I also super appreciate the great service at this location. Seriously top notch! Anytime I notice any issue with my order whether it was an online ordering issue or maybe just not enough of an ingredient in my meal, they always happily fix it! I've never once felt like it seemed to be a bother. For other fast food experiences, most of the time employees just don't seem happy to help at all. The manager.. I've had their Saigon Salmon bowl, which was a big portion, but I still happened to eat the whole thing in one sitting because it was delicious. The other time was their Thai chicken wrap without rice and their house made Thai Coconut Iced Tea. Delicious as well! I loveee the variety of their menu and house made drinks. Twas past 2pm & my sister Cora & I were very hungry. We noticed World Wrapps with a lot of diners at The Lot at the time, so we stepped inside to order. A certain Marianne Messina welcomed us & helped us with our orders by asking a few basic questions. We ordered Thai Chicken wrap with organic tea & Thai Milk tea with boba!! I come here on a pretty regular basis for lunch and love their Hawaii Poke Bowl. Fish and vegetables are always fresh and the portion size is great. They have a large selection of options to choose from, and the ambiance is perfect for a casual and enjoyable meal. Staff is also very attentive and always friendly. This place just opened up in the center. I had a bit of a hard time finding it. On the center map, it still stated Coming Soon, but I guess they just haven't made the update yet. It's located about 100 feet away from Starbucks, in front of the parking lot, not the hallway in front of The Slanted Door. I ordered the Bulgogi Beef Nori Wrapp and it was oh-so-delicious! This wrap provides the perfect ratio of meat/ingredients and rice. The meat is high quality, not just fatty pieces of beef thrown in. The bulgogi was not overly salty or sweet, and marinated to perfection! The other ingredients (tamago, cucumber, scallion, pickled carrot, sesame-furikake seasoning, gochujang sauce, garlic aioli) create a fantastic blend of flavor in every bite. The wrap looks somewhat small, but it is definitely more filling than it looks. I only ate half and I was stuffed. Maybe because I tried Salt & Straw right before lol. The price is not super expensive, and I think it's fair for what I'm getting. The wrap is $11.95 pre-tax. If you're around the area, and want to grab something quick, this is a great spot to try. They even cut it in half, so it's a bit easier to eat or if you want, save the other half for later. VERDICT: I highly recommend this place! They just opened 4 weeks ago, as per Yelp.com. So far ive tried the tikka masala wrap and the thai chicken bowl, both were delicious! The only thing I would suggest for the thai bowl is throwing on a little extra of the cucumber & the slaw toppings because theres so much rice and not enough of the toppings to go with it. We eat here probably once a week but recently tried their catering for a birthday party and would highly recommend!! The price is very competitive, we didn't have to buy plates and silverware as the wraps are super convenient to grab and go, and the service was impeccable! I placed the order online because it was after hours and I still received a phone call confirmation (which was great bc the order was for the following day and I hate to order a large order with such short notice). They were even able to accommodate a few day of requests. The staff has always been so pleasant. I have two little ones and the cashier and gentleman who I think is the manger, are always so kind and engage with them. I'm so grateful to have healthy options that don't break the bank and are just a quick (if not quicker) than McDonalds drive through. I've tried the tikka chicken wrap, Thai chicken wrap, and the salmon furikake wrap. My favorites are the tikka and Thai on the super green flatbread because the flavors are fireee. However, the wraps get really soggy/watery to the point it's just really messy to eat. I also think for the price there could be a lot more protein (my wraps had very small chunks of chicken but the salmon had a good amount). The girl at the counter told me 7 minutes so I went out and walked down to pick up the mobile order I had placed for coffee. When I got back my meal was ready. It looked so good! I am a frequently visit to world wrapp location is San Ramon. I usually enjoy my experience eating or take- out. Today was a different experience. The manager who is usually was appreciate and nice was not customer service friendly. I decide to take my meal home this time. I asked if I can have straw while I wait for him to prepare my take- out order as I just bought one of their drinks. The manager order me to sit down and wait for my order and then he would give me a straw. A lot of anger which was just over a straw he asked one of his employees to give me one. Then he told me I am welcome to make the meal myself. Not sure why asking for a straw again was a problem. During that time his staff was all eating their dinner at the register, while taking orders. At the time there was only two customers in the restaurant. Which made me question are they on break or working. When I went home and ate the Hawaiian poke bowl was even more disappointing. The poke that was in the bowl didn't seem fresh and seemed more like from a can. After taking a bite I lost all taste for it because it was extremely mushy. I was concerned eating any more of the meal because if poke is not fresh you can get really sick. read more
