Everything was so delicious. We got no spice and no sour for the soup and I thought maybe it would be lacking in flavor, but the soup was delicious and the fish was silky. The WuVa black cod trio had so much food- fish, shrimp, chicken, veggies, and rice. I loved the variety. The steamed halibut was delicious and barely had any bones. I think the concept of specializing in fish is great but the execution falls flat. It's nice that they have a wide variety of fish that you normally wouldn't see at restaurants or grocery stores. However, the items I got were forgettable. The yellow croaker noodle soup and pan-fried black cod was just alright, I think my mom makes it better, it lacked flavor. I think the best things we got that were the scallion oil noodles, smoked plum drink, and sweet and sour fried fish but they're not good enough for me to want to return. I think it is on the pricey side for the quantity, but I guess it's justified because you're getting more unique fish, Service was pretty minimal; it seems like many of the workers can speak Chinese which is a plus.
