Really nice and helpful employees! Every time I go there, they help me carry the heavy parts to my car. Great gentlemen

Pretty quick in general. Got large selection of Asian/euro parts. Wholesale only! Not for general public

Like some of its competitors, they have a policy that the store line must be non-existent before…read morethey'll come out and help you (I think this is a dumb policy since I am a customer too, I waited in line too, I want to buy things too...). Unlike their nearby competitors, they go out of their way to make it work. Aaron (I think that was his name) literally ran to grab the battery tester, ran outside to test my car, and quickly got me the answers I needed as to whether or not my battery was causing me trouble, or something else in the starter system. He recommended a new battery (that was not the most expensive option...), lent me tools, and was otherwise very helpful. All the while "doing me a favour" by checking my car even though they have a policy of "not going outside the store after 5pm" (another potentially silly policy--except maybe for safety or security--but still, not great for customers who need help and want to use their "free battery check" that they advertise. Anyway, happy with my experience at this store, especially after a terrible one at AutoZone on 13th 15 minutes earlier. Will go here first from now on.

Went to return a car charger from another O'Reilly store in Alameda since I was near this store…read moreworking on errands and they denied the return as it was not in an original box. So if you buy from this store and you don't get the original box it comes with. Don't be surprise another store will not accept that return. If you go to another Oreilly store be sure it's in its original box because this store will not accept non original box items. Now I wasted my time to go back to that store. That's the opposite of where I went through. Also the clerk opened the box making it look like I used the item. Luckily the store in Alameda accepted the return. This store and its rules could do better. My name is in the system why don't they look at it?
