Cheap shoes (when they are on sale), decent selection (not an overwhelming amount), clean location (you're not stepping over empty shoe boxes and inserts), and good customer service (helpful but not too pushy). My first time buying shoes there but it definitely won't be my last. read more

Very poor, i returned items less than 2days of purchase in its original form,yes there was a little dust dirt etc from the floor of their own establishment when you try them on of course, the receipt does say 30 days of receipt and original form. I asked the manager do you take of photo of the bottom of the shoe what it looks like before and after we exit premise he stood quiet. This is a lawsuit and they dont even know it. If they never take photos what it looks like how would they know what the bottom look like go figure calling corporate. read more

Never again will I be ordering online from this place of business. It's been over 2 weeks and I still don't have my item. Tracking said it hadn't even been shipped. Their customer service is horrible, especially William who is very rude and not helpful. I tried for two days to resolve the issue and was told it was the fault of UPS for not wanting to pick up their store items because of personal issues. Ok and what does that have to do with me the customer and my paid items? Personal issues should not affect the store and customers. Worst experience EVER! I decided for the first time to order shoes from this website. I was buying them I'll be half of my mother and they were a Christmas gift for my niece. They were ordered 8 days (6 business days) before Christmas. I paid $8 for shipping. We paid for shipping assuming that there should be no problem with them arriving in time. When we could not find my email with the tracking number, I contacted them to get it and find out the status. The person I chatted with provided the information and told me that it would not arrive until December 28. She did not help with my concerns about it arriving on time, she did not offer to refund my money, and she did not explain why it would not make it until 3 business days after Christmas. My mother was very disappointed she did not have this gift for her granddaughter on Christmas Day. I do a lot of online shopping and so does my family and friends. I will never ever order anything again from this website and I also share my experience with my family and friends so they do not either. To the customer service representative who responded to my review- you did not leave a way for me to contact you. I do not know how to do a private message via Yelp. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Horrible management and I mean HORRIBLE management. I bought a couple pairs of shoes for someone's birthday and I've bought multiple shoes for my family and my nieces and nephews. Well they ended up not need them since they got a pair from somewhere else. So I went to take them back. When I got there Bernardo told me I wasn't able to return them because they looked used? I told him that they weren't, only tried on and he was complaining about what looked like dust on the bottom. So I told him I really don't see what the problem is, but if I "wipe" them down would he take them back so he said yes. Took them home and wiped the dust off. After "inspecting" the shoes he said "He'll do it this time, but next time he wouldn't be able to because he could be putting his job at risk taking them back"?! Lol ok. Well there won't be a next time let me tell you that! I will never shop here again and make sure to let my family who shops here know of their DISGUSTING service. Funny thing is when I went in by myself he was rude and blunt and I got shut down, but when my husband went with me he changed his tone and my husband never said one word and all because of this sexist narrow minded manager has ruined my experience shopping with you guys. Maybe you guys should think about retraining your staff. read more

Very bad customer service!!!i recommend if you can go to the one on Azusa Ave then go!!i walked in the location 04/14/2017 @ 8:50 p.m so which ever "manager" was on shift did not let me and my family in to the store the store closed at 9pmthe manager and the "security" said I wouldn't have enough time and that the registers needed to be closed out by 9p.m!i understand it was close to closing but if a business has a closing time it should be honored!Ive been here a few times and there has been issues with coupons also!!i will not be shopping at this location anymore! read more
