Friendly service, nice selection of gifts and wrapping paper, ribbon, gift tags, and cards. I had no idea that Card de A had closed in the Riviera, and had a special gift that needed wrapping at the last minute. Thanks to Yelp, this spot was just 5 minutes away, and I was even able to wrap my gift while in the store! I was so thankful. I also had my one year old grand daughter with me, and she also felt welcome and found the toy selection to be very appealing! She picked out a cute little toy that had to come home with us. The selection is not quite the same as Card de A, but it is still nicer than going to a chain store and you're also supporting small business! I will definitely be back when I have more time to browse and will update my review again. read more

I need to wrap a pink-themed Christmas gift for a special little girl, but where to find a pink gift tag? And gold tissue? Got both right here! Woohoo! Wrapsody has great gifts. Store is full of great gifts from scarfs to candles to bracelets to stationary and journals. Beautiful assortment of wrapping papers, gift bags and boxes. There is always something wonderful. Fun place to just take a moment and shop. Store is located right across from City Hall. Plenty of parking in the back and the front. Beautiful location in the heart of Malaga Cove. Wendy from Wrapsody was SUCH an easygoing, meticulous and personal event planner. having planned for the wedding we were also a part of, she made sure to keep us informed about layout, setup times, etc...very logistical. But she also made sure to personalize the experience by crafting her own centerpieces, photos frames, and more to be added throughout the venue. Small touches, but significant and personal to be sure. I can tell she truly loves what she does. She's got a keen eye to detail, she's easy to connect with, and she's an absolute pleasure to work beside. Planning a 200 guest wedding is not a task everyone can handle, and yet Wendy handled it with ease. Wendy is the best!! I was overwhelmed and having arguements with my fiance anytime we started wedding planning, but once we met with Wendy, wedding planning became so much easier. She gave us a to do list and check in with us every month to see if we completed our tasks and see if we needed help. She made multiple visits to our venue and to our vendors to help make sure our day went smoothly. The day of the wedding was absolutely magical. This store is a gem in Redondo Beach. It's a great location a couple of blocks from the beach & plenty of metered parking. They have the most unique & trendy gifts to give. I specifically have been ordering the "specialty paper" here for our holiday gift certificates for many years. We personalize our holiday gift certificates & the owner Wendy is always so accommodating. She helps me pick out & order the beautiful gold & silver shimmer specialty paper & she even helps me get some of the certificates printed for me. Came in on a Saturday afternoon as my then fiancé and I were looking for our wedding invitations. Parking is the typical metered parking in Redondo Beach. We were warmly greeted by Wendy, and she was prompt in answering our questions. We were specific on the look and feel of the type of wedding invitation we wanted and Wendy clearly set up our expectations. She said she currently could not make our desired invite, but she told us to contact the printers that she uses to see if they could offer some guidance. She also provided additional recommendations regarding other printers in the area. While we were there, the shop had so many unique cards and gifts that I perused to find the perfect MoH cards and gifts to say thank you for the fabulously chic Parisian themed bridal shower my MoHs threw me. While I was perusing, Wendy was talking to my then fiancé regarding her IT issues and he was able to try and trouble shoot her problems. Forget the party stores! We ordered wedding invitations from Wrapsody and had personalized help at a discount price. 15% less than the party stores. The invitations are perfect and arrived in less than 2 weeks. They have "samples" to look at...you get to see the real deal...color, weight of paper etc. (not easy to do with online ordering) I am so glad a friend of my daughter recommended this store to us. Can't say enough about Wendy, owner of Wrapsody. We did a search for wedding invitations near our area, Torrance and we came across Wrapsody in Redondo Beach. We loved that it was up the street from our venue. We also love supporting local businesses. From our first meeting, Wendy was such a joy to talk to. She was easy to get along with and she listened very carefully to what we were looking for in wedding invitations. She had a ton of books of sample invitations, but just by explaining to her what we were looking for, she was able to narrow down our choices to the certain style of what we wanted. I thought that creating our wedding invitation was going to be a chore, but it wasn't. It was easy and fun and the finished product came out absolutely beautiful. We wanted something simple for our garden wedding and Wendy came up with just that. She even offered some suggestions to the font and the paper to make it look simple yet elegant.
