The place itself is cool and the staff was friendly. I had a pretty good deep tissue massage but not really worth the price. The place was clean and well stocked with toiletries and towels despite being busy. They definitely need more showers. They also seemed to put everyone in the same bank of lockers and you usually had to wait for someone to move to get to your own locker. The floors are all very slippery and someone fell down the stairs when I was there. They really need to put some rubber mats or something down, that's definitely a lawsuit waiting to happen. My main issue with the place is that it's not really relaxing. There are signs around saying quiet zone and no cellphone use but it wasn't enforced at all. At one point one of the employees kept yelling something in the hall outside of the saunas and we couldn't even understand what he was saying, it definitely was not chill. At other spas you aren't allowed to bring in phones because they don't want you taking pictures of people in the spa. Here people were instagramming stuff from the saunas. Large groups were coming in and chatting so even if you found a quiet room it didn't stay that way for long. Also I'm fairly certain at least one couple was hooking up in the hot tub which is just tacky and gross. I paid for an hour massage but it counted as part of the 4 hours that I paid for, I feel you should get additional time to do your treatment because they are expensive. I think if they enforced their policies it would be a lot better, but I would rather spend my money at another more relaxing spa. If you do go I wouldn't recommend going on the weekend. read more

SUCKS! The spa is overpriced. 15 min Banya Venik costs over $80 (they automatically charge 20% of tipping and a "service fee". It was my first time trying, so I paid, but it was less than 15 minutes. On top of that, after coming back from the spa, I was charged $80. I do not recall what the charge was about, so I called the spa, and the front clerk told me that someone would get back to me with the charge details. A week later, no response. My bank charged me the $70, so I called them back which was not easy because they usually do not pick up a call. If you are lucky, you will speak with someone after waiting 30 minutes or trying to call at least 10 times. Anyway, the front clerk again told me that "someone from the billing will get back to you shortly." Several days have passed, and no call or email. This business is a scam. The facility is OK. It is new, but nothing special, really. The temperature of the pools is lukewarm, and everywhere you go, it's overcrowded. It is not relaxing at all. I saw some scam/leaves floating on the pool which was eek. Food was also overpriced for less than average quality. I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone. read more

Not worth your time. We ran late 7 minutes late for our appointment and instead of expediting us like we were assured they would so we could get to our services, Ana had a full conversation with her coworker, ignored us and then told us we should have arrived 30 minutes prior. My masseuse was excellent, my friend on the other hand said it was the worst massage she received. At the end they charged us an automatic service gratuity without asking how our services were and we needed the spa manager to remove the charges. Valet took car without acquiring information making it problematic later to pick up. There are so many great spas in NY. Don't waste your time or money with this one. read more

Remember to bring your ID. We went on my birthday (quite a deep drive into Brooklyn) and got all the way there and didn't have my ID. I felt so dumb because I usually bring it everywhere. Anyways, the accepted a picture that roommate sent from home so it saved the day. We spent a good 3 hours there on a day pass, enjoying the saunas, steam rooms and pools. We would have stayed longer if we didn't have dinner reservations. I loved the whole experience. We did our rounds and had a lychee martini and a coffee in the dining area afterwards. Biggest scam ever, purchased their gift card that you can't use and they don't give you any refunds

Went here on MLK Monday which was a holiday and upcharged. $120 seems appropriate for a holiday at high end Spa however what you actually get for this newly and still not fully operational Spa is a day of shortcomings. My friend waited on line while we parked, 3 of us. In summary, half hour plus on the "reservation" line watching walk ins line move faster, a gentleman comes up to inform us there were no more female lockers and our stuff would be put in bags, offering us to reschedule. When questioned why they are taking walk ins the facility director that day came up and lies stating they are not. He could have at least acknowledge the operation issue and mistake like the manager that day Richard, eventually did. After speaking with Richard he was very apologetic and accommodating, he agreed to my request of free slippers ( have to bring your own or pay $13/pair), and 2 comped non alcoholic beverages as well as no time limit. So for us 3 each that seemed fair. We did also magically end up with lockers. It was chaos, my friends ended up in members only locker room. Overly crowded but beautifully decorated. Not enough showers. At this point we were happy to have lockers and notices bags of clothes/belongings outside locker rooms. They promote 3 floors as if you have real functional use of them but the first is just check in and lockers, 2nd fl is all the spa amenities as well as dining area. 3rd floor closed off for members only. I only saw one dining available on 2nd floor, maybe 1st floor restaurant was closed but it was dark and empty. The menu is very limited, they ran out of practically all protein by 6pm when we finally got our order taken. Was a lot of discord and confusion people would come up to us but said our waiter was coming. Understandably they were busy. I made sure with the hostess that sat us we would get 2 comp non alcoholic beverages and she had to confirm with manager and assured me, however when the bill came, I had to once again inform the waitress who had to confirm yet again and they did accommodate by removing drinks from receipt. This dining process took a lot of time, we were lucky to have no time restriction but I imagine those who did not, were frustrated. The pools are promoted to have different temperatures or aspects to them. In truth, each pool was Luke warm at best, barely any pressure from hot tubs. The one cold plunge pool, could not even go into it as it was disgustingly murky and not clean. The decor of all saunas were magnificent, truly beautiful work, some wet hammams were falling short of temp but still enjoyable. Only true complaint is lack of maintenance, hair and dirt everywhere, not cleaned periodically throughout the day. No resting area besides by the pool, very limited lounge chair availability. Difficult to get towels, they act like you are asking for caviar! Again, this is promoted as an elevated spa experience hence the admission charge but for what you actually get you are better off going to a local spa. On our way checking our, I was given a total with no explanation, had to inquire about charges to find they are charging me for 3 pairs of slippers and extra time. Once again had to explain the situation, they did remove the charges but so frustrating. Considering how many operational issues they still have I would be more forgiving if they were offering a promotional rate to come rather than upcharging for the holiday or even the weekends. They oversell then freely accept walk ins, no organization to registration to ensure reservations are accommodated first and timely. Facility director was not honest and tried to tell me what I'm witnessing is wrong. Leaves a poor taste. I want to note Richard's efforts as a manager to do his best to accommodate us, take ownership of the faults and acknowledge the issue. He did the best he could and that was very much appreciated, his honesty and patience. I would like to think this place will get a hold of their operation issues and hear their patrons complains. One strong suggestion is to make more rest area, possibly open cabana areas as they were just closed off when patrons could have enjoyed them. More menu diversity, more commutation to note on an account when comps are made. No walks ins at all until all individuals in reservation line are serviced. read more

At first, this spa seems fine. The facilities are new so they look modern and clean. The check-in system takes too long, even if you already paid for entry. Waiting on a long, slow-moving line breeds the opposite of relaxation. Also, we went on a Tuesday so I can't imagine the weekend. They should provide slippers bc it's a basic necessity when sharing floor space with so many others. There are too many small unnecessary saunas. The snow room seems more for show than any real practical use. Dining areas take up way too much space and cause uncomfortably narrow passages throughout the perimeter of the floor, especially when entering or exiting the saunas/hammams. There is a severe lack of places to lounge if you are not a "member". However, both hammams and all the pool areas are quite enjoyable. The real turnoff is a prejudiced attitude demonstrated by some of the staff. When 2 of my friends asked for water, they were given a complimentary glass. When I asked, I was first told that I could either purchase a bottle or go to the water fountain. Then, when I mentioned that my friends had just received complimentary glasses, I was quickly dismissed and told no, you have to purchase the bottle. Now, it is not about the cost of the water bottle bc honestly 8 dollars will not make or break the bank. The issue lies in the different way clients are treated. This way of treating others should not be tolerated or supported. It is not only hurtful but archaic. I really wish they hadn't lived up to the idea that spa culture is elitist and discriminatory but alas... also, being stingy with water whilst providing sauna services doesn't make sense. Do you want people to dehydrate and potentially get very ill? A single water fountain for a crowd of spa goers does not suffice. Purchase some water dispensers and install them throughout your facility. read more

DO NOT BUY A GIFT CARD FROM THIS PLACE - IT IS A SCAM. We purchased a $230 gift card for two day passes for our friends for Christmas. On the webpage to purchase the gift certificate, it specifically says it "can be used toward purchases of access passes", however, when you try to book those access passes online, the website does not let you enter the gift card. I called WorldSpa and was told that while their online system is not yet mature enough to process gift certificates (red flag), if our friends booked the passes with their credit cards online, they would be refunded once presenting their gift card in person. As instructed, my friends paid for their passes IN FULL as prompted online, but when they showed up in person, WorldSpa changed its story and stated they COULD NOT REFUND my friends' day passes, despite the unused gift certificate. Instead, they told us the most they could do is refund the purchaser of the gift card itself (me). While this doesn't make any sense, we agreed that they should at least refund the gift card. They took down my name at the spa and swore they would process the gift card refund that night. A few days later, we received a call from WorldSpa acknowledging that they were trying to refund the gift card but were missing information. Fine. I gave them the info. Another half week goes by-- still no refund. I called again, over a week later, and was told that they cannot give us ANY REFUND AT ALL, despite the fact that they overcharged us $230. Very very frustrating experience and I will be reporting this mess of a business to the relevant state regulators. read more

Check in was not fun and takes a while. The locker room was fine but had one working hair dryer, no hair product, no combs, nothing. The wristband key does not have your locker number so if you forget, have fun trying to find your locker. The amenities are pretty. That's about it. The saunas are very weak and are more for show. People are loud as can be in every sauna and steam room. The steam room barely worked and smelled like urine. The pools were warm, not hot. Saw so many clumps of hair, leaves from the vaniks, and even a band-aid floating. The jets in the pools do not work properly. The worst of all was the restaurant. We wanted to unplug from our phones so we didn't bring them. The menu is through QR codes so when we asked for a menu, we got an attitude from out waiter. I ordered the duck and they were out. I ordered the chicken kyiv and they were out. They brought pelmani which had no flavor at all and an eel avacado roll which was okay but not worth 16 dollars. My partner and I had a pretty disappointing experience today. We were celebrating our 3rd year anniversary. Every year we go to the spa (we've been to Bathhouse in Williamsburg and Grand Central Bodywork both of which were great experiences). We like to try new places every year and saw this place all over tiktok. We traveled about 1 h and 20 min from Manhattan to get there. My partner booked us a couples massage. When we arrived around 11, they told us our massage treatment was at 12 and that we should feel free to enjoy the saunas/pools until 11:50. At that point, we should head to treatment center for massages. My partner and I were excited. We went straight to the pool area since that's our favorite activity. 30 min later we get approached by one of the treatment managers telling us we were missing our massage and to head down with her. Low and behold, our massages were for 11 NOT 12 as the front desk has told us. We underwent a 20 min massage and were then told they couldn't reschedule. Both the treatment manager and her boss were very accusatory. They kept repeating that since we already paid we made an agreement to show up at the designated time even though that time was not clear. They had no issue getting credit card information to bill us but managed to get both my partner's name and email incorrect while booking. I appreciated they were at least able to own up to this. They were calm but it was clear they had no intention of rebooking our massage or refunding us even though we never received the services we paid for. We barely even enjoyed the 1 hour access to the saunas/pools we were supposed to receive. The manager mentioned she had to open an investigation and get back to us in a few days. Something I still don't understand since it was very clear their staff messed up.They tried to placate us by offering some 20 min jet pool service for each of us but at that point I was so irritated by their attitude and that was not even equivalent to the service we tried to book to begin with. I will also note the front desk lady that gave us the wrong time was suddenly no where to be found. We're looking forward to hearing about this investigation. We were very excited for the opening of the world spa. The concept of the various rooms is great. We enjoyed some of the rooms as we got there early on a weekday so it wasn't that crowded. The lack of water for the guests is definitely a liability when you have guests sweating in hot hot sauna's. Do they really want people fainting from dehydration? I guess it's ok since we signed a waiver. When we went to get something to eat at 12:30, we were told it was still the breakfast menu and lunch didn't start till 1 o'clock. Who eats breakfast at 12:30? At least offer both during the transition time. Even on the lighter day we were there the service at the restaurant was very poor. My daughter was lightheaded and needed to eat, and they messed up her order multiple times, including waiting, almost an hour for the food. when asked to speak with a manager, we waited a long time, and she was not very accommodating. It took a lot of convincing to have part of our meal comped. When leaving, we wanted to take the elevator back up to street level and the elevator wouldn't take us there because we had already turned in our wristbands - not very accommodating for disability. Besides that, the people at the front desk were very rude. The customer service at the spa leaves a lot to be desired - major improvements needed especially when this should be a relaxing experience. Oh, one more thing there really needs to be an area you can relax in besides the restaurant or sitting poolside- like a lounge. So all in all it seems like a reasonable price on a weekday (without treatments) but it may not be worth your money if they don't get their act together. read more

Ok there are a few things about this place. Upon arrival it smelled like sewage all throughout the lobby. After checking in, my wife and I got changed and went to the pool area where it did not smell so I put that behind me and started to enjoy my time there. We went from the big heated pool to the smaller jacuzzi then headed to the Japanese onsen pool area where we sat for no longer than about 3 minutes only to discover we are sitting in bug soup. The pool had a film collecting on the top as well as debris and bugs floating around. Feeling disgusted after being neck deep in it, my wife and I got out, decided to shower and leave. We were there no longer than 1 hour total at this point. When we approached the front desk and asked for assistance from a manager for a refund we were told there was nobody available at the moment. We were told the person is in a meeting, not available til the end of the day then eventually not around til Monday when this happened on a Thursday. Also, they said they checked the pool and it was clean insinuating that we were lying instead of taking care of their customers so maybe we would think of going back but not anymore. I'm never going back. We stayed persistent to try to get in touch with someone and still have gotten anywhere on a refund. It's way passed Monday. read more

The massage I received was great and the atmosphere was second to none. What I didn't like was the hidden fees. It wasn't until I was checking out that I was told myself and my guest stayed 2 hours over the limit. We were told after we complete our massage that since it was our first time we could browse around and enjoy the amenities. So went in the sauna for a bit and had lunch and talked, only to be hit with (2) hour late fees for each of us totaling (4) hours. That sneaky fee put a damper on a otherwise enjoyable afternoon. What they failed to take into account was I had to wait for the massage therapist, my 5:00 pm appointment didn't happen till close to 5:15/5:20pm. My friend's therapist took her right away, but I was left waiting for my therapist. Good business necessitates being clear and transparent about ALL fees. read more

I've been to better spas that are way more worth the money. I wanted to try WorldSpa since its new and upcoming but ultimately kinda regret it. The facility itself was nice and clean, I will give it that. Checking in and out was smooth, no issues. And staff were friendly. But the heated pools/jacuzzis were very underwhelming. Definitely should raise the temperature for the jacuzzis/large pool. The jets were pretty weak and water was lukewarm at best. One other thing, the temperature throughout the building was quite warm since everything is indoors making it a little stuffy, so I didn't even want to experience the even hotter saunas, it was too much. They need to regulate the thermostat a little better maybe? You're allowed to take your phone with you but no space/cubbies or even ledge to put it on by the pools so just left it in my robe hoping no one takes it. They have hangers where you can put up your robes, but it's not a designated spot. After going in one of the sauna rooms I accidentally took another persons robe who left her phone inside the pocket and I didn't even realize until I went back to the lockers to change! I felt really bad, but staff was kind enough to ensure they'd look for the owner to give it back to her. But these issues could be easily fixed. One thing I didn't like is you only get 4 hours for regular admission but eating in the dine in area counts as time. Its not an order and sit down thing, you have to wait to be seated and order and it definitely would take up additional time which seems unfair. Also we asked one of the servers how it works, if we just sit or wait to be seated and she told us yes, choose a table and scan the QR code to order. We chose a spot and few seconds later a different waitress came up to the table and said "excuse me this table is reserved you can't sit here you have to wait on that line to be seated". We honestly didn't know because where the line to wait was not obvious that it was for the dining space, and the other woman literally told us we can sit anywhere when we asked! It was very confusing, as we were told two different things. We didn't even want to eat at the point so we left and went to eat elsewhere. Honestly looking at the menu it seemed a bit overpriced anyway. And the dine in area is right by all the saunas so you literally see everyone go in and out. It should be a separate area. It didn't even matter because we did not end up even staying the four hours because at that point we were over it. I can't speak about the different treatments they offer because we didn't book them. But I do not think I will be coming back to try. Also the only water fountain in the building was out of order...not good when you're spending hours in hot saunas and get easily dehydrated. Oh and on the way out of the spa we witnessed a loud altercation between an incoming guest and receptionist and it was super uncomfortable, everyone was staring. I don't know what happened but I imagine coming into a building hearing screaming is no way to start a relaxing spa day. Was the place was pretty,? Yes. Instagrammable? Sure. Its hyped for the *aesthetics*. But relaxing and worth the money? I would not say so. I prefer other places and wished I had went to them instead. My friend and I just had a lovely day at World Spa. We went at 10am Sunday in July, and at first we had the place to ourselves -- literally. More people were there when we left, but it was hardly crowded. This was my second visit. The first one on a winter weekend got crowded after 11. But even then very few people use the banyas and plunge pool, which is why I was there. The banyas are very hot (exceeding 200 degrees) and the plunge pool very cold. The less-hot saunas and warm pools are more popular and crowded. The facility is beautiful and clean and all the staff are nice. Towels are plentiful and there are many water fountains with cups. We had a nice if pricey lunch. I wish I could have stayed longer than four hours, and that is my only complaint. Hoping to return on a weekday and enjoy unlimited banya time soon. read more

I think they are still growing and learning and while beautiful looking, they still have a lot of work left. I arrived during their opening hours, and myself and all the other people that arrived at the same time all ended up in the same locker area. It was too tight for us to be there all at once. I paid $18 for a mediocre bagel, red onion, tomatoes, smoked salmon and cream cheese. The menu said capers, crème fraîche, and had a picture of a different bread. Also took about 20 mins to get my breakfast. The one pool had jets that didn't work. The pools and hot tubs are definitely better at Sojo or even Spa castle. Wish they had more quiet lounging areas. There were only a limited amount of lounge chairs in the pool area and in the Himalayan sauna. Also a bit hard to relax with tours contastly coming and going. The website says barefoot facility, but since people can walk into the lockers with their shoes and people are allowed to bring their own slippers, it doesn't feel great to be barefoot there and paying $14 for their slippers was too much. The decor and saunas area beautiful and I appreciate the showers available throughout the spa for cold showers if cold plunges aren't your thing. Wish the cold room was colder. Also if you like to lounge with a face mask(for facial care not coivd) bring your own. They don't sell any. Glad I didn't pay the weekend price for 4 hours. read more

I came to the spa on May 18 to celebrate my birthday and to relax . I gotten a massage when the masseuse told me to take off my Van cleef necklace a 10,000 diamond necklace Which for the enjoyment of the massage I did and placed it the locker inside of my bath robe . I left near closing time and left my necklace in the robe . By the time I realized they were already closed . I came back immediately after and was told that it was not found . Please explain to me how an item that was left at closing time is not found and apparently there procedure is to check pockets to see if any thing was left . Clearly my necklace was stolen by an employee . When I asked for them to further take a look . The facility director Angel said that his staff would never steal and that my necklace looks like costume jewelry so they wouldn't take it. I politely asked for names of staff working and they refused to tell me. In addition, the service in the food area sucks . I ordered a sprite and it took them over an hour to bring me a sprite I had to ask three different staff members to get a sprite . Well there's good news and bad news. Every staff member I came in contact with was lovely and helpful. Also, I had a massage and Malik was excellent. Really good one! To the bad- it was really, really crowded on the Saturday afternoon I was there. Also, most customers seem to be there for fun and good times rather than enjoying the ability to relax somewhat quietly. It's really loud. People are talking very loudly. Lots of cell phones. Taking selfies. Not the vibe I personally look for when going to a spa. Also, I would have preferred that the cold room actually be cold and the whirlpools were pretty luke warm. The sauna's and steam rooms were great. I didn't eat at the restaurant, but that looked nice and the food looked good. One thing that was unfortunate, is in my massage it was not made clear that the lavender oil would cost more- so it was a hidden surprise at check out. When I mentioned it at check out, the response was 'oh sorry' but still kept the charge. All in all, if you want to go with friends, enjoy services and not need a fully relaxing experience- this place is probably for you! Also- make sure you bring a bathing suit and slippers- no one told me when I made the reservation that I needed to bring my own slippers, so while I had a bathing suit... Customer service at check in was fine but service in the restaurant was terrible. Can you start by ordering your food on an iPad you automatically are charged a 20% gratuity. Even though you never have a server. Food is ran out I a collective of workers. Multiple times we had to flag down people for our order being half delivered or incorrect. The pools and spa were nice. A nice selection of saunas steam rooms. We went on a Tuesday afternoon and we still had to wait multiple times to enter some of the rooms because it was crowded. Upon check out I got my bill and it was three times what it should be. When I asked for an itemized receipt of my bill I was given an attitude. Once I checked my bill they realize they charged me three times for the same item. No apology was made or correcting their tone while talking to me. Spoke with the manager to have him delete the wrongful charges again no apology. And when I mentioned the Service in the dining room I was met with excuses and again no type of customer service. The spa relaxed me but in the end having to watch for them stealing my money and dealing with their rude attitude I'd say it ruin the entire experience and I will not be returning and will suggest others don't waste their money. read more

I was there for 4 hours and every single time I walked downstairs you could see people standing in line to check in AND they can see into the spa! Spas are supposed to be a quiet place to relax. NOT this one. When booking a service the description says you get to enjoy 2 hours in the spa. They don't mention that ONE of the two hours IS your service. They automatically include gratuity for services! They do not provide slippers. They locker rooms were very small and crowded. I would not go back. I would not recommend this spa; I truly regret my experience here. While my massage was nice, I found the rest of the experience totally underwhelming. I showed up to my massage 30 minutes prior, like I was instructed, and was forced to wait on a bench outside of the spa since they said if I entered early I would have to pay extra. As for the facilities, it was completely overcrowded, each room with people on their phones, taking TikToks, or filming the whole time. It made me very uncomfortable to be around people on their phones as I was just trying to relax. The vibe overall isn't relaxing because they blast covers of TikTok and rap songs throughout the entire spa. Additionally, the whole spa is crowded with workers who are mopping down the floors every second-- it doesn't make it feel cleaner it just makes the area feel busy and unrelaxing. 0 stars but I'm forced to give one to leave this review. When I booked 2 access passes to this establishment I noticed I chose the wrong date. I called the next day as soon as the office was open and had that corrected. December 2 found out I had an emergency so I would not be in town for my reservation date which was now on December 7. I emailed to cancel and was told that once rescheduled the access passes cannot be refunded and this is their policy. However, this is nowhere on their website. I called because I felt it was easier to communicate and the agent "Hailey" said she needed to investigate my record and that this would require a lot of "computer work" . After she was done with her investigation she called saying there would be no refund. She had a very condescending tone and even laughed. I mentioned that it is not listed in their policy and the agent who helped with the rescheduling never mentioned this at all. She also sent me a altered version of my access pass stating there are no refunds 48 hours prior to my "original" maybe this is where all the "computer work" came in. Funny enough, I already had a screenshot of my access pass from the day I booked and screenshots of the entire website, they will send you false information if you try to dispute.Not to mention, I saw someone else posted a review with this exact experience. After watching videos on social media, I am convinced that all these five star reviews are coming from the people they are inviting to come for free and using positive reviews and content as payment. Terrible facility. Waited over 30 minutes to check in and we pre-purchased. The check in process takes a long time for no apparent reason. You have to purchase sandals if you do not bring your own. There is no water or tea or anything, you have to purchase everything. Hot tubs were cold. Steam room had a smell of feet. The services are overpriced at $175 minimum. read more

The spa and amenities are good it's brand new but be aware at the restaurant they OVER CHARGE you with no reason so they can make more money! At the check out we were 3 girls and they overcharge all of us for 3 different bills! Thank God we took photos all of the receipts at the restaurant so we keep up with our bills. Also my friend did a massage and they overcharge her with a cbd oil that she never asked for. Come on. How low it's that? Scam people?? In Sojo I never had any problem like that. read more

I had a wonderful experience. The staff was great! The place is beautiful! Parking was easy! I will be back.

The place is beautifully decorated. When you arrive you wait on a line as if you are going to an amusement park or movies. My facial was amazing, she was informative as well. Came to my massage different story, was not pleased. Be carefully when booking your treatments you are charged for 50 minutes, service is only 40 you pay for them to clean rooms on your time. Also ask for an itemized bill, when checking out I was almost charged an additional fee for being over the time limit. I had to inform them my treatments had time in between, as well as I was told I had an hour before services and an hour after services. After my massage i was out of their within 20 minutes. Nice place, they need to work out the kinks, since it's been open shortly. Food was delicious. read more

Visited world spa over the weekend with friends. We pre booked and when we got there we had to wait in line for a while. The entrance process was unorganized with no signs and the front desk staff did not do much explaining . However when I finally got in and went to the locker room, I had the pleasure of meeting a housekeeping girl by the name of Latricia O. She was super helpful, patient, and sweet . I couldn't open my locker and she assisted.The locker room was exceptionally clean and spotless. Her hard work and professionalism did not go unnoticed. Overall the decor was great, food was good and service for food was good as well. The place was overcrowded but I'd visit again. read more

This place is a joke. It's dirty, smells like a sweaty ass, saunas are not hot enough, no jets in the hot tub, no hot water in the locker room showers. Won't repeat. read more

Starting with the entry, it took half hour just to check in because of the lengthy procedure. The spa itself would have a great potential but it's lacking in so many ways. People can bring their own shoes and walk around which is already pretty unsanitary. There's not enough showers or hair dryers, they don't even offer hair ties that other, much cheaper places do. They advertise being open till 10, but we got kicked out by 9:15. So not only we got shorten by the inefficient check in, we lost another 45 min due to "closing". What was originally meant to be 4h admission turned into little over 2h. This experience was an absolute waste of money and I would definitely not recommend or repeat myself. Anyone reading this, do yourself a favor and travel to Sojo spa instead. read more

I normally don't go out of my way to write reviews however I need to put this out there to warn others. This place is unprofessional, money hungry and has no regard for public health guidelines let alone common sense. I had massages scheduled for myself and someone else and called 24 hours in advance to inform world spa that I would need to reschedule because I had a stomach virus while the other person had both Covid and strep. Both people I spoke to over the phone seemed incapable of doing any critical thinking and refused to transfer me over to a manager. Instead they said that I'm basically losing $350, unable to just reschedule and being charged an additional $100 fee all because I missed their "48-hour window". I don't know what kind of grandiosity world spa holds to think that people cant cancel their appointments regardless of extreme circumstances, they really fail to consider basic health precautions as well as liabilities. Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else! read more
