If I could give this place 6 stars, I absolutely would! I ordered the Thai Wrap with an amazing peanut sauce and it was seriously delicious -- perfectly balanced, fresh, and packed with flavor. I also got the Tikka Masala bowl that came with brown rice, quinoa, and salad, and it was just as good. Everything tasted fresh, healthy, and very well prepared. The service was also impressively fast, which made the whole experience even better. Huge shout-out to Gio for the great customer service -- super friendly and welcoming! Whenever I get a salad, there's always a bunch of liquid at the bottom of the bowl. At first I thought it was just salad dressing (which they go heavy on, for sure), but then I ordered with dressing on the side, and there was still a ton of liquid at the bottom of the bowl. I don't know if they don't dry their vegetables or what, but it makes the salad quite a bit less appetizing. If you order at a kiosk (they no longer have a dedicated cashier), you can't pay with a gift card. This is annoying because they regularly have promotions that are only eligible for in-store purchases. Kiosk purchases also aren't linked to your loyalty account, which makes no sense either. Oh, and if you place an order online but don't have an account, you can't pay with a gift card. Basically, they make it really complicated to order/pay for your order. And of course, there's a 4% surcharge because hey why not tack that on? Deceptively, it gets categorized as "delivery or other fees" or some such thing, rather than "we're jacking up our prices but not showing you until the very end, after you've made all your choices." Quesadillas are ok but we didn't finish it coz it didn't taste right. Fries are super soggy and a bit undercooked - we also threw it away. I think they just quickly fried it, and put in the bag right away without draining the oil. Paid $42 including tax and service charge. NOTE: The guy who was throwing the trash and cleaning the place was also the one who bagged our food. Each time I noticed I'd finish the salmon portion first, but that is not to say the beef isn't great because it's still pretty good. I also love the chimichurri sauce on the salad. I love that the tartness of the chimichurri balances out the fat from the salmon and beef. The brown rice and quinoa mix is the perfect base. It's a very satisfying and filling meal. I thought the pineapple mint drink was just ok, I don't think I'd order it again. The double chocolate cookie was too sweet for me personally. As a smaller person I split one bowl into two meals. My dad ordered the shrimp and beef bowl, which comes with different dressing and sides but he still liked it (he finished his bowl) and said he'd revisit, which is rare. It comes with a wasabi aioli inside and wow it is spicy. You can turn any of the wrap into a bowl which we think would've been better for the chicken shawarma wrap. It was heavily packed with greens and is better suited as a salad. Our favorite was the chicken tex mex quesadilla. We were expecting those thin quesadillas you usually get at a fast food place but this was loaded. Great flavor and really enjoyed it overall. The drinks were ok. They offer boba as a topping but they ran out this day. The mango juice was nothing out of the ordinary, tasting like typical mango green tea you'd find at a boba shop. The pineapple mint fresca was very refreshing and had a unique, herby taste, although it was a bit strong for my liking.
