We happened to be in Downtown Pasadena at Paseo and got treated to one of my favorite Taiwanese bubble tea shop Wushiland Boba on Colorado of Paseo plaza. This location is small, efficient, and clean. Service is very friendly even though it's run only by two employees! I got milk tea with less iced and less sugar. It tastes sweet, with good percentage of milk, and pretty strong tea. There is no seat or tables, so you have to order to go - which is easy with app or in store. And there are tables and seats at center of plaza.

En route to the gym, was taken back at seeing signs that Wushiland was opening up at the Paseo. Had heard lots of people raving at how good their drinks were so anxiously awaited them to open up. They are currently still in a soft opening phase but the entire staff is super friendly. Do be patient as they train their staff on how to make drinks. The first thing I noticed was that they offer red bean as a topping which I love to pair with milk tea (was sad Sunright removed this option). Have been a few times and the drinks have been fantastic each time. Hope they do well here given the proximity to the convention center and hope the Paseo continues to open more restaurants as that's all that seems to survive.

Wushiland just opened a new store in the Paseo in Pasadena. Yesterday when it was raining, I was craving a hot milk tea, so I placed an order through the app. My drink was ready pretty fast. The store itself is pretty small with no seating available, so it's more of a grab-and-go spot. The milk tea was solid. The boba was nice and chewy, and the tea had a bold flavor, which I liked. I also got the Four Season Tea Macchiato with grass jelly and coconut jelly. It was really good and had a lot of fun textures. I'd come back again for sure. If you're a Wushiland fan, it's nice having one in Pasadena now, but just be prepared for the parking situation since you'll most likely have to pay.

It is really cool to see that there is Wushiland Boba location here in the Paseo. They're located towards the H&M side of the mall, which is the western side of things. I have been to a bunch of the other locations nearby. This store is teeny tiny and there's barely enough room to stand inside at the registers or to order on the kiosk. It may a lot easier to be able to order online through the app vs there in person. There's one kiosk right as you walk in the door on the left-hand side. I got a four seasons tea with the trio toppings. After I ordered they were pretty quick with making the drinks so there wasn't too much of a wait. Great to see them here in The Paseo so if you're ever in the mood for boba over here, this is the place to go.

So glad a boba shop opened up in the Paseo! We came on 10/30 for their soft opening for 10% off and the promotion is running until Nov 16! The store is pretty small without any seating area, so definitely a grab and go spot. There is not much space to wait inside either, so if there happens to be a line be ready to wait outside. Upon entering, we were greeted by their staff who were all super friendly and had great energy. I ordered the Ice Cream Milk Tea with 70% sweetness and ice. It was perfectly creamy and the sugar level was perfect for me. Unfortunately, they didn't have any regular boba and only had mini boba available. A line started forming right after we arrived, but they got our drinks to us quickly within a few minutes. Will definitely be back to try their other drinks!

I'm so happy there is a boba shop in this plaza, finally! I walked in and ordered through a kiosk machine. There is only one kiosk machine or you can order at the counter. I ordered an Ice cream green milk tea and I liked it. Normally I'd get it with black tea but green tea is good too. Would stop by again.

Classic boba flavors, friendly staff, and fast service. We were curious to try a spot we don't have back in the Bay -- and it hit the spot.

Wushiland is an S tier boba shop that has a wide variety of different drinks. This is a great addition to the Paseo that will hopefully attract more traffic to the area. The interior is kind of crammed but the quality of the drinks make up for it. This place gave the most tapioca balls that I have ever had in any drink. Staff are very friendly.

New Wushiland boba location opened in Paseo at Pasadena. Place is a order, grab and go place as there is no sitting area inside. Staff were friendly and the drink was made quick to order. I ordered the new Uji Matcha Latte Macchiato with 50% sugar and enjoyed it alot.

One of my favorite drink place for milk iced teas and grass jelly! I always get the roasted oolong tea with grass jelly 30% sugar less or no ice. Order ahead is highly recommended to avoid delays or lines. Staffs are friendly in such a little bright place!

Visited during their soft opening and while Pasadena has a ton of boba shops to choose from, I'm happy for this new addition to the Paseo Pasadena and I think this location will do well here. I've also been to their Arcadia location so I knew what to expect, though this one is even smaller - definitely a pick-up only kind of place. Service was quick and everyone was super helpful and friendly. I had the earl gray milk tea at regular ice and sweetness with boba, which I enjoyed, as the tea flavor really came through and there wasn't too much ice. I think next time I'll get 75% or even 50% sweetness. The boba was firm and chewy and they gave a generous serving.

The Build: The drink features a vibrant blend of citrusy yuzu and floral osmanthus tea, paired with their unique silk boba. Unlike traditional chewy tapioca pearls, this boba has an incredibly smooth, silky, and fun texture that completely elevates the drink. The Service: The only real letdown was the service, the lady at the register was honestly kind of rude and not very welcoming, though maybe she was just having a bad day. The Verdict: While the service was pretty mid, the drink itself was a total home run. The flavors and unique boba are too good to pass up, so I will definitely be back just to grab that tea again and to try some of the other drinks on the menu!!

The boba was also very nicely cooked, just the right amount of chew and a very light sweet flavor. I ordered 25% sweet most places, and that was a perfect sweetness level for me here. I'm not sure if it contributed to a more watery flavor to my finished drink, tho. I prefer my milk teas with a milkier flavor. However, I *loved* the tea flavor of this one. Next time I'll order the large size and see if the ratio makes a difference. My tea was ready super quick! The space in the shop is small and cozy, with delightful AC on a hot hot day. *Right* next door to the city parking structure, so super easy in n out at this location. I know we will be back! They have several tea choices so I asked for an explanation of the difference in flavors and I was wowed by how thorough and knowledgeable the response I got was. Very detailed and really helpful. It's always a pleasure when staff knows enough about their products to really help you make decisions as a consumer.

We chose outdoor since it was such a nice day out. They have all of their desserts on display in the case, so you can peruse the options and see what looks good. So many of the desserts looked good, like the matcha yuzu chiffon crepe cake or the rose and lychee crepe cake. We ordered via the kiosk and got the mango sunshine souffle pancake ($16.50) and well as a couple drinks. My drink was the white peach lemon jasmine bliss ($6.25), with 50% sweetness and less ice. Even though there are signs everywhere saying that it takes 15-20 minutes for the souffle pancakes to be cooked, ours came out super quickly, in 5 minutes or so. We got it with the sauce on the side, but I regret doing that as I saw others getting it with the sauce on top and it was beautiful. The pancake was super fluffy and a bit eggy as well. We all really enjoyed it with the mango sauce. I made the mistake of eating the pancake first before trying a sip of my tea. The pancake was pretty sweet, so I could barely taste my drink, but I think it was good? I could taste a bit of the lemon but definitely not the white peach, which is a lighter flavor. I got a slice of their Hokkaido cheese cake roll for $7 to go and had it the next day. It was okay but definitely a bit pricy for what you get. I'd love to come back to try their other desserts and pancakes!

The cafe itself was pretty small with 3 small tables, 1 big table, and bar seatings with charging ports. The bathroom was closed and it was really warm inside. I couldn't see myself studying or staying too long, which may be for the best since parking is tricky and street parking has a 2 hour limit. An okay experience, but I don't see myself coming back.

Most recent visit was on a Tuesday late Jan 2026. I've been here a few times and liked it, I remember they had a mazapán drink that was super good so was looking forward to that again. Walking in the decor and menu generally the same. The kiosk was not working so had to place order upfront and it looked like only one girl was staffed there and she gave off the vibe that she did not want to be there. The mazapan drink was still up on the menu but the employee said they no longer make that, no explanation why it was still up there. Then seemed really impatient cuz I had to think about what to get instead. Ended up ordering a taro milk tea size 16 oz which took almost 10 minutes to make which I thought was way too long considering no one else was there. When I finally got it, it looked like a kids size there's no way that was 16 oz and tasted completely mediocre. Also cost $7 before tip which I regret giving an extra $1 too. Yikes with all the other boba and coffee shops in Pasadena they cannot afford to offer such low quality and poor service. Will not be back again.
