He answered (vs. some auto recording) and asked the issue, which I described, and then asked that I send him some pictures of what I thought was wrong. He called back shortly thereafter and said it's almost too simple a fix and I said cool (I was afraid we'd have to reframe it or something) and said he could come out in an hour or so. Which he did, and he was right - it was simple. So.... 1) easy to get ahold of, ) quick repsonse & a bid, and 3) luckily for me, same day service. What's not to like?? Will definitely call him for any & all future handtman work. Thanks again Guy!

At my previous apartment, we stayed for a while to make sure everything was going smoothly before driving to our new place. When we left, the crew appeared to have already moved the majority of our belongings out. It took us about 40 minutes to drive to the new apartment, plus another 20 minutes to get settled and make sure our cat was safe. An hour after we had left, I received a call saying they had just finished loading the truck and were only then heading to our new apartment. Given how much had already been completed before we left, that timeline didn't make sense to me and left me questioning how efficiently the remaining work was being done. Another frustrating part of the experience was that, at both the pickup and delivery locations, the movers repeatedly asked me where they should park the moving truck. I don't drive commercial moving trucks, and I hired professionals because I expected them to know how to handle those logistics. I was also told that if they received a parking ticket, I would be responsible for paying it, which I found unreasonable. Once they arrived at the new apartment, the pace continued to feel unnecessarily slow. There were multiple trips carrying only one or two small items at a time. Eventually, my partner and I started helping unload our own belongings because we wanted to get the move finished. We also noticed several bathroom breaks throughout the job, which only added to the feeling that the process was taking much longer than necessary. The final interaction left a bad impression as well. I fully intended to leave a tip for good service, but before I even had the chance, one of the movers repeatedly asked for cash after I had already explained that I didn't have any. Being pressured for a tip at the end of an already disappointing experience felt unprofessional. Moving is already stressful, and I hired professionals hoping to make the day easier. Instead, I left feeling that the job took much longer than it should have, communication was poor, and the overall experience did not justify the cost. I can't recommend this company based on my experience.

We ended up getting a light fixture that day but it had issues after it was delivered. Jordan worked with us to get the issue resolved and we're very happy with his level of service. It was a shiplap wall with a 10' shelf. Although a smaller project he tackled it in the same way he does every job - with precision to detail on every aspect. Our last project was a 10' wall with lower cabinets as well as 2' upper cabinets on the left and right leaving area in the middle to accommodate a large tv. Steve is a true craftsman that is proficient in his skills and gives 100% to each job. We highly recommend Steve.

With this guy, his attention to detail and quality of workmanship are top notch. He had to figure out how to how to make the six tall shelf sections (12-1/2' high sloping down to 8') follow an unevenly sloping ceiling while dealing with a wall surface (13-1/2' long) that was not necessarily flat or square. But he did it, and from the pictures you can see that he did it with beauty and style! If you have an easy or difficult job, Steve will make sure it's done well and done right. We would never call anyone else.

Day of the move (Saturday after Thanksgiving) Ryan, Santos, Mario and Amir showed up on time, carefully wrapped all of our furniture with either blankets or plastic wrap. The asked questions about where things should go, and questions about how to assemble or disassemble things. This is our third move, and we are not as young as we were with our last move. We had to make two trips, but it was still within budget. Next move, I'll call them again, and pay for packing (which we thought we could do on our own in our 50s!) At first, pricing for this sort of system surprised me, but once I saw how much work is involved, the artistry of deciding which type of light to place where (even sinking one light into my yard for maximum WOW factor lighting up my Cypress trees), the attention to detail and complexity of running (and completely hiding) all wiring, I was thrilled to pay the price. This has TRANSFORMED my home from 'meh' to 'wowie zowie'! My exterior just pops the second the AUTOMATED SYSTEM automatically lights up as soon as the sun begins to set. And of course, I can easily control them from my phone! It's been two years since install, and I love it everyday. Then, I experienced an electrical issue NOT related to the lighting system, but that affected it.
