I love the Mediterranean food, and the normal staff has always been nice and seems like family. However, my last time there, the service was nice. The server greeted me, and she was very polite and nice. I chose to eat inside, and vice taking it to go as normal. The ambiance changed after it got quiet, and I could hear the cook talking to the server. He was very disrespectful, and his comments could land the place in a sexual harassment lawsuit. I'm not sure if we'll be back. I'm all for supporting small and local businesses- I am one myself - but they have to lift there game. We ordered through Grubhub for pickup and when we arrived to pick it up they claimed they weren't aware of the order. While I looked it up on my phone they were able to find it. So we waiting another 20 minutes while they got it ready. No real apology for the inconvenience. One of our orders, the chicken was on top of the salad. Who eats warm salad? Worth nothing that this is the second time we have ordered through Grubhub and they didn't have our order ready. That time they said they had no internet. All in all, it's not cheap food and I'm happy to pay for the increased prices but not when the experience is lacking. In response to owners comment. It sounds like you have the problem with 3rd party ordering sites. If it's so bad what's the plan to solve it? And remember they were able to find the order when they looked. If you care so much about the customer experience, why the sub-par apology when we had to wait for it to be prepared another 20 minutes? Why is warm food placed on top of a salad? All you really need to know is that my wife and I tried them for lunch and she then demanded that I buy take-out for dinner from them that same night. Now, while I have no problems eating the same food in a day, not so for my SO, so suffice to say it was great. I've tried the Gyro, steak, and the chicken, and my favorite by far is the steak. Not to say that the other two were not worthy, but trust me, try the steak, and my wife concurs. Service is great, love their green hot sauce, and the restaurant is clean and tidy. We were trying to decide what to have today, since weI didn't feel like cooking, and this was on our list to check out. She wanted the Mamma Shawarma and I wanted the Big Bad Shawarma. Got to the spot. There was plenty of parking, and the restaurant and easy to find. Was greeted nicely, ordered, and hung out for a minute. It was fairly quiet inside at the time I went (Sunday afternoon). I think they share this spot with a small sports bar. Placed my order and immediately saw they had toum on the side, and baklava. Got one of each. The order was to go. When I got home I didn't realize how much toum was in the order!! I am NOT complaining. I love me some toum! I had about a 20 minute drive home, so we popped the wraps in the toaster oven to warm them. My goodness... The wraps were amazing. I hadn't had Lebanese/Mediterranean food this good since I lived in LA and would drive to Hollywood or Pasadena to get Zankou. This was better if you ask me. The beef was flavorful, moist, and tender. Same with the chicken. Pita was soft and the vegetables inside were fresh and crisp. The toum was amazing. It was not too sharp, and very creamy. I didn't realize there would be so much toum, but it's great for dipping vegetables, French fries, and anything else, so why not? Still working on the toum! I'll be back here again. There is a small place down the street from us which is decent, but doesn't really compare. Next time I'll try one of their plates! Check WTFalafel out if you're in the neighborhood. It's good. This what I wrote in my review of 04/22/2024: "We ordered two wraps weeks ago. One of them was the #4 Beef Kabab for myself but when I was about to eat it, I realized it was the #2 Chicken Shawarma. We decided not to call to complain. We though to give them another try last evening, I ordered again the #4 Beef Kabab wrap and my husband the #36 Sweet Italian Sausage wrap for dinner. See attached current menu. My order was fine, his was spicy. This time I decided to call, the same person Layla that took the order answered. I told her what happened. She said that happened because the cook has the sweet Italian sausage next to the spicy Italian sausage. She said to drive back to get a refund. When I said it was getting late she said the next day the owner can issue the refund. I stopped by at their place this afternoon in order to let the owner know they keep messing up with our orders and why not get the refund as well. I only found a manager who said she is not allowed to give refunds that she was not there last night and to come back tomorrow. She was no apologetic about their inconsistencies. And as a matter of fact she said in their menu the #36 Sweet Italian Sausage and #37 Spicy Italian Sausage are typos when they printed out their menus and that there is only one kind of sausage and it is not spicy?! When I asked her to let me taste a small piece she said that was not possible because the sausages were in the freezer. Regardless, I believe my husband. He ate it and he commented it was spicy! See attached receipt, it does not even show the wrap #36 on it, it shows "#25 Veggie Sausage Sweet", in the menu #25 are WTfries?! Go figure, the sausage was not sweet anyway! You don't know what you are going to get at this place when you order from their menu. I just spoke with the owner to figure out what happened and it seems like they had ran out of the sweet sausage and they were willing to offer you a refund but from my understanding, you got very upset and started yelling at the employees. Since the pandemic, it has been a lot harder to keep items in stock and this is not due to the restaurant but the distribution companies. We are sorry they did not have what you wanted and they would be more than happy to refund you. This place isn't really near me but now that I know about it, it will definitely be a stop for me when I'm in the area. As mentioned in other reviews, the service is very friendly and the food is good. I've noticed some pretty small portions at other places but this place provides fair portions of quality food at a fair price. I ordered the Tour of Beirut Steak Plate for $13.99. There were 8 pieces of meat, each two or three good sized bites that were seasoned very nicely and very tender, along with what looked like turmeric rice (it was yellow and had a nice flavor) onions and pickled turnips. I asked them to omit the lettuce which they did but unfortunately, there was one other item they added that wasn't listed on the menu, and it's the most horrible, awful food item known to man. It was bell pepper, but there were just two chunks and I was able to pull them off before any gross bell pepper juice touched the rest of my food. For most people I'm guessing that wouldn't be an issue. I would have taken photos but there are already pictures of what I ordered posted and I didn't want to stop eating after my first bite. As with most places, this is probably the only dish I will try since I almost only ever eat beef. read more

So I've always just passed by this place and today I finally decided to try it. As soon as I walked in greeted by their their staff. I ordered the #10 "Tour of Beirut" to go. My food came out pretty fast. The size of the plate is a good portion size. The food is amazing and packed with so much flavor, everything was seasoned to perfection. My boyfriend and I decided to check it out on Sunday, October 16th right when they opened. I believe the manager or owner was walking in when we stepped inside. After a 10 minutes of deliberation we decided on the Chicken Shawarma plate, the beef Shawarma and a side of Falafels and tabbouleh salad. Oh, and we also ordered a chicken skewer on the side. While we were waiting for our food, we heard the manager training another cook in the back and his compassion and patience was quite refreshing to hear. Other employees started trickling in, as they just opened, and everyone greeted each other with enthusiasm and respect. It was nice to hear and witness on a Sunday morning. Anyway, the food was exceptional; you can almost taste the love they put in the food. I'm craving the falafels 24 hours later. While the manager/owner was training in the back, apparently one of our chicken skewers was not to his standard and gave us an extra skewer for our troubles. Which was no trouble at all. Overall, I highly recommend and may even come back today! Great job team! read more
