Some highlights that will bring me back: -Sliced pickled radish to wrap the meat for a low carb option. -Glutinous rice paper to wrap the meat (nice and chewy texture, great touch to the marinated meat). -ALL of the banchan was spot on. Zingy kimchi, firm broccoli, not too sweet fishcakes, and seasoned bean sprouts were among our faves. -Last but not least, the crispy chicken wings. My go-to ramen is the Black Garlic, and you can ask for the hot sauce on the side so you can add as much as you like depending on your spice level. Depending on the time of day, there may be a wait since it's a smaller, more intimate restaurant, but it's definitely worth it. The fish is always fresh, and the broth is so flavorful! Service is always so helpful--they consistently check in on you and offer great recommendations based on what you're craving.
