I love their Tikka Masala Tofu bowl and the wrap! The masala is super flavorful and tastes authentic and all the veggies are well done! I am a big fan of the place and even tho the wrap is tastier, the bowl has larger portion sizes and is way easier to eat! I wish they would have more vegetarian options though! read more

I don't usually do Yelp reviews but my experience tonight warrants high praise. I went to World Wrapps as a group of 8. It was our first time seeing each other in a while and we wanted to eat somewhere good for our reunion. World Wrapps was absolutely the perfect place for this. I was the first of the group to show up and looked at the menu while waiting. I was immediately greeted upon arrival and checked on by a server named Alyssa. She was extremely helpful and answered all my questions about the menu, even offering substitution options to accommodate my cravings. She was honest about not being sure about the nutritional facts for the housemade beverages (I wanted to know about the sugar content in them), but was able to explain the entire process of making the drinks and what ingredients were used. I ended up getting the "Surf & Turf" Tex Mex Fajita from the secret menu with the Dragon Fruit Boba and my god... It hit the spot completely. The shrimp was perfectly cooked and the steak was well seasoned. The boba was a bit too sweet, though still tasty! I tried a bit of the chimichurri bowl my friend got and I am DEFINITELY going to be ordering it during my next visit. The food was delicious, but I really want to put emphasis on the service I received. Eating out isn't just about the food - it's about the experience. The service was amazing and our server went above and beyond. Our full group started ordering at around 7:00 PM and the restaurant started to fill up with customers. Despite this, Alyssa still took the time to check up on us. Constantly asking if we needed anything or if we'd like refills on our water. She didn't make us feel rushed at all, even when she was running around from table to table and taking orders. She was super nice and we felt extremely welcomed. We even exchanged some conversations and it was like talking to a real person, not some employee with automated responses. It truly seemed like she cared about us sharing a good meal and you just don't really see that kind of service anymore. The other girl working with her was packaging a lot of orders but still got our food to us fairly quickly. She seemed a bit shy but was still very helpful. All around wonderful staff, the easiest $20 tip I've ever given. My friends and I had an awesome time together and our dinner at World Wrapps played a huge part in it. And to top it all off, we were offered the leftover drinks for free. Best. Night Ever. This place has definitely gotten itself a new regular! read more

I've only done DoorDash once, and the food is OK. I shouldn't expect mind-blowing, authentic flavors because the menu spans a bunch of cuisines, but it was just OK and kinda spendy for what it is. I recommend the salmon bowl over the Korean bulgogi bowl. read more

My coworkers and I have been going to this place pretty often. We found out that registered nurses get 25% off which is so kind. Upon ordering our meals i let the cashier know i was a RN (i even had a personalized jacket saying so). I work at an aesthetic dermatology clinic along with working on the floor with covid patients. That day i was working at the clinic and the guy behind the cashier said "this is only for front line workers". Every nurse goes through the same schooling and had to work through this pandemic regardless. I felt like this was so condescending and demeaning. I am still a medical professional. This place seems to stay busy, and I think for good reason! As someone who follows a gluten free diet, I loved having plenty of options. Ended up going with the satay chicken bowl, and it was delicious. Chicken thighs were in a flavorful peanut sauce, the fresh cilantro and mint were a nice add, and the lettuce! The quality of this lettuce made other salads I've had recently look sad. Seriously, not a wilted, watery leaf in the bowl. Yes I'm raving over lettuce. I had to omit the vinaigrette and pickled carrots bc of a dietary restriction so I think I'd just ask for more sauce next time to compensate. My husband got the griddled burrito and he agreed that the ingredients seemed high quality and flavors were really good. I'm normally skeptical of a restaurant that has multiple cuisines on the menu, and I can't speak to authenticity, but the food tasted great. Looking forward to coming back to try more, especially the nori or rice wraps! I did an online order, and they had orders ready on a shelf just as you walk in, making pick up super easy. read more

DO NOT ORDER A WRAP TO GO! The material (paper?) they use to wrap the wrap sticks to the tortilla every time. If your lucky, you can spend five minutes picking the paper off with moderate success. If not, congratulations you just ordered a bowl without a container to eat it out of because you'll be tossing the paper infused tortilla in the garbage. Other than that I have been please with food that has not been stuck to paper. read more

I just want to give a shout out to this amazing place. The food of course are delicious. But the customer service is what impressed me the most today. I placed a lunch order via my phone. When I got to the place, multiple employees tried to help me locate my order. Eventually, I realized that I ordered in the wrong branch/location. I was about to reorder and call it a day, it was my mistake. However, the restaurant let me know that they would figure it out with the other branch, and they were able to make a new wrap right there for me with no additional charge. I just think everyone who worked there and helped me out deserve a shout out and a sincere thank you! read more

Just as good as the Santa Clara location. I always get the Korean BBQ wrap, and it is always amazing, if not a tiny bit on the small side. My wife liked her Thai bowl. The other couple we went with were really impressed. Most of the rest of this complex has overpriced and overrated food -- this is an exception. Looking forward to going back often! read more

I first tried World Wrapps a few months back and have been ordering from them (Door Dash) every week now at least a couple of times per week. Working from home, this has been a nice treat and close to home. Saigon Salmon is my favorite. It's light and fresh and very tasty. My husband likes their teriyaki bowl but doesn't venture out from it. This is definitely my favorite restaurant in City Center. read more

We waited about 10-15 min for our food since it was a busy Saturday, and the server Leo was nice enough to refill our drinks for the wait. The food quality was great, I got the Spicy Tuna wrap, a perfect portion for a hungry 21 year old. The thing I noticed is the FRESH ingredients. I ordered the tika masala wrap which has good but do wish they had the option of chicken breast as I'm not a fan of dark chicken/fatty bits. Yum! This place is brand new to Bishop Ranch and everything was 10/10! The Pineapple Mint Agua Fresca was super refreshing. The chicken tikka masala flatbread was delicious! It tasted so fresh with so many good flavors and didn't sit heavy after eating. I can't wait to come back and try some of the other offerings, there are so many options to choose from and also lots of vegan and GF options. The customer service is also spot on. The owners invited me back to try some other dishes, so this is an updated review. We arrived around 1pm and found table seating inside. This time I ordered their Thai chicken in a bowl ....and was that yummy! Nice peanut sauce over the grilled chicken with cucumbers, shredded slaw and sesame seeds. Not only was this tasty and healthy looking it was so colorful to just look at. It is a large portion, so I took home leftovers. Was very pleased with entree! My friend ordered the samurai salmon. She indicated it was tender and flavorful. She especially enjoyed the side avocado, which was a nice complement to the entree. What else can I say other than we will be back! Kudos to the friendly cashier and especially to the young man cleaning the table eating area who was working extremely hard. read more
