned my lesson and will not throw $30 away in this place. read more

I travel a lot for work and my schedule is pretty hectic so I am always a walk-in wherever I go. I rarely return to the same place but I would go out of my way to return here. The chairs seem to be fairly new, everything is clean, prices are good and they have a pretty fish tank. They also played relaxing music when I was there which added to my need for some Saturday stress relief. I enjoyed their service and felt it was in alignment with the pricing. No one hassled me for an up-sale and I didn't feel rushed out of there to open the chair. They also took me immediately in on a Saturday! I would recommend to others and I myself would definitely return. read more

5 stars for Tracy! I love her work! She's spot on with the ideas that I have; she picks up my ideas and lays it out on my nails! Love it! Very relaxing atmosphere. Today was a plus because I was there while it was raining and they had the doors open so I could hear the rain drops..I highly recommend this place I drive 20 mins to see her she's worth it! They were very busy and said the wait was 5 minutes so my sister and I waited. As we waited 3 other people came in for a pedi too and they took them first instead of us. It's also reasonably priced, though be aware this is a cash only establishment, so no cards, but they do have an ATM. Overall, Good Times Barbershop lives up to its name. It is always a great experience coming here and I highly recommend this business.

I typically don't write reviews unless I'm completely amazed by one's customer service and techniques but I've recently came here with my friend Michelle and we were treated like absolute queens! We were nervous to find a new nail salon because we are new to Vegas. The staff greeted us immediately when we walked through the door and I noticed a variety of color selections. Usually, when I go to nail salons it's tough to find the perfect color for me but this time they had so many colors that I couldn't pick a favorite! Michelle and I loved the sky blue chairs because it's comfortable even when we were sitting there for an hour doing a full set and a pedicure. Our pedicures both came out amazing and I was so surprised to see how clean and beautiful our toes came out. The massages here were outstanding and after having a rough day at work, it was exactly what I needed. Both my nail techs made conversation with me and they knew when I was open to talking and when I just wanted to relax. My services didn't feel rushed and many laughs were shared amongst the friendly crew. When I was searching for a new nail salon that is near home and fits my needs, I stumbled upon this place. I've read reviews others have left here and I decided to give this place a try. Upon walk-in, my eyes were attracted to the beautiful baby blue pedicure chairs and their color scheme usage of baby blue, light pink, and cream. Their walls are a cream color which I find relaxing because the color isn't too bright. They play relaxing music and I love this because I come to nail salons to relax. They have three TVs on the walls as well as wall decor that matches the shop theme. I absolutely loved the marble sink to wash your hands because it's extremely eye-catching and big as well. Their bathroom has a cute medium vanity diamond mirror and I loved that aspect of the bathroom. The staff here is extremely kind and my pedicure and manicure have lasted over two weeks already! I've always had trouble seeking new salons but I'm happy to report that I will be a regular customer here. Scheduled an appointment for 2 Manos & pedis for my mom and I because we both had an ingrown nail and it was causing pain & discomfort so we couldn't wait to have it removed. After the husband finished with my pedicure he said to me " I will not do your mom's pedicure I don't have time for her." and canceled my mom's appt - So rude! I explained that my mom has an ingrown nail and she's in pain that was the main reason of this appt., he did not care. He seemed very agitated and upset. Not sure why. So we grabbed our stuff and left. Quite honestly, these guys not only lack professionalism and customer service but their selection colors is very limited and they don't really do nail designs maybe a few lines here and there, the 1980's trend. Will never come here again nor will I recommend. I work in customer service and would never treat anyone they way they treated us today. Weird people! read more

I came over this Nails shop from 2006 , I love the way they take care my Nails, they work very hard to make your nails look good, if I'm not happy or something wrong I told them right away , and they always working out and try to make me happy before I leave . This Nails location open 7 days / week, that good for busy peoples . The Staff very helpful and friendly .The Shop just remodel , everything look nice ,clean and one thing , most of us like is , you don't smell any chemical . Le and Linda been there from 2006 , they help out and alway make sure customer happy . Nobody perfect , give them a try if you want somebody take care good for your Nails . Even after all the time that I've been going to nail salons to get my regular full sets, this place has been my favorite by far. The staff employed here are unbelievably kind and they respect all individuals under all circumstance. The service is exemplary, professional and the best in town; if you get the mani-pedi, the manicure is done while you are sitting in the pedi chair!
